Library of RI-Bulletins
The methods used to obtain certain data and make certain observations are highly advanced and therefore may legally be regarded as personal observations and personal discoveries which may or may not be in error and which mainly have been submitted for others as working hypotheses or as philosophical texts regarding our past, present and future society, with a purpose to bring about greater understanding, prosperity and a more fulfilled life for everybody, and to increase the basic right of any individual to understand himself and others, and to increase the basic right of any individual to use his abilities to contribute to life and to Mankind as best he can. I personally consider that exercising these basic rights is also a duty of any individual towards himself and towards his fellow man.
