I have asked LRH to have a look at things here on Earth because
 things were going slightly in the wrong direction in some
 areas.
(This is not dumping my hat on him, it is simply helping LRH and
 achieving our goals).

I expect your contribution in setting things that have gone
 wrong, right again (per HCOPL of 1 Oct 1967 'Admin Know-How,
 Uses of Orgs').
(Condition Assignments have been made or are being worked out
 for various Top Executives for advocating "No Comm to Ron," or
 "Ron is no longer needed here," and because of the current
 issue of putting or leaving an SP on post as International
 Justice Chief. These Conditions are closely monitored by me.)


The basic datum here is that ETHICS, the urge to survive along
 all Dynamics, is the keystone of Dianetics and Scientology, and
 made the development of Tech possible, and is senior to Tech.

Some Suppressives were trying to make Tech senior to Ethics, and
 thereby were working to reverse the very fabric and idea of
 Dianetics and Scientology. They were then putting a Suppressive
 Person as International Justice Chief in charge of Ethics.

It has been and is my task to expose such Suppressives.

As a result, the Suppressives of the old Guardian office were
 exposed.

This was solely due to my directly connecting with LRH in August
 1976 for a short while, in Los Angeles.


I have again connected with LRH, recently, - on 17 June 1994 to
 be exact - to remedy another situation which is within my task.
 On 30 June 1994 at 12:16 GMT, Ron reported to me that he is
 back and that he is very glad about what I am doing.


There are only a very very few hard to detect Suppressives.
 Apparently it requires a high level of OT to detect such
 Suppressives, due to the nature of their bank (bank =
 reactive mind).
(I am lacking a certain piece of bank and that apparently makes
 it possible for me to execute this job. Amongst other things,
 I am unwilling to hate people, and I am also unwilling to hate
 SPs, and I am unwilling to accept Suppressive Orders that would
 suppress Scientologists or Scientology.)

In the course of executing my task, I have written some few
 hundred handwritten pages of my observations about detecting
 the bank of Suppressive Persons while I was handling such
 people.
These will in due course be made available to you.


The Suppressive Person has a whole bag of tricks which often
 reach into the OT-band, to make himself (or herself)
 undetectable or prevent himself from being detected, and to
 make himself accepted.

It is these tricks that I have described for you as they came to
 my view. They are put in simple language which anybody on any
 level can understand, so, that also non-Scientologists would
 understand much of it.


Your job is described in LRH-policy.

Do your job.

You do not need permission to do your job.

Putting in Ethics does not consist of only stopping evil, it
 consists primarily of helping decent people to do their job
 better or to get decent people going again.

Scientology is for use, not for stopping.
