"It is an overt on David Miscavige and on the group to keep him
 on post and expect of him to care for the survival of humanity.
Miscavige does not have this as his goal, but the opposite.
 It is like the overt of giving a bankrobber the keys of the
 bank to guard, or giving a drug-addict the keys to the safe
 with the confiscated drugs.

"It is an overt on Miscavige to let him execute his intentions,
 it is 'giving him a license' to destroy beings,
 it is giving him into the hands of his executioner: himself,
 it is throwing him into his bank, [bank = reactive mind]
 it is assisting him to be destructive,
 it is crashing his bank in on him!
 it is being like an auditor who takes orders from his PC,
 it is making him more evil.

"It is an act of understanding him, an act of kindness,
 to remove him from his post.

"There again and again have been times where (such) overts have
 been committed on him:
 to entrust him with something beautiful and/or valuable,
 to give him the power to dictate the destiny of millions.

"All these are overts on him. Done many times.

"And THESE OVERTS SHOULD NOT BE REPEATED!

"It is a betrayal of him.

"It it pretending to help him, where it is only assisting him to
 destroy himself finally and destroy many beings simultaneously.

"Koos, you had the courage to act, keep on acting!"
