                     RI-7i 'RTC-Missions'

from Ron's Inspector

Message # RI-7i for Internet.

LRH on 20 Sept 1994, 20:06 GMT:

"Here is a group that made Scientology known in their area, that
won people for Scientology, had PCs, Students, over ten years,
a bright Mission-holder who got declared SP, declared squirrel.

"The mission-holder refused to accept RTC-inspections and
RTC-training, no, he accepted one RTC-mission, inspection, he
refused to do the 'C/S', that is:
training under RTC supervision, enforced scheduling which would
have stopped the mission's production and [would be delivered
by the RTC-missionaries] at high costs [to be paid by the
Mission to RTC], money which was not available.

"The mission-holder acknowledged RTC-inspection, agreed with the
technical aspects to improve, wanted to put it (a list of
things to improve, cramming, training, etc.) in, in HIS time,
so that the normal activities would go on, he wanted to put it
in with the help of HIS staff.

"There is one aspect of suppression sticking out:

"That is the invalidation of good will, and the invalidation of
responsibility, and invalidation of own judgement of the
mission-holder and his staff, invalidation given by the
RTC-team sent out by David Miscavige.

"The RTC-team was grooved in like that, they wanted to enforce
a crash program on the Mission at a high cost which was in no
 - none what so ever - relation to the efficiency of the
 'crash' program:
That is, how much more would come in by doing it now, now, now?

"On the contrary, it would have endangered the finances of the
mission - it invalidated the conditions of the mission even.
That is, it was not the correct condition that should have been
 applied to raise the stats.

"The mission-holder protested the RTC-mission, didn't protest to
get more tech in, but wanted to do that so that it would be
survival for his mission, understandably, and correct.

"The RTC-mission was instructed to enforce their programs with
 'immeadiately - or else!'
And 'or else!' was SP-Declare of Mission-holder 'for refusal to
get tech applied' and some other outrageous listings of crimes
he was supposed to have committed.

"This, because he refused to follow the insane
 'crash'-program-order of David Miscavige,
which was a violently out-ethics project
to get Orgs and Missions controlled, in fear,
to reduce their individual pride in what staff and
Mission-holder, ED, CO etc. built up,
to invalidate the care staff had for their organisation and
    for the public,
   to make them into overt-product-producing-little-monsters
that had lost all their pride, integrity, and own judgement.

"That is:
ruined beings in organisations that suddenly - by
intention of David Miscavige - didn't seem to belong to them
   anymore
slaves of David Miscavige, in their own territory even, that
THEY (ED and staff) had created, built up, given life to."

Ron acknowledges the 'sacked' Mission-holder.

Ron: "'Sacked' for wanting to help me, for wanting to help
people around him, 'sacked' for being responsible for the
 survival of his organisation, group."

Ron validates the Mission-holder for the job done so far.
Indicates the overt done by David Miscavige via the
 RTC-missions.

Ron indicates: "This is the pattern of a lot of similar overts
committed by David Miscavige this lifetime and earlier
 and earlier."
