 a professional Scientology Auditor (Practitioner).

"David now dramatizes Napoleon in his 'hundred days,'
 slain, detected, unwanted, most atrocious crimes committed.
 He does as if it is 'all not true,' 'not real' (what he did).

"He is so much not-ising himself, (that what he really does,
 and what he creates as his beingness):
 - then, 1815,
 - now, 1994,
that it breaks the heart of every auditor who
 wants to help him to look at himself.

"I tried (recently) [to help him to look at himself].
David Miscavige is a suppressive being.
We have to act FOR him!

"Thank you Koos, in return, for looking."

Miscavige's natter about Ron: "Why did you not make me sane?
 Why did you not audit me personally? Why did you not handle
 this compulsion of mine?"

Ron: "If it wouldn't be so destructive what he is doing, I would
 liken it to a little boy who stole some marbles from another
 boy and knows it was not right and expects it to be detected
 - but it isn't, and he does it again and again so that finally
 he might get stopped doing that.
 And he blames the other boy and calls him stupid and an idiot
 to let all this be done to him.
He could go and just admit it and stop it, but that's not
 his game.

"When you want to make enemies, then be 'good-natured' and do
 as if you don't notice evil intentions on you, or, [you do as
 if you don't notice] the missing book in your shelf [lying] on
 someone else's desk, or explain the flaring up against you,
 with 'He had a hard day today!' "

"David Miscavige's 'I am still there!'
That is David Miscavige after the IAS-Event:
 a blame - he had expected something drastic, 'something
 stronger than he' 'Ron is not as strong as he [David Miscavige]
 thought!'

"David considers his overts will be pulled only, when he will be
 removed. I, or Koos, indicating his overts to him, - does not
 have, in his consideration, the same effect on him, as removing
 him, removing him with a sudden jerk, shooting him to some
 lonely star.
THAT's what he would - couldn't help but - accept as a definite
 statement about him.

"When I left, left body, left Earth, left him in charge of RTC
 - left him in charge of safeguarding the correct application
 of a workable technology that could restore life to beings,
 after a long time of fading out, he - David - blamed me for
 leaving without finding out his crimes.


"David doesn't consider it's a good technology! HE is the
 one that doubts the technology! The Technology didn't work,
 you see, [as] I didn't detect him!


"In 1982, when I entrusted him with the post he pretends to hold
 today. When I considered he is wearing my hat in a sense that
 I wanted it worn, with a care to CREATE life (not to stop it,
 not to uncreate it) :
" ''I [Ron] should have known him!'' (That's what David wanted.)
 'Ron didn't warn me! (that I am not fitted for the job, as
 I do not like people)' 'Ron didn't tell me that someone was
 needed for the job who was not only tough - I could be tough -
 but who had also ARC for beings and wanted their survival, and
 not only: 'the strongest toughest survive'.'

"I did not pull that withhold of David, that JUSTIFICATION of
 David for his overts on beings:
 'The strongest, toughest survive!'

"He wanted to get agreement that he cannot really commit
 overts on people, as:
 'He who is strong and tough will survive any onslaught,
 and David could not create any destructive effect on
 he who is tough.'


"That was, still is, the ideal that David wants to achieve:
 Beings that are so strong and tough that HIS overts have no
 effect on them.
Kind of unexpected goal why David wants to have people adhere to
 Tech.
 [Note from Koos: This is the fascistic, Nazi-philosophy-goal of
 David Miscavige and others in history, now better understood.]


"David: 'Thetans shouldn't break that easily when I use force!'
 [Ron:] I am talking about the earliest biggest overt we know of
 him, 97 Billion years ago.

" 'If beings were more resistant to force, than his overts
 would be less.' 'They'd get a few bruises, but not go into
 not-beingness so completely.'

"So David showed this life-time an interest to make people
 stronger so that they wouldn't fall into apathy when he is
 committing overts on them.

"We must give David our deepest sympathy for suddenly having
 been confronted with billions of victims, that must have been
 quite a shock for him! [In the earliest known overt of David.]

" - He can't confront victims
  - He wants to have stronger victims, 'those that don't
     break so easily'
You get something that LOOKS LIKE caring for others.

"Victims don't confront SPs,
 SPs do not confront victims.

"So you get a bank computation:
 How to handle SPs?
   Be a totally unconfrontable victim and the SP will be
   overwhelmed, will be stopped, will run as fast as he can,
   or will go into apathy,
    and
   the SP seeks to minimize his overt by blaming the victims,
   and by claiming: 'the strongest, toughest survive.'

"And then, 97 Billion years ago, I was not amongst the fortunate
 few 'strongest toughest'.
And I didn't prevent him from committing such an overt on me
 and others.
And to top it, I gave him the key 'to make these victims
 stronger'!


"David wants to be helped:
So we pull his overt(s) and make him confront his victims.
 Make him confront that I did a first step to get his victims
 out of the mud; and I didn't even know that that [the overt
 of David Miscavige 97 Billion years ago] was there,
 Koos detected it.

"David has a chance, and I am interested in [the survival of]
 my friends."

"David Miscavige had been threatened with arrest.

"A threat by a non-Scientologist, an undifferentiated attack on
 Scientology with him as a terminal, but the whole is meant to
 be an attack on Scientology. He is not confronted [as the SP].

"Something with his wife, she got a psychotic break, wanted to
 make suicide, attempted, not successful.

"David Miscavige is presently sacking some Scientology group
 in America.

"He himself now, is raging, insane; people around him are
 afraid.
Some have decided to blow, [but] they are not in communication
 with each other [about it].

"What about other Orgs World Wide?
"Munich Org regarding David Miscavige:
 They enforce on each other the recognition of David Miscavige.
 Starting with Babsi Weber, HES [HCO Executive Secretary].
 [ Note from Koos: According to Confessionals about her,
 Babsi Weber was Josephine de Beauharnais, a major influence
 in bringing Miscavige, as Napoleon, to power. Babsi is also an
 anti-Scientologist and Implanter-type with the goal to dominate
 and control people, according to these Confessionals. She is
 'take all money - give no service type'-criminal.]

"Another Organisation or Mission in Los Angeles.
 David Miscavige has the intention to remove the ED,
 David Miscavige gets attacked by this ED. Now - there
 are heavy attacks going to and fro between the two.
 Marc Yager is in it, he wants to reinforce David Miscavige.

"I COMMAND David to stop his attacks!

"David Miscavige calms down, stops his attacks [now]."

[Subject: David Miscavige's responsibility for his overt
 of 97 billion years ago on others.]

"When Koos looked at Miscavige's overt in sessions recently,
 David Miscavige stopped for a short while justifying the overt,
 stopped looking for motivators or creating motivators.

"Koos took responsibility, and David 'couldn't but take
 responsibility.' He was helped to be responsible for it,
 he didn't have to make it into 'something else,' and
 'somebody else,' and 'what had been done to him!'

"He could for a little while admit that he had stopped life
 in an area, and he was calm, and could let others be.

"Very early in his Scientology career, as a student, a basic
 course, he reported a supervisor who 'changed something that
 was good,' who brought confusion and stops in, where something
 was in a good progress. [The Supervisor] wasn't helping. [The
 Supervisor called what David Miscavige and the other students
 were doing] 'not standard,' but that wasn't helping [the
 students]. It wasn't survival - called standard or not.
[The Supervisor] disturbed something that was advancing. David
 and some other students were effected by it, David reported it
 and made it go right again.
 There David took responsibility for stops he had inflicted
 [earlier] on others, and he didn't want that another does
 something like that to him and others, and 'gets away with it'.
"There he did something right, to remedy, to take responsibility
 for his [earlier] crime.


"A time when he stopped his urge to want to dominate, as a boy
 some lifetimes ago, he could just sit there and enjoy someone
 else's playing of music, could just let someone be and create,
 no urge to out-create or stop or make nothing of.

"There was a responsibility in it for his urge (insane urge)
 to 'always have to create huge effects on others and to have
 no effect on him.' He could let someone else create an effect
 on him. Before Napoleon time, several lifetimes before, about
 1450, Italy, Ravenna, an empty place, church bells, loud,
 resounding, filling the space. He stopped his urge to want to
 stop others.

"In 1375, he helped some people, Italy, he led some old people
 out of a fire in their house.
'Not wanting that others survive, wanting that others succumb',
 versus, 'wanting that others survive'.


"No, David wants to make me believe that in 1815, St. Helena,
 as Napoleon, he took responsibility for his overts as Napoleon
 by withdrawing, by not exerting any further force nor intention
 on others.
 Not true, he took NO responsibility: he justified, was right.
 He was brought there, held captive, he did not go there 'to be
 less dangerous.' He also did not stop his attacks.


"He got it through - not alone - that Scientology is not
 written about as a criminal organisation - in America.
 But, he had a huge interest in that, NOT for the good of
 Scientology and truth, BUT to cover up his crimes on the
 society and on Scientology.

"So that does not answer the question 'a time when he could
 take some responsibility for his overt.'

[Ron looks at what David claims as showing his responsibility.]

"The nearest where David Miscavige could take some
 responsibility was recently, when Koos was looking at
 David Miscavige's overt in session.
There he stopped to throw out his heavy justifications and
 motivators and motivators and looking for more motivators.

"He could admit then having caused the not-being of others.
