A few days ago, I obtained the following data
 from two Top Church Executives
 on the present condition of David Miscavige (the ED RTC).

A close 'friend' of David Miscavige reported to me
 on 16 Nov 1994 15:14 GMT


"I have executed orders from David Miscavige
 many times without objecting.
 I had even pleasure doing that (like being a good soldier),
 unthinking, or justifying how right an act (which I was
 supposed to do) was, by [the standards of] David Miscavige."

"Mark Ingber didn't deserve to be 'demoted',
 - and the action to take him off CMO was a demotion
  - downgrading him -
 [it was] not a promotion -
 [it was not] giving him a new important job."

"It's an important job which Mark Ingber is doing now
 [as WDC Gold], but,
 nevertheless an attempt of Miscavige to shut him up."


"I want to get some SENSIBLE orders!
 [I am] fed up with listening to Miscavige!"

"David Miscavige is out of control of himself."

"I have been 'loyal' to Miscavige,
 I have committed overts, and I considered them legal,
 [considered them] 'loyal' to Miscavige."

"I adopted Miscavige's viewpoint
 and then [with Miscavige's viewpoint] the overts
 were not overts but 'survival acts'."

"You can't communicate to Miscavige anymore,
 [you can't communicate] with Miscavige anymore,
 he isn't listening, he gives orders,
 he takes no heed of any data."


"David Miscavige is a Suppressive!"

"David Miscavige has gone psycho.
 We need help!"

"[David Miscavige had a] psychotic break,
 we 'patched' him up again."

 David Miscavige is Rock Slamming!"
   [Rock Slamming - an E-meter manifestation normally
    indicating severe insanity on a subject]

"It should not be, you see,
 that Rock Slams occur at that stage.

"It should not be that a David Miscavige Rock Slams - still -
 (at such high OT level) that is,
 he had Rock Slams which were handled,
 Rock Slams that even Ron knew about,
 they were all supposed to have been handled,
 and Rock Slammings 'broke out again'.

"I have tried to REMEDY Miscavige's psychotic breaks,
 the CORRECT handling would have been:
 [that he is sent to] Ethics and [that he is taken] off post.


(Question: What is David Miscavige Rock Slamming on?)

 "regarding groups
     - driving groups into suicide
     - getting mad at groups
     - self-destruction.
     - 'death' "

"Ron [LRH] tells me now, like Koos [tells me],
 to get 'Miscavige' handled." LFBD
[Ron:] "Stop handling Rock Slams but [instead]
 handle the Rock Slammer!"

     - 'going wild with a knife',
     - 'destroying unwanted situations',
     - 'destroying what stands in the way'.

     - 'amok',
     - 'running amok',
     - 'battle'

"A concept of:

     - 'battle',
     - 'killing indiscriminatedly',
     - 'running amok'"

 "David Miscavige has this item as
 a Rock Slamming item: the item 'battle'."


"[David Miscavige had] a psychotic break
 after the IAS-Event in UK."

"Miscavige doesn't want to come off it
 [= does not want to handle his Rock Slam item]."
