         RI-27i  'How Miscavige uses OT XII (OT Twelve)'

David Miscavige has completed OT XII (Twelve),
 against the permission
 and AGAINST the instructions left by LRH
 on the release and use of the OT-levels.


He (David Miscavige) is the only one, besides LRH,
 who has completed OT XII
 (Operating Thetan rehabilitation of spiritual abilities
  Level TWELVE of Scientology).

There are OT-levels up to OT XXII (Twenty-Two),
 all written up by LRH.
 The release requires a gradual improvement of the whole group,
 in order to have lasting gains
 and in order to be able to more easily remove false products
 such as Miscavige.


David Miscavige is currently doing OT XIII
 but he is stuck on it since some time,
 due to the fact that he is a Suppressive Person,
 as I have described to you in this RI-series.

I also told you,
 (in RI-0i 'Current Ethics' of 30 June 1994),
 that I am lacking a certain piece of bank
  ('bank': that which inhibits or prevents
   the full and active use of spiritual abilities),
 which LRH described recently to me
 as a willingness of mine
 to use to some extent some of the abilities
 one would fully regain at OT IX and X.


What David Miscavige has temporarily gained
 - by destroying LRH and his friends
  and by killing everyone else that came in his way, -
 these abilities which he can only temporarily use for evil
 (maybe one or two life-times if he isn't stopped)
 these abilities I have to some extent naturally,
 without having done these OT-levels,
 without having had to kill LRH and LRH's friends
 in order to obtain the materials and opportunity to do them.


So I would like to report to you now
 how the anti-Scientologist David Miscavige,
 the anti-Social Personality David Miscavige,
 is now using a tiny portion of the abilities
 he temporarily gained by these OT-levels,
 in order to 'win' the present fight
 between
 on the one side, him and 'the Religious Technology Center RTC'
 and
 on the other side LRH and me and decent people,
 decent responsible Scientologists.


The account below will explain to you many things you heard,
 and disturbing experiences and upsets to you.


The basic intention right now of David Miscavige is
 and has been
 - as I described in RI-5i 'Who can be trusted in CoS'
  of 18 Sept 1994 -
 to break the Communication of others to and with LRH,
 to break the Reality of others about LRH,
 to break the Affinity of others for LRH,
 and to break the Understanding of others for and about LRH.


You will for instance understand
 why a guy like Joe Harrington
 an auditor, OT VII, and Sea Org member,
 why he is very right about leaving FLAG
 and about leaving his many friends there
 in the hands of an SP, David Miscavige.
 At the time when David Miscavige
 appeared there 'to put "ethics" in',
 at a time when he and many others saw Miscavige was an SP,
 Joe just walked off,
 Joe left his friends in that very very bad situation.
 He wasn't kicked out,
 or, as Socrates some time ago, asked to drink poison.
 No, he just left, being 'better' than others.

You will get some idea
 why this Joe Harrington now (on 21 Nov 1994) writes
 "LRH was mostly a classic paranoid/schizophrenic",
 and why Joe Harrington now courts
 the very very insane anti-Scientologists
 Larry Wollersheim and Dennis Erlich,
 and the Nirwana-maker,
 the 'reverse Scientologist' Flemming Funch.

You will get some understanding
 why this Joe Harrington
 claims to 'have had contact with "LRH" in 1989,'
 and claims others have had much contact with an "LRH"
 who "was in distress", "who was not OT",
 "was like Hitler", and God knows what else.


In fact LRH left, fully left here in January 1986,
 and went to a group of friends
 in quite another part of the universe,
 in a much more OT-environment.

And he did not return till June 1994,
 having agreed in 1986 with Top Management
 to leave everything in their hands
 so that he could move up and away.



So here follows a report from this morning
 which sheds some light on people - like Joe Harrington -
 being prevented from having an actual Understanding of LRH.
 And why they don't know what Miscavige is doing to them
 to confuse them,
 and how Miscavige makes them believe that he is "LRH"
 and that "LRH" is communicating to them
 when in fact
 Miscavige is executing the intention to further destroy
 and corrupt and pervert and take over
 LRH's communication to you and others.


You might consider that the present game for sanity for Mankind
 reminds you of the one
 Tolkien describes in his famous book
 'The Lord of the Rings' (1954)
 and you may have a concept of
 which role you or others are playing in this game, now.


Now I can tell you that guys like Joe Harrington,
 Larry Wollersheim, and Dennis Erlich, Flemming Funch
 - all unknowingly and unwillingly
 (see RI-24i 'Definition of 'PTS' - IMPORTANT'
  of 19 Nov 1994) -
 ARE working FOR the evil David Miscavige,
 (as the evil King Sauron from 'The Lord of the Rings'),
 by spreading their extremely insane 'certainties' about "LRH".




The Report, of this morning 5:00 GMT,
 by Jutta Nolst Trenite (my wife):


 "Report
  (on communication which I got from Ron
  this morning [around 5:00 GMT]
  and the interference I got from David Miscavige
  in an attempt to confuse me about Ron's communication,
  and with the intention to 'warn' me
  that he can confuse others about 'who is communicating'.)


"Ron was in my space this morning.
 I got his presence.

"He communicated to me
 that he has a huge ARC and a great stability.

"He communicated to me
 that it is possible to have a certainty
 about communication to and from him (or anyone else).
 It is a knowingness.

"He [Ron] wanted to tell me
 that the being now called Homer [Homer Wilson Smith]
 was greatly restimulated by an incident
 where he [Homer] got intentionally confused about
 who he [Homer] was,
 and where his [Homer's] certainty of observation
 intentionally got destroyed
 and where he [Homer] was given someone else's 'certainties',
 which were lies in actual fact.

"XENU, Ron mentioned as the one that Homer was confused about
 and that was confusing Homer.

"And Ron communicated to me
 that confronting the incident with XENU in it
 without proper instruction step by step
 and without ethics in about it
 and what has to be handled before
 to confront the intentional confusion created by XENU,
 Homer is liable to get heavily restimulated and astray,
 and is led to believe
 what XENU wanted to make him believe and '[be] "certain" in',
 without XENU being detected [as the source of that].

"Ron told me that he [Ron]
 got thoroughly confused confronting such or similar incidents
 until he [Ron] detected the originator of the confusion
 and the tricks and double tricks of the intended confusion,
 whereafter Ron got out of it [the confusion] safe
 and 'taped the path' (OT III),
 the step by step approach
 of looking at such a XENU incident (for example),
 with one's own viewpoint,
 and go through it with one's own viewpoint maintained
 (not lost again in the process
 of going through such an incident of great mix-up
 and confusion of own identity and that of others).

"What happened to Homer,
 Ron communicated to me,
 is that he got stuck
 on some of the trickeries of the XENU-incident
 and believes that what he [Homer] thinks is his own thought
 and what he observes is his own observation,
 is intentionally given to him AS IF it is his own observation.



"Thereupon, after that,
 [after] Ron's communication [had finished],
 David Miscavige wanted to tell me that he, Miscavige,
 can do that, [what XENU did], too, to me or to others:
 confuse me or others about what I or others observe;
 he, too, can - has the ability to -
 confuse me about his [own] identity,
 the identity of a spirit from whom a communication is coming.

"He [David Miscavige] has the ability
 to make me or others believe it is somebody else -
 when actually he [Miscavige] communicated,
 or put out an intention.

"Like here, this morning,
 Miscavige tried to make me believe
 that after Ron's communication to me
 regarding Homer and XENU [had finished],
 [that] it was still Ron continuing to communicate to me;
 only it had a difference in Tone Level,
 [a difference] in intention in it,
 different from Ron's communication before -
 which startled me.

"And I looked at it
 and detected Miscavige as
 the being causing this communication
 (pretending [it] to be Ron's communication).

"In his [David Miscavige's] evil intentions
  a. to cut Ron's communication
  b. to put lies on Ron's communication lines
  c. to confuse others about Ron's communication,
 there was a 'warning' for me in it by David Miscavige:

 "[David's evil comm to me:]
   'Do not deal with theta [thought] communication,
     [= 'Do not communicate to Ron']
   I have the ability to lead you quite astray,
   so that you - (if you get dangerous to me) -
   - wouldn't know anymore who YOU are,
   - so that you would lose your anchor points,
   - and so that you would attack your friends in confusion'.


"I [Jutta] spotted that after some working at it,
 and indicated [the evil of Miscavige] to Miscavige:
  This is not Ron's communication!
  This is an evil attempt to confuse me.
  I detected you!

"Then he [David Miscavige] stopped.

"And I directed energy at him
 with the intention to drive him off planet Earth.
