Mo Budlong was one of the major people
L. Ron Hubbard employed
"to smash his 'enemies'" in the 1970's.
This person had the position
to remove or discredit
anyone in Scientology, and
to close down Missions and
to cripple Churches of Scientology.
He made liberal use of this position,
but he was also used by L. Ron Hubbard
to get rid of those
who were too decent and too able
to NOT protest LRH's Guardian Office.
The reason it was called "Guardian Office"
was, because it "guarded" the partly destructive,
indecent and mean intentions of L. Ron Hubbard
from being found out
by Scientologists
AND
by the Press and by the Government.
They, the "Guardian" Office,
were indeed very successful in that.
L. Ron Hubbard ruined, through his "Guardian" Office,
any Scientologist who MIGHT find out
about his evil sides, and
he tried the same
on any journalist or Government agency.
LRH's "Guardian" Office was also VERY successful
in intentionally MIS-informing
the Press and Governments
about Scientology and
about L. Ron Hubbard,
so that these
(not the Guardian Office,
which SHOULD have been
attacked by Scientologists,
but the Press and Governments)
could and would then, justifiably,
be attacked by Scientologists (!)
for (the Press and Government being engaged in)
falsely reporting (about Scientology)!
They, both Press AND Scientologists,
were (then, as now by 'OSA')
INTENTIONALLY misinformed
about L. Ron Hubbard and
about Scientology.
The Press and Governments
would therefore attack irrationally,
based on half-truths or outright lies.
This was how L. Ron Hubbard kept and still keeps
decent Scientologists fighting
the Press and Governments.
BOTH sides were, and are,
incorrectly informed
about L. Ron Hubbard and
about practices inside the Church of Scientology.
They are kept fighting EACH OTHER
in order to not have
L. Ron Hubbard's evil sides, and
the evil sides of the Church of Scientology,
exposed to ANYONE,
whether Scientologists OR journalists OR governments.
This very insane "L. Ron Hubbard"-tactic is,
since time immemorial, called
"Divide and Conquer".
Decent people on either side
are MADE to attack each other,
IN ORDER that the bad hats, or the evil sides of
L. Ron Hubbard and Scientology Churches
are NOT looked at,
NEITHER BY
DECENT SCIENTOLOGISTS
NOR BY
DECENT NON-SCIENTOLOGISTS.
This is very mean, very evil,
and it is very typically L. Ron Hubbard,
for those who know him.
This practice of
intentionally mis-informing
in order to "Divide and Conquer" and
in order to dominate decent people,
is also exercised by the 'OSA' and 'RTC'
on the Internet Newsgroup alt.religion.scientology.

Mo Budlong was the Deputy "Guardian" for
Overt and Covert Intelligence and for
Internal Security, World Wide,
in East Grinstead,
until he was jailed.
He probably was the first MAJOR [extremely and wholly anti-social]
undetected Suppressive Person
inside the top of Scientology,
but he has never been declared Suppressive,
except by me.
In fact, he is a member in "good standing" of
the World Institute of Scientology Enterprises ('WISE')!
This shows the ACTUAL "worth" and "truth" of
L. Ron Hubbard's "Ethics"-system
as he wanted it applied himself.
That is: with double standards, and
mainly to dominate and intimidate,
under the cover of "truth and justice".

The detection
of the anti-Scientologist Mo (Morrison) Budlong
was heavily prevented by LRH,
when Koos started looking at the actual intentions
of this individual.

L. Ron Hubbard prevented detection
BECAUSE
Mo Budlong was a major and extremely evil player
in the "Guardian" Office World Wide, in East Grinstead
(now called 'Office of Special Affairs International',
in Los Angeles),
and, "Guardian Office" = L. Ron Hubbard.
He did NOT want this known.
Quite the contrary:
"All Guardian Office staff are tiptop people
from the top on down",
L. Ron Hubbard wrote in 1973,
on big posters for all Scientologists to see,
next to a picture of the Archangel Michael!
Now he writes on Picadilly Circus (London)
"The day that we can trust each other,
there will be peace on Earth".
That IS L. Ron Hubbard.
He really believes this is the way to run groups:
to the OUTSIDE
'integrity and morality more than anyone else',
and INSIDE
murder, mayhem, betrayal, theft, fraud,
covert operations, and ruthless tyranny.
He REALLY believes this to be necessary
for running a group, the poor sod,
the laughing-stock of the Universe, really,
that he can be that brilliant and yet that utterly stupid.
We have sufficient evidence
to assume that L. Ron Hubbard's
Intelligence- and Internal Security-Chief,
Mo Budlong,
in his previous lifetime was Adolf Hitler,
although I am quite sure that HE (Mo Budlong)
is too big a coward to look at that,
as is the case with
many very heavy criminals of the past.
