How to understand, treat and handle people in Scientology,
 or in life,
 who are known, or become known
 as having been past life major Suppressives
 or other heavy criminals.




Well, the answer is very, very simple.



If IT (meaning the evil impulse of the criminal) is still there,
 then  IT  IS STILL THERE.


If it is audited out - and that does NOT mean
 'to be able to say in session
  that one did something bad some time ago',
 as anybody can confess to the most horrendous things in session
 or out of session,

IF IT IS AUDITED OUT,
  THE PERSON STILL DID IT IN THE PAST, BUT

  - HE CAN NOW FREELY ADMIT THAT HE DID IT,
       AND
  - HE IS FREE FROM ANY NECESSITY TO HIDE FROM OTHERS
     WHAT EVIL HE DID,
       AND
  - HE IS FREE FROM ANY NECESSITY TO JUSTIFY,
     TO MAKE IT SOMEHOW SEEM RIGHTER OR LESS HARMFUL
     OR 'FORGIVABLE' WHAT HE DID,
       AND
  - HE IS FREE FROM ANY DESIRE OR COMPULSION TO COVER ANYONE UP,
     OR TO NOT FIND OUT ABOUT, OR TO REFUSE TO EXPOSE,
     ANYONE WHO DID THE SAME OR SIMILAR THINGS,
       AND
  - HE IS FREE FROM THE COMPULSION TO COMMIT SUCH CRIMES
     ALSO WHEN COMPLETELY UNSUPERVISED
     OR COMPLETELY UNHINDERED TO COMMIT SUCH CRIMES.



IF THAT HAS BEEN ACHIEVED, THEN IT WOULD BE COMPLETELY IDIOTIC,
 but maybe human - and it certainly would
  be the pattern a Suppressive Person uses -
 TO NOW PUNISH HIM FOR
 AND ACCUSE HIM OF THE VERY THINGS
 HE HAS NOW TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR!



But as long as somebody has not made his past crimes known,
 and as long as he has not taken full responsibility
 for his past crimes as above,
 one can expect that he will commit them again
  at the first opportunity,
 or that he is committing them right now and in volume,
  as is for instance the case with the 'hate-sellers'
  Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler and Napoleon. [See footnote]

So if you find a past life criminal,
 don't say "He is now good because he is a Scientologist",
 that is what these very SP's said.

Until his past life criminality is audited out,
 you can expect him to be doing the same now,
 or to do it as soon as he is not restrained by his environment,
 and you can expect him to try and create the circumstances
 so that he will be less restrained
 or not restrained by the people and conditions around him.

And you should be prepared for this.



He is a notorious cold-blooded past life murderer - then
 don't make him an auditor
 till his compulsion has been AUDITED OUT.

If he is a notorious past life thief and communist agitator,
 don't put him in charge of finances
 till it has been AUDITED OUT.

And with AUDITED 'OUT', I mean AUDITED 'OUT',
 as described above.



The fixation on 'This lifetime only' - meaning
 'This present body only' is a bit silly to a spiritual being.

A Technical datum is
 that criminal impulses
 will never resolve by addressing this lifetime only.


When somebody was a past-life, heavy,
 intentional criminal,
 these intentions will carry on the next lifetimes
 as fixed solutions to handle certain problems.


As soon as these problems arise again - and
 with very heavy criminals the problem is simply
  that there ARE people and possessions -
 the criminal intention is dug up as a solution,
 and will be executed unless restrained by his environment.


Get that - the intention will be dug up,
 the execution of it will, hopefully,
 be restrained by his environment.




Therefore, his environment
 has a RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED OF SOMEONE,
 simply for the purpose of being able to restrain him
 when he does try to execute his criminal intentions.


The environment ALSO has a right and duty
 to know when these criminal intentions
 are fully AUDITED OUT.

[ Footnote:

   The above mentioned past life criminals
    Hitler and Himmler and Napoleon
    have been extensively trained
    and audited in Scientology to date,
    but they have not changed their ways - they
     have only become more clever in hiding their intentions
     and in harming others spiritually.


   For a long time to come
    such very very heavy criminals can not be made sane,
    and I only look at them in order
    to expose their evil and make them be known and located.

   It has proven to be a futile effort
    to try and make them sane per
    above definition of responsibility for one's crimes.

   To spend that time and effort on them - beyond
     exposing them -
    and not on others who can be easily helped,
    is in itself a very non-survival act.


   So the only present solution we have
    for these extreme criminals,
    is to expose them and to declare them Suppressive.


   Even when they would be placed in some betterment-camp
    or something like that,
    they still would have to be isolated from the people there
    in order to not hinder the betterment of the other inmates.


   What has been done instead is
    "They are Scientologists now,
     so therefore they are good now,
     we don't hold against anyone
     what he has done in the past".

   The truth is
    that the only reason they studied Scientology
    was in order to gain more knowledge
    so as to better be able to suppress and control people.


   Personally, I also found it quite upsetting
    after I have been busy for a few thousand years
    to get this civilization out of the mud,
    to be told that Mr. Adolf Hitler has the same rights,
    honours and privileges as I do,
    just because
     "Scientologists don't look at
      what someone has done in the past".


   Needless to say,
    the biggest criminals are shouting this phrase the loudest,
    and insist on it the hardest. ]
