    RI-101i  'Cancellation of False Grade and OT Certificates'

All certificates of the super SP David Miscavige, - from
  the bottom Grade 0 all the way up to OT XII - are cancelled.
 It is very clear
 that he has only pretended to do any of them,
 and in actual fact did not complete any at all.


All certificates of the SP Marc Yager from
 OT III to OT X are cancelled.
 (To my knowledge, Marc Yager did not make it on OT III due
 to his refusal to look at his own crimes against Mankind.)



For the same reason,
 we will cancel all Grade and OT certificates of people who
 have really and truly been found to be a
 Suppressive Person
 per the following definition:
   "no real ARC for others
     (ARC = Affinity, Reality, Communication,
      together making Understanding)
    and having a strong and habitual intention to
    prevent others from really finding out about him."



Further, we will cancel all OT VIII and
 OT VII certificates of all persons who
 obviously did not make that grade, that OT-level,
 as many have chosen to remain unaware of the condition or state
 of their own and Mankind's future, (which was in great danger
     up to 30 December 1994, the date of removal of ED RTC,
     the Head of the Church of Scientology, David Miscavige.)
 or they have chosen
 to let others remain unaware of this condition.


So I had to do their job, I had to act FOR them.



This should be a function of the Qualifications Division
 whose job it is supposed to be to
 correct things that have gone wrong.
 They are ALSO supposed to prevent false Issue of Certificates.
 So far they have been too blind or too arrogant
 to correct their own false issues of certificates,
 their false validation of States and Conditions.

So we will get them to finally do their job.
