1. To put Ron, the Spirit of Ron, the ARC of Ron, the intention
 of Ron, L. Ron Hubbard, back into all Scientology activities,
 to keep it in, and to increase it.



2. To handle the Miscavige Third Dynamic Engram,
 [which started 97 billion years ago],
 that nearly destroyed Scientology from 1982 to 1994,
 and which resulted in LRH withdrawing from Management in 1982,
 and LRH leaving us between January 1986 till June 1994.



3. To get Ethics and Justice back on the rails
 per LRH original ethics policy
 which makes the individual again the most important part
 and the building-block of the group,
 so that adequate, LARGE scale expansion can occur and will occur.



4. To make Ethics, meaning survival,
 again senior to Tech and Admin where this had been corrupted.

That means that the pretense of perfection of Tech and Admin
 cannot be used anymore as an excuse to forbid the use
 of Tech and Admin in any area of life,
 nor to invalidate the desire and possibility to
 use Tech and Admin in any area of life.

That means that auditing and Case Supervision
 is towards survival only, and not to "satisfy some standards".



5. To drive out any ideas that LRH is not needed here
 or that LRH is not here anymore,
 and to assist LRH to be here and be fully operational here.



6. To set up an adequate and functional organisation of OT's
 to help LRH now by OT-means in the theta-universe,
 to handle people and groups and as-is barriers to expansion;
 and to use these OT-means to cause and create expansion
 and to bring about more sanity and ARC in
 Scientology Organisations
 and outside of Scientology Organisations,
 by using OT-perceptions and OT-auditing procedures
 towards the third Dynamic (and other Dynamics as well).
