Dear Nelson,

If your wife refused and refuses
 to show up for standard Scientology marriage counselling,
 then what she most likely
 does not want found out about herself,
  is her intention to destroy and degrade
  family, children and sex.


As you have seen,
 she has proceeded to carry out this intention
 by covert means, third party, false reports on you,
 with a lot of force covertly engaging others
  in destroying you as a husband, as a father,
  and as a groupmember.


In properly done marriage counselling
 you would have found out
 that these were the hidden intentions
  on you, on your children, on the group,
 carefully hidden from you and others by your wife Doris.

This is why she did not and would not and will not
 show up and will NEVER show up
 for standard, ethical, Scientology marriage counselling
  in a neutral environment.


In other words,
 a person who continuously refuses to show up
 for a standard neutral Scientology marriage counselling
 IS a Suppressive Person on the sex and family Dynamic of life.

This you would have found out in the beginning
 if your wife Doris had not denied you
 Scientology marriage counselling
  (at which she has to be present).


You would then and there have decided
 that you do not want to create a family and sex life
 in order to have it continuously and covertly
 destroyed and degraded by the very person you are married to.


The Scientology chaplain
  in charge of organising Scientology marriage counselling
 should have informed you
 that this is what you would have found out
  in the marriage counselling,
 and that the only purpose of your wife,
  continuously refusing to show up,
 is in order to have it NOT found out about her
  by you, nor by the rest of the groupmembers,
  because she depends and depended
  on the rest of the groupmembers not knowing this about her,
  so that she could use them to carry out her hidden purpose,
   in which she obviously succeeded for several years,
  to destroy you.


That she also successfully used the other groupmembers,
 shows
 that she is also a Suppressive Person on the group Dynamic
  and that she may not be employed as a Scientologist,
   meaning "in the capacity of being a Scientologist
    and being in charge of other people
    on any subject having to do with
    the application of Scientology."

You have correctly by-passed the International Justice Chief.

The whole Justice Chief system will be abolished
 per RI-104i 'All Miscavige Orders Cancelled' of 12 Mar 1995
 and per RI-111i 'The evil Justice Chief System' of 16 Mar 1995
 as it was set up out of an intention of Miscavige
 to destroy Scientology and Scientologists and LRH and Mary Sue.


The terms Justice Chief, Continental Justice Chief,
 International Justice Chief
 will be replaced by HCO [Hubbard Communications Office]
  as it was in original LRH policy.


Any local Church has an HCO,
 and it is enough
 if you notify the local HCO of your local Church.

If they choose not to reply or not to send up your report
 to continental or international level,
 then that local Church's HCO
 will have to suffer the consequences
 of their (local HCO's) suppressive act on themselves.




I think I have clarified some matters for you here
 and in turn I do appreciate your support
 in detecting and throwing out
  suppressive persons in Scientology.
