Guillaume Lesevre, ED INT,
is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.
He has continuously refused to announce the return of LRH
after promising to do so.
He has continuously refused to announce
the removal of the SP Miscavige.
He has continuously refused
to publicly declare the SP Miscavige
to be the most suppressive being on our Time-Track
and in Scientology,
when this became known to him and since.
He has instead conspired
to continue to pretend to all Scientologists
that Miscavige is not an utter criminal
and biggest Suppressive Person of all time,
but to pretend he is still in charge
and to pretend Miscavige is a friend of LRH.
This, Guillaume Lesevre has done
completely knowingly and intentionally and publicly
to all Scientologists
and in the capacity of being the trusted
Executive Director International of Scientology World Wide.
Guillaume Lesevre is not a Scientologist,
but a mere manager of any firm,
as well as his friend Mark Ingber,
whom I yesterday declared Suppressive
and expelled from the Sea Org for similar reasons
of continuous betrayal of Scientology and Scientologists
and LRH on a World Wide scale,
while solely having his own "best interest" in mind,
very cleverly covered up with
"being the only trustworthy person
in International Management".
Guillaume has pretended,
especially and heavily from August 1994 till February 1995,
to be a friend to me and to LRH.
During that period
he has asked and gotten
a tremendous amount of help from me especially,
in the form of 82 hours of auditing and C/Sing given to him,
to the value of US $ 57,400
to help him to become more himself
and to confront the SP David Miscavige.
During that time, he has gotten our help,
for him and for his post as ED INT,
of detecting and removing the SP Miscavige,
which was completed on 30 December 1994.
After that however,
Guillaume continued his covert betrayal of me, of LRH,
of Scientology and Scientologists, and of Mankind.
He has been repeatedly ordered by LRH
to cancel an SP-declare on me, and to help me,
and to announce LRH's return.
Guillaume Lesevre, having shown
to be a full blown traitor on all these counts,
is now declared a Suppressive Person.
He will be dishonorably discharged from the Sea Org.
In total, unpaid Services
delivered to him personally only by me
are over US $ 66,000,
which he will have to pay to me
before he will have a chance to become in good standing
after his removal.
We are not interested
in highly trained, highly audited people
when they - even after all that training and auditing
given to them - still have no decency.
If not now, they will never have it,
and therefore they are juniors at best, for all time to come.
We are also not interested in his excuses and justifications
for knowingly and intentionally
being a full blown and continued traitor.
Again - there are people
living under very bad circumstances,
who have not had any auditing or training,
who DO maintain their integrity and decency
no matter how much suppression they have to suffer.
THESE are the kind of people
worthy of being in charge of Scientology.
And their training and auditing
will only make them more valuable for us.
