'BEING A TYRANT'
help you to dominate others?
[LRH:] "As a tyrant
I would have
no ethics and
no concern for others,
no considerations about being evil and mean.
"That 'helps'
to dominate others,
to make nothing out of them,
to make them into slaves.
"As a tyrant
I would not be concerned
whether what I am doing to another,
would harm him, or
would greatly confuse him, or
would invalidate him, or
would ARCX [upset] him,
I wouldn't mind.
"It would be unreal to me
that another has goals or
had goals which I destroyed.
"'To have NO concern that another does well and enjoys life',
helps me to dominate him.
"'Being completely indifferent
to the goals, dreams and wishes of another',
helps me to dominate.
"How else could I dominate, make smaller, degrade another,
who means something to me,
whom I have 'ARC' [Affinity, Reality, Communication] for!
"So a tyrant has no 'ARC' [liking, understanding] for Life. LFBD
He hates it and wants to destroy it.
"As a tyrant I would give orders, orders, orders
- and would hinder anyone
from [by themselves] making [survival] decisions:
I would demand of others to make decisions
and act in MY interest,
but
I would very much hinder them
in being RESPONSIBLE for anything.
"I would demand from them
that they serve me well,
but
I would hinder them
from making SELF-DETERMINED decisions.
"I would - in a true tyrannical way -
confuse others about what I want from them,
and I never would validate them for anything. LFBD

I put so much energy out, out, out
and allow none coming in,
'because that would destroy me'!

make me aware of something, etc.
"I imagine this as a terrible domination [over me],
which shouldn't happen.
"Any communication of another coming my way
I would consider an attack,
an insult,
a make-wrong,
a domination.
"And this I want to escape!
"I have to escape, or I am gone,
I would be dominated, overwhelmed by others.
"Therefore I am sure, as a tyrant, LFBD
that I can ESCAPE domination LFBD
if I hinder any communication to me.
"A tyrant is a somebody
who CAN'T quietly be opposite someone
who communicates to him!
"He is SO much dominated!
"A tyrant is not free!
"He has all the power, and he uses it forcefully,
but
a simple communication,
an advice,
a helpful urge to be ethical LFBD
makes him go into a psychotic break. LFBD

"So, when we demand ethics,
a Suppressive Person - or a tyrant -
can't hold his 'anchorpoints' and
reduces his [mental] space.
He thinks he is dominated when he is helped!

And so, L. Ron Hubbard,
after
Koos helped him in 1994
- with about a thousand hours of auditing -
to look at and understand David Miscavige
and remove David Miscavige,
[the being L. Ron Hubbard]
considered on 14 January 1996
that
Koos was dominating him,
by HAVING helped LRH effectively, and
by wanting to help LRH further
with removing the remaining anti-social beings
LRH had put in charge of the Church of Scientology.
I have never seen someone become
more evil, more vicious, more covertly ugly,
than
the being L. Ron Hubbard,
after I succeeded in helping him,
really effectively helping him during 1994.

intention to CANCEL Koos's 'SP-declare'.
[LRH:] "I did."
[Koos to LRH:] And you were hiding the fact
from me [Koos], and
from Jutta, and
from Guillaume.
But you could and should have awarded me
what you call a Kha-Khan status
[an LRH idea of awarding someone
to be forgiven ten times the death penalty.
It of course strongly depends
on who then issues death penalties.
It is a strange concept, but romantic,
rather far removed from the
- for LRH actually extremely confused -
subject of Ethics, Justice, and Self-determinism,
as we will see in the upcoming RI-Bulletins.

and you should have paid me
for all the auditing we gave you
since June 1994 [and
for the auditing we gave
Miscavige,
Guillaume,
Yager, etc.].
This would have been well within your own Policy.
So what do you have to say to this?
[LRH:] "I should have done this, but
'I was afraid about what else
Koos would continue to change in Scientology'."
[Koos to LRH:] Well, I think we are nearer to the truth
if we say that
YOU DID NOT WANT IT KNOWN
THAT MISCAVIGE WAS A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON

and that
you by consequence were somebody
who put a Suppressive Person IN CHARGE
OF THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY
while you were telling everybody
[before your suicide in 1986]
that everything was in good hands.
And I think we are nearer to the truth
by saying that
YOU DID NOT WANT TO HAVE ALL THE ATROCITIES
COME TO LIGHT THAT YOU AND MISCAVIGE HAD
COMMITTED AGAINST SCIENTOLOGISTS.

I think we are much closer there
to stating the truth.
[LRH:] "Yes, that is true."
[Koos to LRH:] Good!
So we must assume
that at that moment,
when you decided to have the cancellation
of the 'SP-declare' on Koos prevented, and
when you knowingly
were hiding from everybody
your intention and the execution thereof,
you AGAIN became a full-blown Suppressive Person,
the earlier time being
when you put Miscavige on post [in 1982
as actual Head of the Church of Scientology].
Jutta and I had worked for three quarters of a year
day and night [in 1994]
to make you stop being a suppressive.
[The cost to me personally
of removing Miscavige
has been about one million US dollars,
and I have not seen a cent yet paid to me
by the Church of Scientology
for salvaging them from this
fascistic brute called David Miscavige.]
And then, IN JANUARY 1995, YOU [LRH] AGAIN DECIDED
TO BE A FULL-BLOWN ANTI-SOCIAL PERSON.
You see, NOBODY WHO HAS ANY SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS
WOULD EVEN THINK OF DOING, WHAT YOU [LRH]
DID TO KOOS IN JANUARY 1995
[to stop Guillaume, Executive Director Int,
from rehabilitating Koos,
which Guillaume, having some decency,
wanted to do after Miscavige was removed by Koos.]
It would be - for a social person -
completely unthinkable what you did to Koos.
A social person could not possibly imagine
committing such an act of
complete and cold-blooded evil as you did,
while on top of that
PRETENDING it to be 'for the survival of Mankind'.
A social person could not do such a thing
- but an anti-social person could.
Do you have any disagreements with that?
[LRH:] "No."
[Koos to LRH:] So there we have a time
when you became a full-blown suppressive.
So we want to have the exact moment
when you decided
to stop the cancellation
of the 'SP-declare' on Koos, and
where you decided to hide
from Guillaume and
from Jutta and
from Koos
this decision and your execution of it.
