Heber Jentzsch is the long-time and present

[Auditor:] At what precise moment
            did LRH [L. Ron Hubbard] become a suppressive?

[Heber is protesting the question:]
"How can you suggest that LRH became a suppressive!

"LRH is the best friend humunity ever had.

"A Suppressive is someone with very definite chracteristics,
 'no_case_change' for example."


[Koos to Heber:]
 The main characteristic of a Suppressive Person is
 'somebody who does not want to be looked at'.


[Auditor to Heber:] At what precise moment
                     did LRH become a suppressive?

"It had something to do with Miscavige.

"LRH became withdrawn.
 One couldn't reach him.
 Or reach him only via Miscavige.

"It was in 1982.  F LFBD

[Note by Auditor:] Heber gets agitated.

"I never liked this creation of RTC!
 And I never liked it that LRH gave away the trademarks.  LF

"It seemed to me like a small death of LRH.  LFBD
 The start of reducing his control.

"And from this moment on,
 there were court cases for all kinds of infringements
  and transgressions and violations of copyright law
  which we never had before.  LF

"In my opinion it didn't help Scientology.

"It didn't help the activity of promoting Scientology
 and delivering service and getting people over the bridge.

"All became very much attack, attack,
  instead of creating friends.

"And LRH agreed with these activities!
 And at the same time he became less reachable.

"RTC became his eye that he had on the activities of
  the many Scientology organisations.

"And it was a blind eye.
 I am sure he was not getting properly informed
 about the Orgs and Missions and groups
 and RTC interventions which were not all necessary.  LFBD
 [Led by the biggest Anti-Scientologists Ray Mithoff,
   Marc Yager (removed), and Miscavige (removed).]

"WE DID QUITE WELL WITHOUT AN 'RTC' BEFORE.  LFBD's

"We had a situation which can be described like that:
 The King withdraws and lets his generals rule."


[Koos to Heber:] Koos wants you to know
                  that the tape Ron's Journal 38
                   about fighting the squirrels
                   and disbanding the Guardian Office
                   and about RTC being in control of all,
                  was not by LRH, but made by Miscavige
                   with the help of an actor.
                  LRH did not cancel this tape,
                   but left it issued
                   in order to "push power to Miscavige".

[Heber:] "I was aware of that.
 But here everybody,
  including me, 'not-ised' [refused to look at] it,
 or tried to not know it,
 and justified it with
  'It's certainly a good piece of PR for Scientology,
   and facts are facts,
   and all the achievements mentioned were made,
   so it's a valuable communication'.  LFBD's

"Right, LRH didn't cancel it
 and he certainly has ARC-broken [upset]
  many Scientologists with it,  LFBD
  who - faithfully enough - invented justifications for LRH.

"But, really, I mean,
 we let LRH 'go PTS to' [become overwhelmed by] Miscavige,
 we let him become suppressive as well.


"It would have been survival
 if I and others would have confronted that,
 and would have gone in communication with LRH about it,
  and review a few things.
