  the many anchorpoints in the Caribbeans
  which I held with Ray Mithoff,
 are taken over by Ron!  LFBD

"I was opposing Ron [LRH],
 and Ray Mithoof was opposing Ron.  LFBD's

"We fought to get our position back.

"Ron is destroying his best people (us) when he  LFBD
  is continuing to keep us away!"

[Reiss:] "I am trying to drive Ron out!

  or as solo-auditing as ordered by the Case Supervisor.

 of auditing without Case Supervisor OK and on lines.

"I WANT TO HINDER THE USE OF SCIENTOLOGY TECH  LFBD

 WHEN HELP IS NEEDED BY APPLYING AUDITING TECH.

  outside of a Scientology Organisation,
   [so that nobody gets the idea

    they would not be interested to keep Scientology working,
    and would not be able to apply Scientology ethically

  that only in Scientology Organisations
  there are people responsible enough
  to apply auditing tech to people's lives.

"This applies also [even] to trained and interested auditors
 who have studied in a Scientology Organisations,
 but are not on staff.

 who have been trained at FLAG
 which turns out the best auditors in the world!  LFBD

"I DO NOT CARE WHETHER LRH MEANT IT SO OR NOT.

"I want that Scientology organisations
 are the only places in the world
  where auditing is done
  and where it is permitted to use auditing tech.

"Anything else I want [to be] considered a crime,
 so that people come [only] to Orgs for auditing,  LFBD
 and WE tell him or her
  whether he or she can have auditing or not.

"The use of auditing tech in life outside an Org is a crime
 and such a person [who does that]
  would be hindered to have auditing in an Org,
 UNTIL HE UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES
  THAT IT IS A CRIME
   TO HANDLE SITUATIONS IN ONE'S LIFE
    WITH THE TECH OF AUDITING WITH AN E-METER,
    AS AN AUDITOR,
    without any Org supervision.

   around the Freewinds."
