The following anti-Scientologists
have officially and legally
expressed their intention
to stop my work of bringing sanity back into Scientology,
work in which I am backed up
by the 'deceased Founder of the Scientology Religion'.
This is how these utter criminals
used the over 100,000 German Marks (Deutsch Marks)
and the support
I gave them in 1991.
They are completely unable and unwilling
to see their criminal acts,
so I will press for
criminal charges against them
so that the Munich public prosecution and
the Bavarian government
will bring them to reason,
if necessary, by imprisonment
if they refuse to cease their
anti-Scientology and anti-social practises
by other means.
Their practises are those of
taking large amounts of money from people
under false promises
and then throwing these people out
when they turn out to be too decent
for the MUNICH Church.

The Anti-Scientologists who press for legal action
are listed below:
The Anti-Scientologist Karin Schiele,
at the moment of this writing
still HCO-Staff of the MUNICH Scientology Church.
The Anti-Scientologist Anni Maisriemler,
pretending to be a Scientologist of the case level OT VIII,
MUNICH staff.
The most violent Anti-Scientologist Babsi Weber,
whom we removed from MUNICH staff
per RI-197i 'LRH Removes SP Babsi Weber From Munich Org'
of 1 June 1995.
After two weeks, she was invited back, however,
by the Anti-Scientologist Karin Schiele,
who put her back on her post of
extorting money from innocent Scientologists,
while we were busy exposing and removing bigger fish.
(Babsi Weber has now divorced Weber,
and is called Babsi Ecin).
The Anti-Scientologist Goetz Neubert,
yet another psychotic (according to his own wife, Irin Neubert)
staffmember of MUNICH Org,
a junior to Karin Schiele,
in the HCO Department of the Org.
The Anti-Scientologist Johann Altendorfer,
also a MUNICH staff,
pretending to "defend the MUNICH Church"
as an OSA-staffmember.
These Anti-Scientologists
are currently pressing for legal action,
which was initiated, officially, that is,
by the Anti-Scientologist Karin Schiele
on 10 October.
The others mentioned joined officially
on 13 October.
Their attacks are funded (financially provided for)
by the Church of Scientology Munich.
Yesterday they apparently got an OK to go forward,
from the Anti-Scientology RTC-lawyer Helena Kobrin,
to try and execute their legal attack on Koos.
The legal attack
is NOT signed
by Nina Voegtli, the CO MUNICH,
nor by Bernd Schwede, the Qual Sec MUNICH,
nor by Emil Kauer, the Senior C/S MUNICH,
nor by Irin Neubert, the Tech Sec of MUNICH.
These last-mentioned people
are hereby declared
Potential Trouble Sources Type A
due to their connection to the mentioned Anti-Scientologists
while they were or are in a position
to kick the mentioned Anti-Scientologists
out of the MUNICH Church of Scientology,
but did not do so.
