[Auditor to Ron:] What earlier time
did you succeed or almost succeed
in enslaving Mankind
as you now nearly succeeded since 1966
in Scientology - (if I had not intervened)?
[LRH:] "There was the time in Syracuse around 400 BC."
[Auditor:] And how did you enslave people there?
"I kept new ideas away from them.
I kept the philosophy of Plato/Koos away from them.
Plato and his philosophy."
[Koos to Auditor:] You better get more details
and not generalities. LFBD
[LRH:] "400 BC Syracuse was not a time
where I enslaved Mankind.
It is not an answer to the question.
I committed overts on Koos/Plato
and on the small Syracuse colony,
but it was not an enslaving of Mankind.
"I will soon find the time that answers the question.

not on Earth, but in this galaxy. F's LFBD
"I did something similar to what I did now. Faintly similar.
"I abolished all existing law, and made new law, F
like now I made Policy for each and everything."
[Koos:] So, LRH developed Scientology
in order to not have to be responsible anymore for
(or not anymore accountable for)
the time when he enslaved Mankind.
So he had done his job of creating Scientology
IN ORDER TO cover up the earlier time
that he enslaved Mankind by NOW so-called undoing
that earlier enslavement again,
and then he ran away (from Scientology, in 1986)
in order to not commit (run the risk of committing)
the overt again
of enslaving Mankind
- and he is still running away.
So, Scientology is a solution of Ron
with which to not have to confront the time
when he enslaved Mankind
and a solution with the purpose
that nobody could blame him anymore
for the earlier enslavement he did.
[Koos:] You see, that's not the purpose
'to create a sane civilisation',
that is the purpose to cover up
and not be blamed for an earlier overt on Mankind.
It is (not only remedying an earlier enslavement,
but it is also) a cover-up operation
(of the earlier overt of Ron),
and THEREFORE Suppressive Persons (like Miscavige)
who also had the purpose to cover up something,
were or are not thrown out,
because these also have the purpose
to cover up their past crimes.
They want to also "be good now" and also "for eternity",
and also in such a way
that they do not have to look at their past crimes,
and so,
that they also can demand of others
to not be made accountable anymore for
what they did in the past.
[Koos:] So, Scientology was not only
a perfect hiding place for Suppressive Persons,
and still is,

but they WERE INVITED,
and they ARE invited in by Ron,
and when I did ask Ron
"Who put [the re-incarnation of] Himmler on post
as the International Justice Chief?",
Ron thought nothing of it,
and Ron thought nothing of
putting all kinds of Suppressive Persons in charge,
and him having to remove them now
- because Koos demands it! -
is not only considered a nuisance by Ron,
but it continuously rubs into his face
that Scientology is a place
where Suppressive Persons were and are
still invited in,
"in order to be good now",
WHILE THEY SHOULD BE KEPT OUT OF AN ACTIVITY
which has the stated purpose,
the advertised purpose,
and which CAN HAVE AND CAN ACHIEVE THE PURPOSE
OF CREATING A SANE CIVILISATION.
[Koos:] Ron wants Scientology to be a 'safe' place, a haven,
for Suppressive Persons
so that they now can say to themselves and others
that they "are good now".
Karin Schiele [anti-Scientologist and
Munich Org 'Ethics' staff]
is "good now" and
fully sanctioned
by Scientology practises initiated by Ron.
Caspar de Rijk [Case Supervisor in AOSHEU (Copenhagen)],
that's the same case.
Richard Reiss [former Snr C/S FLAG,
removed on 6 Nov 1995] and
Ray Mithoff [suppressive
Senior Case Supervisor International,
and actual head of the Church of Scientology],
is the same case.
Ron says: "They are just trying to be good now".
And yes, that's true - with only a very minor detail,
which hardly needs mentioning, of course -
and that is,
that THEY DON'T MANAGE (TO "BE GOOD NOW"),
also not when they are OT XII(twelve) and Class XII,
and I know of one person who is OT XXIII
and who also doesn't manage to "be good forever".
[Koos to Ron:] So, what is the earlier overt
which Scientology is intended to cover up
or make up for?
[LRH:] "I once was suppressing beings,
fixed them in one place.
"I developed Scientology
to increase the life-force of people
so that they can resist that.
"Seen over a long time span, I can say so.
Seen in a short time span
I had other motives [for creating Scientology]
than making up for earlier overts."

'to be stronger than I would be alone'.
Not stronger for a certain useful purpose,
not stronger than an SP,
just stronger than each one was alone.

a lot of space and strength,
but, it was
fixing otherwise 'OT'-beings,
in one location,
ALL MOTION STOPPED
with only attention on 'beingness' [being there]
which was a very much desired experience by me,
and I made others desire that, too,
and [but] ONLY that,
and I WAS - AND MY GROUP WAS -
AVOIDING ALL CONFRONTATION WITH OTHER BEINGS
WHO HAD OTHER REALITIES.

of anyone else around.
"My group became a big group of perfectly serene 'slaves'
who didn't desire anything else,
and who - 'willingly', incited by me -
gave up their true nature of being causative creators.

"Scientology is designed
to tell people
that there is so much more to life [than that].
