[Auditor:] Describe your overt of enslaving Mankind,
14 million years ago,
by making a group of 'perfectly serene slaves'.
[LRH:] "14 million years ago
I created myself a beingness in a state of serenity: LFBD
I chose to abstain from all interference
into the lives of others,
resisted all temptation to evaluate for others. LFBD
"I had refrained from any action,
also I had refrained from any intention to act.
"I had achieved what I desired, then:
a calmness,
an independence from other beings,
an independence from changing conditions,
which are inevitable
if one has goals and games going. LFBD
"I WAS.
I had achieved a stability of condition,
which I thought desirable, then."
[Koos to Auditor:] I want to know how many people
and which people.
Obviously Mary Sue was one of them,
as she is trying to achieve that now.
[Ron describes further:]
"I was in serenity of beingness, I radiated it. LFBD
"Other OT-beings could experience it, if they wanted to.
I made no effort to convince them.
I was serene and radiated serenity.
"I made no attempt to find out
whether it was what others needed and wanted from me,
nor was I interested
whether they needed and wanted it for themselves. LFBD
"I radiated serenity in the midst of other beings,
[so] that some started to desire it, too,
and joined me. LFBD
"When others joined me
I experienced an upsurge in the stability of my state,
and, that we were now a small group,
gave also strength and stability to the state of serenity
of those who joined me,
so I decided to invite other OT-beings in,
by now radiating this intention out,
together with those of my small group.
"In the beginning of this auditing-session
I said I did not intend to interfere with the lives of others,
that's a lie:
I put the 'rightness' out
that my state of serenity was the most ideal state to be in.
"I was not interested
in what others needed or wanted.
I did not look at them.
I did not look at their intentions. LFBD's
I did not look at what they wanted to achieve
and how they got along with it.
"I did not try to find out how I could help them
to achieve what they wanted. LFBD
"I radiated serenity as an ideal desirable state to be in.
And I caused many beings to become irresponsible
for their own goals, F
for their associations with other beings. LF
"I made them blow [run away from life],
I made them 'not-is' [refuse to look at]
the condition they were in,
and which [conditions] others were in,
when they were blowing. LFBD
"In fact, LFBD
I created a group
of beings
who before were responsible
[but] who I had incited to become irresponsible,
and
of beings
whose intention to be irresponsible
had so far been counterbalanced
by their intention to be ethical and
who were helped by others to be ethical,
AND
I ATTRACTED
BEINGS
WHO WERE COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE
AND SAW IN MY GROUP
A PERFECT SOLUTION
TO ESCAPE FOR GOOD
THE CONSTANT DEMAND
OF OTHERS ON THEM
TO CONTRIBUTE AND TO BE ETHICAL. LFBD
"THESE WERE THE SUPPRESSIVE PERSONS WHO I INVITED IN, LFBD LF
WHO BECAME THE MOST BUSY
TO MAKE MORE BEINGS IRRESPONSIBLE.
"So I can't even claim
that I was ridding the other groups of beings, of SP's,
because SP's streamed to my group.
"These SP's were undermining most strongly
the ethics of the society of other beings."
[Auditor to Ron:] Koos wants to know
how many people
and which people
you made part of the group. LFBD
[LRH:] "It was a group which comprised several million beings.
"Mary Sue was one of them.
"And Jutta LFBD
was one of them. LFBD's
[Jutta:] `Yes, I was!' LFBD

Now Koos wants to know:
Does that group still exist
or how was it disbanded? LF
[LRH:] "No, it does not exist anymore,
the group fell apart. LFBD
"THE PROBLEMS OF HUMANITY WERE NOT SOLVED BY
BEING 'SERENCE' AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
The conditions of the beings
who were not in the group
were not improved by being 'serene' and irresponsible. LFBD
"So, responsible active beings
revolted against being decimated [destroyed] in numbers
by our group.
"They revolted against having us in their midst
- which [having us] meant:
irresponsibility was considered a virtue
and was a desired goal
by some who were not yet part of the group,
but admired the 'serenity' of the group,
- which meant:
invalidation of the aliveness of others,
- which meant:
we made serenity an overwhelming goal
at the exclusion of the validity of other goals." LFBD's

did you want to cover up
by forming that group and that philosophy?

"I was [before deciding to be serene]
using force [at a particular time] without judgement,
I became destructive.
"I acted without proper judgement,
without proper estimation of force necessary. LFBD
I got 'mad'.
I kicked some beings out of spaces. LFBD
"I patched them up again,
but then I got 'careful' about myself.
I did not want to repeat such an overt. LFBD's
"I became 'afraid of my owm force'.
I decided - even after I had repaired it -
to refrain from acting. LFBD
"It was not a matter of any of my victimized thetans
telling me: 'Look what you did to me!'
"There was no enforcement of any of them in it
that I should now withhold myself from life.
It was my own decision."
[Auditor:] When was it?
"It was about a 1,000 years
before I decided to be 'serene'
and to withdraw
from all participation in the lives of others."
[Auditor:] Where was it?
"It was in the same location
on a planet in [the] 'Orion' [constellation]. LFBD's
"So how was it?
I put ethics in on a few, much too forcefully.
I got them back in shape
- but then I decided to withhold [myself] from
all observation and action of putting ethics in
and with THIS I made a huge number of beings out-ethics
and made irresponsibility a philosophy of life.
With my serenity I promoted:
'You can't commit overts if you are irresponsible for life.
"That's a great illogic.
And a lie!

"Some came into the group
because they wanted to enjoy the
beauty of serenity (irresponsible though),
other beings
like Atack, Heller-Seitz, Miscavige,
were not that 'serene',
they had a very vivid destructive interest
to use the group
to get beings into a state of irresponsibility
and were amongst those
who were pressing hard to enlarge the group."
[Koos:] That clears up a lot about Jon Atack,
by the way.
[LRH:] " I had started out
to just be in a state of serenity
with the intention to withhold myself
from interfering in the lives of others;
[but]
certain beings who had joined me
and were now part of the group of 'serene beings'
used this
to outgoingly attack the way of life
of those who were not in the group, and F
to invalidate the realities of others
with the purpose
to talk them out of the group of responsible beings
into our group of serene (but irresponsible) beings." LFBD
