to remedy the 'SP-declare' on yourself?
[Note by Auditor:] Guillaume refuses to answer.
[Koos to Auditor:] Ask Bill Robertson what Guillaume is
withholding regarding the question.
[Bill:] "Guillaume wants to tell Koos
that Koos should 'request' a Committee of Evidence,
but Guiilaume knows that it is nonsense
and that it would only
show up Guillaume's irresponsibility."
[Koos:] Bill, thank you very much for your help,
and this shows to Koos
that Guillaume is still very 'PTS to' [robotic to] LRH.
[Koos:] I indicate to you, Guillaume,
that you are very PTS to [overwhelmed by] LRH.
[Guillaume:] "I am working for LRH!"
[Koos:] You are working for ME and not for LRH,
and LRH is working for ME.
And LRH IS handling the SP-declare Koos issued on LRH.
[Guillaume:] "I did not know I was working for Koos.
I am not working for Koos.
I am working for LRH."
[Koos to Guillaume:] That is why you have been
declared suppressive.
[Koos to Guillaume:] The game is to create a sane civilisation
and not to work for an SP
which LRH became, as you know,
and which started already in 1965
on the 21st of September, to be precise.

And that is why
you are working for Koos and not for LRH,
and that is why you are working for
Bill Robertson and not for LRH.
You may not like this simple
and very true statement
of the actual condition
and state of affairs,
but you can find out for yourself
that that IS the condition
and state of affairs.

[Guillaume:] "Well, I am not only working for LRH.
I am mainly working for sanity on this planet."
[Koos to Guillaume:] You can check it out with LRH
and find out it is all true what I say.

for getting LRH back
in order to clean up Scientology?
[Guillaume:] "I haven't."
[Koos to Guillaume:] I indicate to you, Guillaume,
that the 'Third Party' [causing a fight
between friends]
is LRH.

Have you thanked Koos
for working three quarters of a year
full time day and night to audit LRH
and to remove Miscavige?
[Guillaume:] "I haven't thanked Koos for it."
[Koos to Guillaume:] I indicate to you, on that also, that
the Third Party is LRH.
[Guillaume:] "I still do not understand."
[Koos to Guillaume:] Do you understand the concept of
Third Party?
LRH has been lying to you
about his intentions
and he has been lying to me
about his intentions.
[Guillaume:] "I do not get this about LRH's lies.
But, Third Party is:
if LRH would have told you, Koos, lies about me
to make you upset about me
AND
if LRH would have told me lies about you
and so made me upset about you."
[Koos to Guillaume:] Right!
LRH has told you
that I wanted to destroy Scientology
and that you should not look at LRH
and LRH has told me
that you wanted to destroy Scientology
and that I should not look at LRH,
where in fact,
LRH wanted himself to destroy Scientology
by secretly putting and keeping
Suppressive Persons in charge
of Scientology,
senior to you and senior to me
and LRH then
fully blew [left irresponsibly] physically
in 1986.
Ron confessed
that by his behavior
he destroyed about
300 groups, Orgs and Missions
and stole something like
60 million Dollars
from Scientologists
through the actions of Miscavige alone.
All this, while claiming to you and me
that he was responsible for Scientology
and for this civilisation.
[Koos to Guillaume:] Does this ring a bell now
that LRH is the Third Party?
[Guillaume:] I do not understand that LRH told you
[that] I wanted to destroy Scientology."
[Koos to Guillaume:] LRH told me
that you are too stupid
and too suppressive
to remove Suppressive Persons
from Scientology
because you are unable to
understand and follow Policy.
LRH told me
that you are too stupid and too criminal
to cancel the false 'SP-declare' on Koos.
LRH told me
that you are too big a Suppressive Person
to support me and contribute to me.
LRH told me [by implication]
that you are a full-blown
and utter enemy to Mankind
because you allow the current
legal attacks of RTC and OSA on me.
LRH is hiding from you
how LRH caused all the attacks
and false SP-declares on me since 1976 and
that LRH refused
to remedy his Suppressive Acts himself,
and still refuses to do so.
[Koos to Guillaume:] The question is:
Are you really that insane, that criminal,
and that stupid?
I can hardly imagine that.
But if that is so
then I will let that be known publicly
and enforce the SP-declare on you,
as I've done with Miscavige,
with Marc Yager, with Richard Reiss
and now with Ray Mithoff.
This means
that I WILL BLOW YOU OUT OF SCIENTOLOGY,
as Mark Ingber
has just now begged me to do with him.
So I would like to know how insane you are.
That's the question.
[Guillaume:] "I am not that insane,
but also I do not believe
that LRH told you such things about me."
[Koos to Guillaume:] I indicate to you
that you are PTS to [overwhelmed by] LRH,
as I removed all the other
Suppressive Persons around you,
and you STILL have the intention
to destroy me and
to destroy LRH and
to destroy Scientology.
[Guillaume:] "That I do not believe that LRH
told such vile things about me
does NOT prove that I AM PTS to [overwhelmed by] LRH."

in that incident.]
[Koos to Auditor:] I still have the question to ask,
what LRH told Guillaume about ME!
That would also be an interesting question
because Guillaume says he is working for LRH,
and Guillaume wants to destroy me
and is trying to do so, and
now even by legal attacks on me.
[Note by Auditor:] I informed Guillaume
about the 14 million years ago incident
of which Guillaume was part.
[Auditor to Guillaume:]

LRH also wants to handle [repair] the effects
[which] he created with this overt,
and Koos wants to get us all together again,
INCLUDING LRH. LFBD
[Koos to Guillaume:] You say you are or were working for LRH.
As you have set out
to destroy me and other Scientologists,
you are either a totally insane robot
and must be removed immediately,
or
LRH has told you something
- as you said you
are or were working for LRH -
to make you willing to destroy me.
[Koos to Guillaume:] What has LRH told you or implied about me?
[Guillaume:] "LRH has implied [to me]
- that you are not respecting Policy,
- that you want to re-write or abolish certain Policy,
- that you do not respect established comm-lines,
- that you would change everything around,
so that there wouldn't be much of Scientology left,
- that you call LRH a Suppressive
although LRH has done more for Mankind
than many others."
[Koos:] [That's very interesting,
because] LRH told ME [Koos]
that I [Koos] saved his life,
that I saved Scientology and Mankind, and
that I am his only true friend
besides Bill Robertson
who is willing to and does take responsibility
for LRH and for Scientology, and
that I am the one who
understands and wants to apply Policy correctly.
LRH tells ME that many of his Policies,
specially regarding Ethics and Finance,
ARE suppressive.
LRH tells ME that there is a lot wrong
with Scientology and
that there is a lot of
his case [uninspected non-survival decisions] in it,
and that he has to re-write the whole thing
if he would do it again.
That is what LRH is telling ME
what he thinks about ME.
[Koos to Guillaume:] Do you have any idea
what a Third Party is now, Guillaume?
[Guillaume:] "Yes I do!
Now there is my Affinity for LRH,
there is your Affinity for LRH as I get it from you.
I get here, that the TIME is missing
when LRH told something to me or to you.
You audit him,
he changes his ideas or finds out something,
what he had defended as true and it is not true anymore,
and I am not informed about it."
[Koos:] This is a recorded Service Fac [fixed solution] of LRH
which he uses and
throws out at you and others (since probably 1966)
in order to make you not look at him.
So this is an old hat for me.
[Koos:] The actuality IS there to be looked at,
and that is:
that I have correctly declared you, Guillaume,
a Suppressive Person,

and
that you have not done anything to remedy that,
that is, to stop your suppressive acts against me.
Moreover,
you have started a legal attack against me
via the criminal Munich Org
- which [legal battle] you will lose -
and I am about to close down
the Churches of Scientology in Germany
with the help of the German Government,
so as to stop your criminal and suppressive acts
of destroying Scientology and
destroying Mankind and
destroying LRH with it.
[Koos:] So we will find a way - here in Germany at least -
to break the power of RTC,
which I told you already to disband
(I told you to disband RTC) more than a year ago
and which I repeated when I removed Miscavige,
so that Scientology
(the ownership of the Scientology materials)
gets out of the hands of criminals
and into the hands of Mankind.
[Koos:] If necessary we will pass a Law
which cancels your current copyright claims
so that Mankind can benefit and will benefit
from the discoveries made by LRH,
in the same way as Mankind profits
from the discovery of the printing press
and the discovery of the laws of electricity.
[Koos:] Have I made myself clear to you?
[Guillaume:] "You have made yourself clear.
Now, when you talked,
sometimes it seemed to me
that we could work together
and that we are actually working on the same goal,
and then again, it seemed to me
that we are working in opposing directions."
[Koos:] Can you tell me what opposing direction that is,
then, please?
[Guillaume:] "You will understand
that I am horrified by the thought
to get all German Orgs and Missions etc. closed down.
"On the other hand
the thought to get Scientology into the hands of Mankind
is a thought which I completely agree to."
[Koos to Guillaume:] As long as you refuse to confront
Suppressive Persons inside Scientology
and refuse to throw them out,
- WHICH ONLY I AM DOING -
as long as you refuse
to inform the public correctly,
and as long as you refuse to indicate
those Suppressive Persons to the public,
both to Scientology public
and to Earth population,
- WHICH I AM DOING
WITH A FANTASTIC RESURGEANCE OF SANITY,
I , NOT YOU,
BUT I , APPLY POLICY, AND NOT YOU.
As long as you are not willing to do that
and are not doing that,
you will continue
to destroy Scientology Churches
and deny the benefits of Scientology
NOT ONLY TO MANKIND
but
TO ALL SCIENTOLOGISTS AS WELL.
[Koos to Guillaume:] Do you think that you can make any OT's
while hiding from them that
Miscavige, Yager, Reiss, Mithoff
and Starkey are violent suppressives?
Do you think you can make any OT's
by continuing to prevent them
from looking at LRH?
LRH has stated recently
that all actual OT's
have been kicked out of Scientology.
So I think that YOU are the one
who is not following Policy,
that YOU are the one
who is preventing so-called OT VIII's
from being OT,
and that YOU are the one
who is preventing the correct use
of Scientology as discovered by LRH.
That LRH himself has asked you,
demanded of you and enforced on you
to do so, is no excuse,
because
it will NOT do OT VIII's,
nor other Scientologists,
nor Mankind
ANY good
that LRH told you to do so
(that LRH told you to make them NOT look).
(At this point, Koos goes to bed
and leaves the Auditor to finish the session.)
[Auditor to Guillaume:] What are you going to do now
to remedy the 'SP-declare' on yourself?
[Guillaume:] "What interests me,
is
to help LRH,
to help Mankind.
"You know what will happen
if in Germany alone Org's, etc. are prohibited,
not only the existing ones.
You didn't think about the fact
that also the future groups, Missions, Orgs
will be prohibited by the same law.
"So, Scientology for Mankind, great,
where do you go to get auditing?
You audit yourself or get it from a friend,
but - lo! - groups will be forbidden by law.
"And where do you get books and tapes from?
"Bookstores wouldn't want to sell them
when the Organisation is forbidden.
And people wouldn't want to reach [for Scientology]
if Scientology as Organisation is forbidden.
Libraries wouldn't be willing
to put Scientology books in their shelves.
"So you sell books via advertisement and order-form?
And then?
What organisational form shall the enterprise
'Scientology for Mankind' have?
"Books, Courses, Auditing
- who will give it, who will care for it,
help people to get along with it?
[Help people] do their next steps?
"All a big unorganized self-help
a la [French words, meaning 'in the manner of']
Carnegie, or what?
Do you know what you are talking about?
"When you talk about Scientology for Mankind
what are you talking about:
Auditing only?
Courses for auditor-training only?
Only the Red [Technical] Volumes?
"The Green [Organisational] Volumes [would be] useless
- because you want organisations closed down?

This is all very very evil 'criticism' by Guillaume,
as HE is the one destroying Scientology
and preventing its use,
NOT ME.
HE is the one who refused to confront
and refused to remove Suppressives,
and DEMANDED of me to NOT remove them.
Because by removing them,
I would not be following Policy
and by not following Policy
I would be destroying Scientology and
its established organisational lines
and it would be no use
to throw Suppressive Persons out of Scientology
because other Suppressive Persons in Scientology
would anyway again
use Policy to throw me (Koos) out.
This is literally what Guillaume told me some time ago
in order to justify his Suppressive Acts
and his criminality.
I [Koos] did remove the Suppressive Persons anyway,
and now HE accuses ME
of avoiding Suppressive Persons.]
[Guillaume:] "This is one way
of avoiding Suppressive Persons on the plan.
"No organisations! [equals] No suppressive Persons!
Is that true?
"Without organisations
you would abolish half of what Scientology is.
"And on the other hand
you want organisations, you want the Sea Org.
"So, how is it going to be in future as you plan it?
What do you intend to build up,
after you tore things down?
"All these questions
have something to do
with remedying the 'SP-declare' on myself.
"This is the start of it.
"I want to remedy my 'SP-declare'."
