[LRH:] "In 1977,
 I tried to enforce on you
  to destroy your Second Dynamic [family] with Koos.  LF

"I tried to enforce on you
  to give up your plans for the future:
   to be part of Koos's Art Organisation,
   to be Koos's Second Dynamic [wife].  F

"I tried to enforce on you
  to desert Koos
  and stop all communication with him.  LFBD


"I did this
 after Suppressives of the Guardian Office World Wide
  - who I protected at the time (1977)
    and [who I] threw only out five years later -
  had 'successfully' hindered Koos from removing them
  and had punished him
   with declaring his house in East Grinstead
     out of bounds for Scientologists
  and [had punished Koos]
   with other harmful criminal actions.

"And their actions and decisions
 were based on Policy which  I  had made
  and had introduced into the group.  LFBD

"With this Policy which I had made and enforced to be used,
 I imposed on you
  to stay away from your auditing and training at Saint Hill,
   until you would have decided to desert Koos  LFBD
   and give up
    your Second Dynamic [family] and Third Dynamic [group] plans
    for the future.


"As you decided to stay with Koos,
 the Ethics Order came into force
 and with it
  I  threw you out of Saint Hill (UK),
  I  stopped your co-auditing with another student,
  I  stopped you also from auditing still another student
   in the middle of a Rundown,
   that is:
    I forced you to desert two PC's which you had,  F
  I stopped you from completing your auditor's training,
  I stopped you from doing your Class IV Internship,
   which you were near to start.

"  I  stopped the realization of your plan
 to co-audit up to Clear and to be Clear in 1977.  LFBD

"  I  did all these things,
 based on
  Policies which I created and allowed to be, and
 based on
  my suppressive holding on to
   Guardian Office suppressives, and  LFBD
 based on
  my refusal to listen to and protect Koos.


"I caused you to become PTS [overwhelmed]  LFBD
  in such a situation which I created for you.

"I caused you to not look at Suppressive Persons,
 not at the Guardian Office Suppressive Persons,
 not at me.

"Sure it also is your 'case' [undisclosed non-survival intentions],
  but I enforced [the] not looking.


"You wanted both a Second Dynamic [family]
  and Third Dynamic [group] with Koos
 AND
  your auditing and training
   and going Clear at Saint Hill.

"I attacked you for that.
 I let others continue to attack you
  [when you were] together with Koos.


"You never 'nattered' [destructively criticized] about ME,
  you never got angry about ME,  LFBD
 but you 'nattered' [destructively criticized]
  and got angry about Koos a lot
  and you tried to stop HIM from looking.  LFBD

"YOU SAW NO CONNECTION TO ME IN IT,
  and that I have something to do
  with your auditing and training stopped.

"YOU EVEN BLAMED KOOS for it,
 whose intention really
  was not to have your auditing and training stopped.  LFBD

"Which is another fatal wrong indication about Koos.

"My indication is now:
 'I have something to do with it
  that your auditing and training got stopped in 1977
   in Saint Hill UK.

"And these are my overts [crimes] in connection with that:
  I put the Suppressive Persons there.
  I put the Policy there,
   which the Suppressive Persons used
    to protect themselves.
  I protected the Suppressive Persons.  LFBD


"Now there is this question:
  'What could you have done about it?'

"You 'went PTS' [became overwhelmed],
  wanted to go in propitiation,
  went in propitiation,
  became suppressive to Koos,
  refused to take responsibility for the suppression.

"Koos did the right thing about it:
  he took responsibility for all suppression involved
   including for me,
  and did not lose his integrity."  LFBD
