to now want to handle injustices.
As you have read in the
RI-Bulletins,
LRH IS THE ONE WHO WANTED AND STILL WANTS
TO SECRETLY DESTROY SCIENTOLOGY.
[Koos to Guillaume:] What have you withheld from Koos
about this? F LFBD
[Guillaume:] "I took it as a justification
to not do anything for Koos.
"LRH's orders are senior to Koos's orders.
I do not believe that LRH wants to destroy Scientology. LFBD
I can't believe it!"
[Koos to Guillaume:] It is, however, true
that LRH wanted to destroy Scientology.
You can read the RI-Bulletins
about it.
Furthermore, you know
from the past one and a half year
that Koos's orders ARE senior to LRH's,
and that Koos makes them also stick,
for the simple reason
that Koos's orders are survival and
that LRH's orders are suppressive.
This is why you have correctly
been declared suppressive
because you follow
LRH's insane and suppressive orders
to destroy Scientology and Scientologists and
because you refuse to follow
Koos's orders to safeguard Scientology
and Scientologists.
I have declared LRH a suppressive person
and he is slowly
coming out of that condition, now.
[Auditor to Guillaume:] What have you withheld from Koos
about this?
[Guillaume:] "I am strongly objecting
to having LRH declared a suppressive person!
This is outrageous.
LRH is the most ethical being around!"
[Koos to Guillaume:] The TRUTH is outrageous!
At the moment,
LRH is the biggest suppressive person
in the Church of Scientology
- after we have now removed
the other Suppressive Persons:
Miscavige [former ED RTC],
Yager [former ED RTC],
Mithoff [former ED RTC and Senior C/S INT], and
Reiss [former Senior C/S FLAG].
That is the very bitter truth,
which you can verify with LRH himself.
Also, LRH put these Suppressive Persons on post
intentionally and
they have been removed on Koos's orders."
[Auditor to Guillaume:] What have you withheld from Koos
about this?

[Koos to Guillaume:] Are you in a Condition of "baby"?
[Inability to handle the environment, or data
which is most obviously and visibly there.

[Guillaume:] "I can't believe it!
What about Scientology as a religion, as a philosophy,
if LRH is to be looked upon as a Suppressive?
He has created auditing, he has created administration,
and it goes hand in hand."
[Koos to Guillaume:] Do you think Koos doesn't know that?
[Guillaume:] "Yes, I know that.
But when LRH is to be considered a Suppressive,
who would believe that his work is sane."
[Koos to Guillaume:] Koos would,
lots of other Scientologists would!
I even know people who
greatly admire the work of Van Gogh
although he was stark staring insane.
[Guillaume:] "FOR WHAT DO YOU DECLARE LRH SUPPRESSIVE?" LF
[Koos to Guillaume:] - For creating the Guardian Office
and staffing it with Suppressive Persons,
- for creating RTC
and staffing it with Suppressive Persons,
- for creating the International Justice Chief
and staffing that office
with Suppressive Persons,
- for throwing all responsible OT's
out of the Church of Scientology,
- for closing down the Missions
created by such people,
- for pretending to provide justice,
- for driving people insane
by forcing Suppressive Persons on them,
- for having secretly destroyed
all his friends
and still continuing to do so,
- for now having kicked
as many Scientologists
out of the Church of Scientology
as there are still inside
- meaning half of all Scientologists
are now kicked out
of the Church of Scientology,
- for maintaining an army of suppressive lawyers,
- for having stolen some 60 million dollars
from the Scientologists who
have been kicked out,
- for having Scientology represented to the public
by a suppressive group called OSA,
- for having repeatedly blown [run away]
from Scientology and from Earth,
- for repeatedly refusing
to divulge his withholds
and his suppressive acts,
while blaming these
suppressive activities of himself
(which he knowingly and intentionally committed)
on those
who he knowingly and intentionally
kept on post and
who he knowingly and intentionally
ordered to commit those Suppressive Acts
while both publicly to Scientologists
and in session
pretending that he did not order or
directly commit these Suppressive Acts,
- for ruining the lives
of a very great number of Scientologists,
- for using his OT abilities
to destroy Scientology and Scientologists,
- for causing attacks on Scientology,
- for destroying almost all artists
in Scientology,
- for continuous lying
to you,
to Mark Ingber, and
to others, and
to Ron's Inspector,
in order to cover up and
assign his own suppressive acts to others
and,
in the case of the non-cancellation
of the illegal SP-declare on Koos,
specifically blaming it on you,
- for putting the OT-materials
in the hands of Suppressive Persons
knowingly and intentionally,
and then blowing [running away],
- for still refusing to set matters right now
despite his current full awareness
of the suppressive acts
which he is daily committing.
These are a few of the actions,
past and present of LRH
which show him to be a Suppressive Person.
LRH has finally, towards Koos at least,
come up from Treason to Enemy,
but not towards you, I see.
What do you [Guillaume] consider to gain
by continuing to be in a Condition of baby?
(Guillaume doesn't answer)
[Koos to Auditor:] Why does he want to play baby?
I do not get this.
[Guillaume:] "I know that LRH is my friend, and
I know that LRH is a friend of humanity.
It is an overt [crime]
to consider that he has committed overts [crimes].
"This is an impressive catalogue of accusations against LRH.
That, you have to prove."
[Koos to Guillaume:] I HAVE proven it!
I am not talking out of my nose!
I would like that you come out of these
right/wrong idiocies,
because THE ONLY PURPOSE OF THIS
"IMPRESSIVE CATALOGUE"
IS
TO REMEDY RON'S SUPPRESSIVE ACTS ON OTHERS, AND
TO STOP HIM FROM DESTROYING YOU AND
THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY.

are talking with integrity."
[Koos to Guillaume:] Doing what LRH says
is not a safeguard
for you keeping your current position,
as you have seen from the other people
who did what LRH said.
[They were nevertheless removed
by order of Ron's Inspector.]

I want to have truth, and I want to be a friend of LRH."

SUPPRESSED

Guillaume executing LRH's suppressive orders,
times of [doing so].
[Koos to Guillaume:] Tell me about a time
when you have executed a
suppressive order from LRH,
which you have withheld from Koos? LFBD
[Guillaume:] "Right now,
a lawyer or
OSA-staff or
whoever wants to [investigate complaints],
is not ALLOWED
to have any complaint [from wronged Scientologists] checked,
[is not ALLOWED]
to demand any verification
of [whether] a complaint [against Scientology]
from any plaintiff
who starts a lawsuit against Scientology
[is correct or not].
"The lawyer is held
to ATTACK the plaintiff, and
[to] find justifications, like
how the Church of Scientology is ethical and
how the accusations of ANY plaintiff
are a falsehood,
are libel,
are a lie,
are an intention to destroy the good works
of LRH and the Church of Scientology,
and are ONLY that and nothing else.
"Anyone who goes to court
is to be treated as an enemy
because he is showing by it
that he is not a Scientologist and
wants to harm the Church of Scientology.
"The lawyers are not allowed - actually NO ONE is allowed -
to ask:
'Why is someone so upset that he goes to court?'
"They are FORCED to assume
that the Church of Scientology
did its very best and was ethical, and
did nothing to the plaintiff, and
[that] the plaintiff just wants to be evil and
destructive and is a suppressive.
"No 'Folder Error Summary' will be done,
no communication with the plaintiff will be engaged in,
no ARCX [upset] handling,
no check
whether an SP-declare was illegal
or an expulsion was illegal,
'because it would have been the task
of anyone who has disagreement with the Church,
to clear it up within the Church,
for which he is given ample opportunity'. LFBD
[Guillaume:] LRH admits this right now [to me, Guillaume]
as an overt [crime] on Scientologists.
"He [LRH] has come to this conclusion
after weighing Koos's concern about the Dutch case,
which Koos expressed. LFBD

HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY EXECUTING
THESE SUPPRESSIVE ORDERS BY LRH."
[Auditor to Guillaume:] Tell me about another time
when you have executed a
suppressive order from LRH
which you have withheld from Koos? LFBD's
(Guillaume is showing signs of a restimulated ARCX [upset])
[Guillaume:] "I have accepted Miscavige's and RTC's
supremacy in all aspects regarding Scientology,
specially since January 1986,
after Ron's departure."
[Auditor to Guillaume:] How exactly is this answering the question?
([Auditor:] No answer from Guillaume.)
[Koos to Guillaume:] How exactly did you execute
the suppressive order from LRH?
[Koos to Guillaume:] Is Ron trying to cave you in right now?
[Guillaume:] "Ron is trying to invalidate my ARCX [upset].
He is trying to tell me the 'importance of RTC'." LFBD
[Koos to Auditor:] Let's assess [handle] the ARCX [upset].
[Guillaume:] One of the upsets was:
We - Church of Scientology -
tried to get people IN and
get Missions going,
and RTC KICKED THEM OUT AGAIN.
And [my upset was:] being forced to accept that." LFBD

I notice the suppressed, not communicated,
[emotional] charge of Guillaume
about LRH giving RTC power over the Churches,

than to the Church of Scientology International
over their Churches.
"Guillaume's charge is on being by-passed,
but being quiet about it
'out of respect for LRH'.

Commanding Office [for and in] Europe.

[Note by Auditor:] Guillaume is looking at the enthusiasm
with which he started in Scientology,
(similar to Koos's enthusiasm
in the beginning of his association with Scientology).
Auditor assesses 103 more earlier ARCX's of Guillaume.

being assessed and handled.
