[Koos to LRH:] What does that mean precisely:
'I did not leave in 1982'?
[LRH:] "I did not leave my body in 1982.
I put Miscavige in charge,
instituted RTC
and intentionally gave them all the power.
"Koos, you have found this out some time ago and..."
[Koos to LRH:] Why are you saying this?
You told me already before
that you left Earth in 1986.
So why are you saying this?
[LRH:] "To confirm the truth
and to remove the speculations
that I was powerless in the years around 1981, 1982
and did not know what was going on."
[Koos to LRH:] Alright, so, please explain what WAS going on.
Why do people report
"telepathic messages of yours" in 1982
that "you had to leave the body and Earth
to handle some emergency"
and that "your body apparently was dead".
And what is this stuff about Bill Robertson
and the Teegeeack writings
which "Bill telepathically received from you
while you were on your urgent mission
away from Earth,
and that you would return to Earth
when enough people are ready for
OT 17 and OT 18".
And what about
"Earth being a non-interference zone
so declared by 'the Galactic Council',"
as also "telepathically communicated
to Bill Robertson" by you, on 19 April 1982
"by order of the Grand Council
Galactic Central Mothership
relay by order of Sector Commander Elron Elray"
that is supposed to be you,
according to long time Scientologist
well known to you, Allen Wright
and - Allen Wright tells me -
also according to Bill Robertson.
[LRH:] "This is Bill Robertson's invention."
[Koos to LRH:] How did you cause Bill Robertson
to invent these things,
because Bill Robertson
obviously was very serious about it.
[LRH:] "Bill wanted that _I_ trust HIM.
He gave me the mock up [imagined idea]
of me being a thetan held in captivity,
of me being completely estranged,
separated from the organisations that I
didn't all create myself,
but [only] initiated and
gave form and function AND Policy."
[Koos to LRH:] And why did you not correct
Bill Robertson's inventions about you?
[LRH:] "It gave me admiration."

[Koos to LRH:] What does Bill think about this now? LFBD

[LRH:] "We both think that there is
amongst others one question not solved:
Why were so many OT's suddenly
declared [suppressive and expelled]?
This is something I do not confront."

by putting up confusion.]
[Koos to LRH:] Bill thought, that in 1982
you were leaving Earth and
that your body was kept suspended and
that Miscavige had taken over AFTER you left.
(grief charge of Ron)
[Ron:] "I wouldn't have left so suddenly."
[Koos to LRH:] Alright. But that's what Bill thought.
So, Bill thought
"Ron has to leave Earth most urgently
in order to save the universe once more,
but at another place,
and Ron keeps his body here in suspension".
And Bill thought
"Miscavige and his friends
then took the opportunity
to forge all Ron's signatures,
they got the Copyrights and
the money of the Church transferred to them and
then they started throwing out all OT's
but not irresponsible 'OT's',
and they institute a fascistic regime in Orgs,
all because 'Ron is away'".
And then Bill receives telepathic messages
"from Ron"
who is now calling himself 'Elron Elray'
'aboard some mothership of "the Galactic Council"'.
Bill collects up some of the OT's
that have been thrown out,
like Jens Bogvad,
Per Gardstroem (or something like that).
I haven't totally figured out yet
what these people were doing
or not doing with Bill.
And they go and audit like hell OUTSIDE the Church.
And they get all the Scientology materials
from various places
and Bill uses basic Scientology data
to figure out higher OT-Levels.
And you let this all happen
in order to so called "safeguard" a
"don't-look-at-LRH"-brand
of so called "Standard Tech"
INSIDE the Church of Scientology.
And by not appearing publicly
you also encourage Bill and his Free Zone,
to continue their wishful thinking
about what they hoped you were doing,
and WITH WHICH THEY EXPLAINED
THAT IT COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN YOU
WHO PUT THE UTTERLY INSANE MISCAVIGE IN CHARGE AND
[that] IT COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN YOU
WHO THREW OUT,
EXPELLED AND
DECLARED SUPPRESSIVE
ALL YOUR DECENT, DEDICATED AND LOYAL FRIENDS.
Furthermore, Lawrence West found out,
through court actions of discovery,
that David Miscavige had taken a course
for a few months to qualify himself
as a notary public.
West further found out,
that Miscavige was the only witness
to your signature
transferring the Copyrights,
and the money-reserves of the Church,
to Miscavige and to RTC.
West further found out
that your signature was forged and
that Miscavige, as a beneficiary,
could not have been a legally binding
notary public to the deed.
So I think you have a bit of explaining to do
and we are all ears [says Koos somewhat sarcastically]!
[Koos to LRH:] Now, let's have some answers
to cut through this confusion! LF LFBD
[LRH:] "We start earlier:
Miscavige removed Mary Sue from her post,
BEFORE she went to prison.
"I empowered Miscavige to do so.
"I did NOT start any court-case or defense
to keep Mary Sue out of prison.
I agreed to her calling it 'greatness' and
'sacrifice in order to keep
the Church of Scientology out of trouble'.
"Miscavige got power delegated by me to him,
to disband the Guardian Office
before the Church of Scientology
could ALSO have been attacked [by the US government]
and brought in any legal connection
with the Guardian Office.
"I had given power to Miscavige
already BEFORE the formation of RTC. LFBD's
"The 'don't-look-at-LRH'[-brand of "Standard Tech"]
of which Koos is talking,
is already contained in my very first communications
about Scientology.
IT WAS ALWAYS:
'"DON'T LOOK AT ME",
OR "LOOK AT ME AND FIND OUT HOW I AM RIGHT".
"FINDING OUT ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT ME THAN
THAT I AM RIGHT, AND HOW I AM RIGHT,

"If I had wanted to stop a Church of Scientology
because it had become unresponsive to me

I could have used the Copyrights and Trademarks
to litigate against Churches.
The Copyrights and rights on the Trademarks
which, before the establishment of RTC,
were still in MY possession. LFBD
"If I would have been the one - whom Bill thought of as -
being responsible for other parts of the universe, too,
so that I had to leave urgently,
I would not have left
without bringing order into the organisations, or
I would have prohibited them the use of Scientology,
by decree,
by withdrawing their right to use Copyright
- for example - if they were too much off purpose.
"Bill says I told him
I couldn't get my messages or questions or orders through
into the Orgs anymore,
- this BEFORE the establishment of RTC -
my communication would be altered, or not-ised [not looked at],
or pretended to be understood.
"Bill says I told him,
that while this was going on, I urgently had to leave
to save a situation in another place [not on Earth].
"However, there was no situation at another place.
And I did not leave Earth or body in 1982.
If there had been an urgency somewhere else to be handled
I would have first handled the Orgs here on Earth. LFBD
"I gave Miscavige and I gave RTC, power.
I wanted to enforce MY orders, MY communications
by that action.
"I didn't want to handle the Church missions or groups directly,
I left it to Miscavige
who was all too willing to enforce ANYTHING
I wanted to have enforced and carried through
as per Standard Tech.
"It was me who had the fad, the craving
for '100 percent Tech'.
"I told you [in an earlier session]
about what I called my vision:
a network of OT's working together
in various fields of life
with strict application of 100 percent Tech.

of free floating, unorganized OT's,
[they were]
too inventive,

"I did not trust LF
the OT's being made, that they
would be responsible by themselves for others and

hence the organisation of the Sea Org,
as forerunner of RTC."
[LRH:] "You asked me why I did not correct
Bill Robertson's invention about me?
"I GOT ADMIRATION FROM HIM AND FROM HIS FRIENDS.
"MY ACTIONS WERE JUSTIFIED BY THEM.
"THEY WERE, IN THEIR WAY, LOYAL TO ME.
"There was no need, I determined, to correct him,
once out of Scientology (the officially recognized organisations)
he could not become very effective.
[Meaning LRH wanted to destroy Bill,
and do it most effectively,
by keeping Bill in the belief
that he was a friend to Bill,
a friend 'who was prevented from coming to his aid'.]
"Had he stayed inside the Church of Scientology, LFBD's
[in] MY LFBD
group, LFBD
he might have become influential and effective.
[Note by Koos: There were the criminals
which LRH did put on post
- Miscavige, Yager, Mithoff, and Reiss -
instead of responsible OT's.
These people
were willing to become "influential and effective"
solely because
they did very exactly, "100 percent Standard"
without any feeling,
without any own responsibility for others,
without any own feeling for others,
they did very exactly "100 percent Tech"
what Ron told them to do.
Now this is not a very sane game
and therefore I destroyed it
and we will also destroy
the rest of LRH's evil games,
his power games, and
his betrayal games,
as described in other
RI-Bulletins.]

at my side creating new forms of games.

I am summarizing this for you.
Bill Robertson did not confront L. Ron Hubbard.
Thanks to my help, he does now,
and in fact
I have made Bill the second Ron's Inspector,
a post which is senior to all Church of Scientology activity
and which is also senior to L. Ron Hubbard.
L. Ron Hubbard in 1982
set out to knowingly and intentionally
confuse and betray Bill Robertson and many other OT's
who suddenly and inexplicably
found themselves expelled from the Church
and declared suppressive.
L. Ron Hubbard carefully was hiding from them
that LRH HIMSELF was the one
who kicked them out,
and
that he himself was the one
who used all legal, financial, PR and intelligence means
to destroy these Scientologists
WHILE KEEPING THEM IN THE BELIEF
THAT HE STILL WAS THEIR BIGGEST FRIEND, and
making them believe
that he was "unable to protect his friends" and
that "he did get no reports about what was going on with them".
This is evil, evil, evil at its maximum.
(You have to be very very evil to stop very very good intentions.)
Some people, when they actually look at this,
will faint.
Until the time that they do LOOK at this,
they will just take it as a possible suggestion
of many suggestions on how things were and are,
but those who will actually look it in eye
and recognize it to be true, are likely to faint.
It is ALMOST impossible to
confront that utmost evil and betrayal.
Now the good news:
According to the very respectable and very respected OT
and highly trained non-Church Scientologist
Lawrence West
the Copyrights to all Scientology material
will expire by US-law in 50 years,
and so, then at the latest, will become public property.
However, we are exposing and halting the very evil game
that LRH has played and still is playing,
through and with the criminals
of the Religious Technology Center,
aided by what is laughingly called
the International Justice Chief, and
executed by his Office of Special Affairs,
often very much against the will of the Church-staff involved,
who are giving the justification
- very much like the Germans by Hitler and his SS -
that they are doing it
to "protect the Church".
And we are exposing
how LRH himself did betray and kick out of the Church
not only his wife,
but all his friends as well.
And how he is trying to keep those people, his friends, out
till this very moment.
