[LRH:] "I signed. [David] Miscavige signed.
This was all legal."
[Koos to LRH:] This is all extremely strange
and extremely hidden,
so, out with the truth!
[LRH:] "What is STRANGE about it?
"I decided to help the creation
of an organization [Religious Technology Center]
which at the time I considered valuable.
"Strange and out-ethics from my viewpoint
regarding Miscavige now, is,
that I did not give the Copyrights
to the 'Church of Scientology;',
as a legal terminal

to 'RTC'].
"Strange that I created an Organization ['RTC']
[to be senior and]
above [over] all other Scientology Organizations."
[Koos to LRH:] Getting Miscavige trained
as a Notary Public
and then having it signed - by him only -
is about as hidden as you can get on the matter.
[LRH:] "How that?
The next day everybody knew about it!
That 'RTC' had gotten the Copyrights, etc.
And legally nothing else was needed, no other signature.
"The Copyright - my possession - donated to 'RTC'."
[Koos to LRH:] And who was 'RTC'?
[LRH:] "An organization of terminals or posts,
which was having a goal,
which had an Org-board, and
was planned to be an international network
which had to be staffed, one after the other."

[LRH:] "The Chairman, which was Miscavige."
[Koos to LRH:] Was he the sole signatory?
[LRH:] "No, he was not.
"But for the transaction,
only HIS signature was needed."
[Koos to LRH:] Do you mean the transaction
of transferring the Copyrights?
[LRH:] "Yes."
[Koos to LRH:] So how many signatures were needed
to form a legal order from 'RTC'?
And whose signatures were needed
to form a legal order from 'RTC'?
[LRH:] "Two signatures.
[David] Miscavige's and [Ray] Mithoff's."
[Koos to LRH:] And whose, after we removed Miscavige?
[LRH:] "I haven't looked at that.
I haven't cared about that."
[Koos to LRH:] You mean when you formed 'RTC'
or when we removed Miscavige?
[LRH:] "When we removed Miscavige."

So they must also register in Court
who the members of the Board are, and
who are legally signatories.
Is that correct?

signatures can be given
by a number of terminals [staff]
according to the importance of the matter."

in which State?

You would have stayed a member of the Board
or the Chairman of the Board till your death.
Why and how did you relinquish that control?
[LRH:] "That might have been the case
that I relinquished that control...
"It WAS actually so that I relinquished that control,
but I made myself believe
- as I am not looking at it only as a First Dynamic [self],
but as a Third Dynamic [group] -
that
I participate in every bit of action:
'These guys are working FOR me...'

for not being the Chairman of 'RTC'?
[LRH:] "'I was the spirit three feet behind everything.'
I was active in a much broader scope than being Chairman."

You could have been
the Chairman of the Board of 'RTC', and
given Miscavige
the proxy [authority to act for another]
to act FOR YOU in any and all matters.
Why did you not do that?
[LRH:] "This was not my intention.
Since 1966 I let others work for me
in the physical universe and
I would give Policies
additionally to those they have already."
[Koos to LRH:] Control and letting others work for you
would have been done by giving a proxy.
So why was that not done?
[LRH:] "I did not want to."

[LRH:] "I was busy with 'OT' research,
I also did not become member of any other Board.
I still gave them my Policies."
[Koos to LRH:] Now, your friends would like
to have some understanding of this:
Why did you order Miscavige
to do a Notary Public course
which is completely off purpose
and a total waste of time
for any Scientology executive?
[LRH:] Why shouldn't I?
It's a very useful job for a Chairman of 'RTC'."
[Koos to LRH:] Please answer the question: Why did you?
[Koos to LRH:] Was it YOUR idea
to get Miscavige to do a Notary Public course?

The concept:
'RTC' will give Licences away
[to the Churches and Missions of Scientology,
even to single field-auditors.
The idea was to completely dominate anyone
who wanted to use Scientology. (Note by Koos)].
"Licences to use Trademarks,
Licences to open Missions,
and so
it will be useful
if he has the knowledge of the laws
and ALSO the legal power
to act as a Notary in many other cases..."
[Koos to LRH:] What other cases?
[LRH:] "In above cases:
giving Licences to use the Trademarks etc."
[Koos to LRH:] Does one need a Notary Public
in order to give such Licences?
[LRH:] "That was the idea. Yes."
[Koos to LRH:] And Miscavige wanted to be that Notary?
[LRH:] "Yes."
[Koos to LRH:] So, Miscavige made up the legal deed
transferring
all your Copyrights and Trademarks to 'RTC',
and made himself the Chairman of the Board of 'RTC',
is that correct?
[LRH:] "Yes."
[Koos to LRH:] So could he have also done this
without you present,
as imitating your signature
was a very well known practice, and
people were trained to imitate your signature?
[LRH:] "Theoretically yes!
[Koos to LRH:] Miscavige forged a whole tape
as if it was spoken by you,
called
Ron's Journal 38 "Today, Tomorrow, The Proof"
which was done
to establish the power of 'RTC'
in the minds of all Scientologists
as if this was fully sanctioned
and supported by you.

Miscavige would NOT have had to do that
if 'RTC' indeed HAD been fully sanctioned
and supported by you.
Furthermore, you have stated
that you were very much overwhelmed by
(or in Scientology terms, 'PTS to') Miscavige,
to such an extent
that you were completely unable to
apply any standard Scientology technology
to Miscavige;
to such an extent
that you were completely unable
to see the actual intentions of Miscavige,
and were fully unable to predict
or be properly informed about
Miscavige's actions.
Together with the datum
that Miscavige was the only signatory
to the deed,
to the transfer, [and]
that you did not appear yourself
as the Chairman of the Board
who could have given Miscavige
- or anybody else - a full proxy,
it is logical to conclude
that Miscavige put you
in front of an accomplished fact
and that it did not matter
whether you yourself would sign
the deed of transfer or not.
Also, your signatures on it
have been found by experts to be forgeries.

whether you signed or not,
