on him and
on all Scientologists,
[although we have established that now,]
I still allow Munich Org,
Munich Org lawyers,
OSA terminals and
RTC
to be very right about attacking Koos and
to be very right about 'having handled Koos correctly':
'legally correct,
in adherence to the laws of the country and
ethically correct
in adherence to the Policies of the Church of Scientology'.
"I am still acknowledging and validating
the use of the PR [Public Relation]-version
[Public statements to make oneself and/or one's group
look good. (Note by Koos)]
that 'I created ethical Policy and an ethical organisation
with only ethical goals'
and
that 'all who attack us,
(us: me and the Church of Scientology)
[that all who attack us]
are Suppressives
and they are very wrong in all their attacks'.
"That is, I am backing up
the Suppressive Persons in Scientology
with their lawyers.
"I am making people wrong
for wanting to use Scientology in their lives,
and
I am making people wrong
for wanting to STAY IN CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES
when they start with Scientology LFBD
and while they are in Scientology,

I justify it with:

This is a very very important datum.
You should understand this,
because
this is used by Suppressives
to dominate people,
it is used by LRH
to justify his putting Suppressives on staff.
In fact, the idea
"AS LONG AS PEOPLE HAVE
BANK (irrational thoughts),
THEY ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES AND
THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR THEM"
is itself probably
the most insane statement of "truth"
LRH has made.
We have,
as Bill Robertson correctly observed recently,
LRH swinging back and forth
between
"serenity" (total and intentional
irresponsibility for all people,
except for enforcing 'serenity' itself
on them)
and
"tyrant" (total and intentional
domination of people).
The statement, the fixed idea,
no matter how insane it appears to us,
to Suppressive Persons is self-evident, however,
as explained in the next sentences:
The Suppressive tries to dominate another,
and the other resists the domination.
The Suppressive calls that
"bank" or irrational thought, and so
the Suppressive is justified
in exerting more and stronger domination,
to break the "irrational thought" of people.
The "irrational thought" of people
that they don't want to be dominated
by LRH or
by his Guardian Office or
by his RTC or OSA, or
by the extremely suppressive and criminal people
which LRH put in charge
of Scientology,
of Internal Security,
of Justice,
of Case Supervision.
The TRUTH is,
that ONLY about three out of every hundred people
are too irrational
to know what is good for themselves.
ONLY THREE PEOPLE OUT OF EVERY HUNDRED PEOPLE.]

which is actually a Service Fac [fixed idea, fixed solution]:

the right to ask then [INSTEAD of looking at LRH's overts]:
'What overt have YOU committed on LRH?'

to err in the direction of
calling that 'natter' [destructive criticism (against LRH)]]
and declaring someone PTS Type III or immediately suppressive
[when he or she wanted to look at LRH's overts (crimes)].
"This has amounted to a lot of wrong indications

the RIGHT and DUTY of a Scientology staff-member
to hunt down anyone playing their own game [in life]
