When we found LRH in June 1994,
 he had decided
  to be completely and fully and utterly irresponsible
   for Earth and for all beings on Earth
   since January 1986, when he left.

He had said
  "I have written it all down what I found out
   and now they can sort it out themselves."
 and
  "I will not interfere in any way whatsoever in Earth affairs,
    nor in the affairs or lives of my friends on Earth.
   I will be completely and utterly irresponsible
    for people on Earth and
    for the organisation and body of knowledge
      that I created on Earth called Scientology."
 and
  he went off to play with some spirits
   far away, in a galaxy we call Andromeda.
  And impressed them with his stories
   about how much he had saved Earth.


This is how we found him in June 1994,
 very high-toned,
 very big space and
 lively.



Now note that LRH had decided
 to not take any responsibility anymore whatsoever
  for Earth,
  for the population of Earth, and
  for the Church of Scientology which he had created on Earth.


Then, in June 1994, I started to
  make him take some responsibility again.
 And so he could not withhold himself totally from Earth.


The more we demanded of him
  to take responsibility
   for Earth, and
   for the beings of Earth, and
   for the Church of Scientology,
 the more his crimes and Suppressive Acts
  against Earth,
  against the Earth population, and
  against the Church of Scientology
 came to view,
 not only to us,
 but also to himself,
  (us, that is, Ron's Inspector and all those people
    who read the RI-Bulletins).


The previous very high-toned sanity of LRH
 quickly vanished
 and was,
  the more he had to look,
  the more he was forced by me to look
   at all his very evil deeds
    against Earth,
    against the population of Earth, and
    against the Church of Scientology,
 replaced by a high-toned insanity.


You see, I was fooled by this,
 you can read this in
   RI-26i 'Note on the State of LRH' of 20 Nov 94,
 that's before we rubbed his nose
  into the Suppressive Acts he committed
   on Earth, and
   on the Church of Scientology, and
   on Scientologists.


Gradually, step by step, we found out
 that L. Ron Hubbard himself
  has been a major cause in various catastrophes
  that occurred around Earth
   (an incident which is looked at
     in the Church of Scientology on OT-Level III,
    and other incidents in this area
     which brought about a large amount of insanity
     in this place).


However much responsibility
 LRH DID indeed take for these conditions,
  by creating and making known Scientology,
 too much remained unresolved by LRH,
  WHILE HE CLAIMED TO HAVE FULLY RESOLVED IT.

This was the very reason
 why LRH 'blew', ran away, in January 1986,
  pretending to have completed the job
   of taking responsibility for his and others' past crimes.

In actual fact,
 he was still largely dramatizing
  his own past-life crimes and those of others
   (the very crimes he set out to look at
    and remedy for self and others),
 in particular
  the more he became almost aware of his own past-life crimes:
  - after his State of Clear in 1965, and,
  - after his OT III in 1967.



Now the closer we brought LRH back to Earth, after June 1994,
 the more insane [irrational, mean, non-survival] he became.

From a very big distance away from the scene of the crimes
  he could be very very SANE and very high-toned,
 but when he came back
  he now had to withhold
   - he also had not informed
      his friends in Andromeda about his crimes,
     but back on Earth
      he HAD to withhold them arduously [strongly] -
  he had to withhold intentionally,
   because the scenes of his crimes,
    both in the distant past and in the present,
   on Earth,
   were now again visible, right in front of his eyes.


And,
 because he withheld himself intentionally from looking at his crimes,
 because he demanded of himself that he would
   do as if those crimes did not exist
    or were solely committed by others,
 therefore his behavior, thoughts, and actions
  became VERY irrational,
   insane, and
   what we call outright mean and evil,
   blaming all his own crimes on others and
   accusing others of crimes
    which he in fact had committed himself.

Now, let me give you another example,
 of somebody who made a practise of killing babies
 like they did in Sparta of old Greece, or nowadays in China.

You ask this guy about building cars,
 and he is very high-toned and rational about it and
  he is very willing to help you with repairing your car.

Now you ask the SAME guy
  whether babies should be better fed
   from the mother's breast or from a bottle,
 and he just goes crazy and he says
  "I don't want to repair your bloody car
   because your garage is too moist and cold".

In other words, he is completely insane and outright mean
 when his crimes are directly or indirectly
  brought to his attention.



Now, LRH had very very thoroughly decided - in January 1986 -
 to not have anything whatsoever to do anymore
  with Earth,
  with the people of Earth, and
  with the Church of Scientology, and
  with achieving the goals he had formulated
    and pretended to stand for.


He had this completely figured out
  how right this was,
and
 he had convinced most of his friends of
  how right this was,
and
 he had put a bunch of super criminals
 in charge of Scientology
   who had only one very strong desire, and that is
   that LRH would leave forever,
    (which is exactly what LRH wanted to do himself),
  so, THEY did not need any convincing of
   how right it was
    that LRH relinquished all responsibility.





I would like you to know and understand the mechanism:


A guy or a girl is very sane, very high-toned.
 Then you bring him back, intentionally or by accident,
  to the scene(s) of his crime(s).

And he or she becomes a howling monster
 - or a silent monster, as the case may be -
  of irrationality and insanity,
   blaming YOU for restimulating him and
   blaming YOU for destroying his sanity.
