             RI-444i  'The Practice of "SP-declares"'

This is in response to
 a query I received the other day
  about the idea and practice
   of "Suppressive Person"-declares,
   which,
    in the current Church of Scientology,
   have DEGENERATED
    into "Ex-Communications",
     and nothing more than that.




EX-COMMUNICATION
 means
  "WE WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU WHAT-SO-EVER,
   AND
   WE WILL TRY TO DESTROY YOU IF YOU TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR US.
   OR,
   WE WILL TRY TO DESTROY YOU IF YOU KEEP UP YOUR DEMAND
    THAT WE SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU".

It is not hard to see that sanity is completely lost here.

The action is solely an attempt of the person(s)
  issuing the "SP-declare", or Ex-communication,
 to "not be disturbed".

But ALL Suppressive Persons THEMSELVES
  act out of the hidden motive to "not be disturbed"!
 That is why they secretly have to stop the aliveness of others!



In the Church of Scientology,
 there is given a vague but unrealistic promise
 that it is possible to ask for re-consideration
  or even the cancellation of
   an order of Ex-communication.
    (LRH calls these "Expulsion"-Orders, by the way.)

The promise of recourse is given,
 and
 hope for redress [setting right] of injustice is given
 in order to make the practice
  swallowed AND EXECUTED,
  by those who are not (yet) themselves
   ex-communicated, expelled.


In actual practice,
 this system has
  completely destroyed the sanity of, and
  corrupted the whole of, and
   corrupted EACH INDIVIDUAL in,
   the current Church of Scientology.



"SP-declares" in any
  dictatorial,
  authoritarian or
  police-state set-up
   - as the current Church of Scientology, created by LRH, is -
 ARE insane.
 (Even if one has a below-average intelligence,
   one still can see these are insane in an authoritarian system.)

"SP-declares" (Ex-communications, expulsions) are, then,
 solely used
  to establish the power
   of ACTUAL Suppressive Persons WITHIN
    the Church of Scientology.
 The proof of this statement is abundant.



The policies [officially enforced 'agreements', continuous orders]
  which LRH made regarding
   the handling of people declared Suppressive,
 these policies are insane, and
 were intended by LRH himself
  to PROTECT Suppressive Persons, the very ones
    which LRH hired inside the Church since 1966
     to "safeguard his work against Suppressive Persons".


LRH has admitted this, also abundantly, himself
 in the last 18 months.

He has used these "SP-declare"-Policies
  to put and keep Suppressive Persons on post
 and
  to kick out and keep out
  his friends and other decent and responsible beings.

LRH considered this - contradicting himself completely by it -
 necessary to "safeguard" his work.
 His "work" had become more important to him
  than real live people,
  than real live friends.
 (see RI-336i 'LRH since 1966: "POLICY IS SENIOR TO PEOPLE"'
      of 4 Nov 1995)


This is, as anyone can see,
  not the purpose of CORRECT SP-declares.


A CORRECT SP-declare means
   "Don't trust this person",
 and
  (WITH the declaration)
  it gives extensive details about
   WHAT the person should not be trusted in,
  and
   by WHOM the person is not trusted,
     WHO did the investigation,
     whether the person was heard,
     whether the person had a dialogue with his accusers
       about the accusations,
      what his side of the story is, etc.


You know, what any normal and decent person considers
 to be ethics and justice.

In Scientology there is even
  the added advantage of confessionals.
 It is easy to establish the actual truth,
  by doing confessionals on all the people
   involved in the situation.


But, curiously enough,
 these are NOT USED in the "Justice" System
 of the Church of Scientology, since 1966.

It has become a "Powergame",
 in which ethics and actual Justice
  are laughed at, and shunned.



A 'Powergame' consists of smashing opponents and
 sucking friends and supporters dry,
  and getting them also to fight opponents.

That's what a 'Powergame' is.

This has been going on in Scientology,
 instituted by LRH in 1966, and further in 1982,
  to "safeguard Scientology".


But I have re-introduced the confessionals.
 I have taken every criminal inside Scientology
  into a confessional,
  and I published the results.


That is what I am doing since two years.
 I publish my findings in the RI-Bulletins.
 The truth is more and more revealed.



Definition of CORRECT Suppressive Person Declare:

      A CORRECT SP-declare is simply
        a piece of information about a person,
       with THE PURPOSE:
        TO PROTECT OTHER PERSONS FROM HIS WRONG-DOINGS, and
        TO HELP the person declared suppressive
          to stop his suppressive actions.



It is an act of RESPONSIBILITY
  both for the person declared AND for his environment.

That is how and why I declare someone a Suppressive Person.


This is completely different
  from the degenerated "SP-declares"
   of the current Church of Scientology,
 which basically mean
  "I, LRH, am - from now on - openly denying
    any future responsibility for you,
   and
    I resent and deny any responsibility
     from you FOR me".
That's all it means.
 It is an intended harmful act,
  but it is harming
   LRH himself, the cause of it, most.
This is what a Church-issued "SP-declare" amounts to,
 in the vast majority of cases.



What, right now, passes
 for an "SP-declare"
  inside the current Church of Scientology Organisations
 has NOTHING whatsoever to do
  with the very valid concept
   of declaring someone a Suppressive Person.


This is why the Church of Scientology
  does NOT - except by accident - produce any
   actual and responsible OT's [spiritually free beings]
 and why the Church of Scientology
  is a dead-end for the goal of achieving full 'OT'.


You could not possibly
 be full 'OT',
 AND
 support or follow the "SP-declare"-system
  of LRH within the current Church of Scientology.
This would be an impossibility.

It is an impossibility because
 part of the Definition of 'OT' is
  'being responsible for life'.

And you can't be 'responsible for life',
 and at the same time
  be 'not responsible for a part of life'.
 They claim they can, though.

But they are not 'OT'.
 As soon as they exclude a part of life from their responsibility
  they aren't 'OT' anymore, you see.



The 'Bridge' to full OT [spiritual freedom]
  is closed, in the present Church organisations.

In actual fact, current Church-Scientologists are,
 especially since 1982,
  forbidden to be 'OT'!


But they train auditors and they sell LRH-books and tapes,
 and that is a very good thing.

A very bad thing is
 that they are not allowed
  to just go out and audit [help someone], however,
   when they see someone who needs auditing [who needs help].

And they are not allowed either, usually,
 to BE audited [to receive spiritual counseling]
  when they need auditing the most,
   that is, when they are very upset
     or have been severely wronged.

How insane can you get!
 It's like not being allowed to feed starving people
  when you have plenty of bread.
 That's not very 'OT'.



To come back to the subject:

In the current Church of Scientology,
 "SP-declares" are done with the purpose
   to 'prove others wrong',
   to ENFORCE irresponsibility and insanity,
   to PREVENT the use of Scientology, and
   to PREVENT the creation of a sane civilization.

"SP-declares" are used
   to enforce authoritarianism and
   to hide truth and
   to PREVENT the issue of CORRECT SP-declares.


I try to not use SP-declares as a make-wrong,
 but to inform, and to get someone back towards sanity.

I also audit [help] people who have been
  correctly declared suppressive by me.
 I don't deny them auditing or training.
 I do not ex-communicate them.

But I DO inform others about them,
 and I DO inform THEM about the fact
  that I consider their actions and attitude suppressive.

This is not a 'make wrong',
 but an attempt, often successful,
  to get someone back towards sanity.


I have written much material
  about the insane practice of 'SP-declaring'
   inside the Church of Scientology,
 and
 I have written much material about CORRECTLY
  recognizing and handling suppressive persons,
   wherever they are and whatever position they hold,
  which has not been published yet.
