While the vision and intention
to create free and independent Churches of Scientology
which are not involved in anything else
than purely spiritual training
is entirely correct and valid,
its execution has been prevented
by the founder of Scientology,
or rather,
I have not made sure and taken care
that it was indeed executed in the Munich Church.
This is on
how L. Ron Hubbard treated and still treats
his closest friends who helped him most, and
on
the "ethics" and "decency" of the
Church of Scientology Organizations since 1966.

I find it now personally distasteful
to have the name "Ron" in the title of my job,
as it refers to L. Ron Hubbard,
so my job is now called "Ambassador for Mankind",
which is a true description of my work.

I will continue to inspect L. Ron Hubbard [LRH],
but 'Ron's Inspector' implies both
inspecting LRH and inspecting for LRH.
At the present state of mind of LRH,
there is no 'inspecting FOR' LRH possible,
but inspecting LRH, that IS possible.
But there is also good news
- finding out the truth is always good news,
(even for L. Ron Hubbard, that is).
Finding out about
the anti-social side of LRH, and
the actions of LRH to suppress us covertly,
- this truth being now firmly established -
made Jutta, my wife,
very bright and
free from invalidation by L. Ron Hubbard.
Jutta's intention to survive - Jutta's zest for living - tripled
by finding out
that L. Ron Hubbard is a PRESENT time,
CURRENT, ACTIVE anti-social criminal liar,
suppressing us knowingly and intentionally.

[Auditor:] How is Munich Org [Church of Scientology] doing,
"now that you have removed the
suppressive elements there?" LFBD's LFBD's
[LRH:] "You know how it is doing! LFBD
"And I am glad you know [found out] now!"
[Koos went there and inspected it,
in the evening, just before this session.]
[Koos to LRH:] Alright! So, how is Munich Org doing now?
[LRH:] "Miserable, lousy, nothing to be proud about!"
[Koos to LRH:] How come that they are just doing lousy,
miserable etc.?
[LRH:] "They have too many overts [crimes] accumulated.
"And it also has to do with me."
[Koos to LRH:] Well, you told me that you removed
all the Suppressive Persons from the Org.
How come it's still doing lousy?
[LRH:] "You saw [this evening]
that I did NOT remove the Suppressive Persons."
[Koos drove to Munich and visited the Org, just before.]
[Koos to LRH:] Well, I sent them several faxes
that you were going to remove them,
and they didn't call me up,
not even Altendorfer [Dir OSA of Munich Org],
to inform me
that my assumptions were completely false and
that you had NOT executed
what I announced and stated on paper
in the physical universe.
So how come these Munich Org staff were
that totally completely insane and criminal and
beyond any human decency
- let alone 'OT' [a person aware of and knowingly
using his spiritual abilities]-decency -
to inform me with a message like:
"Sorry Koos,
Nina [Voegtli] is still the Commanding Officer,
Karin Schiele is still in charge of HCO,
Babsi Weber-Ecin still has an office here, and
Goetz Neubert is still in HCO on post as well."
No, the back-biting, dirty, double-crossing criminals,
void of any decency or responsibility
towards their fellow man,
did not call me up,
did not send me a letter,
but were overjoyed to
let Koos be ridiculed and
let him waste as much
of his valuable time as possible.
Not even Altendorfer,
who, according to your stinking Policy,
should have communicated to me,
did not do so.
What kind of creatures are these and
with what right
do you call these people Scientologists?
I might still add
that I paid these stinking criminals
about 300,000.- DM
in order [that they]
deliver some Scientology service to me
[which they didn't deliver,
but instead they tried to destroy my family
(who all are Scientologists and
were supposed to get service
from Munich Org and FLAG
for that money)].

[LRH:] "I have MADE them into - what you call - creatures."
[Koos to LRH:] Well, how would YOU call them?
[LRH:] "I do not like to give them names.
"The trouble is,
THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM TO DO [per LRH-Policy].
"You have an 'SP-declare' [ex-communication order] [on you],
so no one is allowed to, nor obliged to,
communicate to you.
"Altendorfer does not have to communicate to you.
"He can simply file your communications as 'entheta'
[entheta has been re-defined by LRH
from 'enturbulated or disorderly thought',
to 'unpleasant data or unwanted truth' (Note by Koos)]
or he could use the Policy:
'Any letter addressed to a terminal [person in the Church]
- if it contains threats or insults
(what could be taken for insults,
like "these stinking criminals") -
can be sent back or just not considered'.
"Read the Policy, then you know what you can expect.
"I even wrote Policy for that
in order that everyone would know what to expect."
[Koos to LRH:] I faxed them letters
that said
you would remove so and so, and that
you had put Irin Neubert [Tech Sec of Munich Org]
in charge,
things to that extent.
I wrote
that I want to protect Munich Org
[from suppressive Scientologists etc.],
that I want them to deliver services only,
instead of 'fighting the government' etc.
That's not 'entheta'.
And it's also not an insult.
[LRH:] "No, it isn't!
But in their mind it was."
[Koos to LRH:] I even wrote that it is coming from you.
So how can they consider it an insult?
[LRH:] "They did not believe it is coming from me.
"They did not accept your title 'Ron's Inspector'.
It didn't exist for them."
[Koos to LRH:] Now that's interesting!
That already brands them as traitors,
isn't it?
That they do not want to know
that it is coming from you.
And it is also very interesting
that you are hiding from them that
you are here, and
that you WANT them to not believe that
I am very precisely relaying your communications.
And it is also very interesting
that you let me relay those communications
while hiding from me that they are not true.
In other words,
you tell me
that you removed the SP's [Suppressive Persons
on staff in Munich Org], and
you let me communicate these data to them
as being your communications to me, and
you let me communicate that
to the whole world as well,
while you very well know
that there is not a word of truth in them.
And you let me drive by car with my whole family
to Munich Org
while you promise
"to make sure that the 'new Commanding Officer'
Irin Neubert will give me a warm welcome".
I am just recalling the facts here
so that I can later use them against you
to show others how big a criminal you really are.
That is because you knew the facts very well
which I am enumerating here.
There is three hours driving to Munich Org
through the snow and three hours back.
Then there is the wasted session time
with all your lies on the subject.
Altogether about twenty hours of wasted time
which I will charge you double for
[because you made it counter-productive],
so that makes together
20 times 2,800.- US $, is total 56,000.- US $.
On top of that,
you have knowingly and intentionally
put me up to ridicule
with the intention
to destroy the trust people have in me,
which I have built up in one and a half year,
and let's put that at 200,000 US $ damages
for destroying my good name.
Of course I myself should have audited
all the Suppressive Persons
that you pretended to me
to have removed from Munich Org
and find out MYSELF FROM THEMSELVES
whether they really were removed,
and not take your word for it.
Well, I had two short checks
with two people who are on staff
and they said that they were doing better
- but they probably only did better
because I indicated
the Suppressive Persons to them
with the intention
that those should be removed.
So this is just for the record,
for the criminal proceedings
that I will initiate now
against your bunch of back-biting criminals,
whom you even have the guts to defend.
[Koos to LRH:] Question:
How would you call these people
if they had treated you like that?
[LRH:] "I would have called them Suppressives."
[Koos to LRH:] And why do you NOT call them like that
when they treat ME like that?
[LRH:] "I have called them several times like that.
But not all the time, and mainly not,
because
I HAVE GIVEN THEM THE LICENSE TO ACT LIKE THAT."
[Koos to LRH:] How would you call yourself
for betraying me on such a scale?
[LRH:] "It is suppressive."
[Koos to LRH:] How do you expect to make any
'case gain' [spiritual and ethical improvement]
like this?
[LRH:] "I couldn't make case gain by this."
[Koos to LRH:] I [publicly] cancelled the 'SP-declare'
I [Koos] have issued on you [LRH]
on the condition that you remove
the Suppressive Persons from Munich Org, and
when you told me that you removed them,
I issued an RI-Bulletin saying
"Ron is back on purpose" [of 10 Jan 1996].
You understand
that I have to cancel these things again,
because they are a lie.
[Koos to LRH:] What was your motive
for REFUSING to remove the
SP's [Suppressive criminal staff] from Munich Org?
[LRH:] "Do you really think
I can do that [am able to remove them]?"
[Koos to LRH:] Yes! I really think so, that you can do that!
But come to think of it,
it went all much too easy.
We did not audit weeks and months
on these Suppressive Persons
in order to get them removed,
as we did with David Miscavige and Marc Yager
[International former heads
of the Scientology Church].
I think with Ray Mithoff already,
you said you had removed him
"just by changing your considerations
about wanting to keep him on staff", and
you said the same about Richard Reiss,
that you "only had changed your
considerations about keeping him on staff", and
that "Richard Reiss then blew [left
suddenly and irresponsibly] from FLAG
without informing anybody and
that he was on his way to Tampa airport
and then some hours later
was on his way flying to Ireland"
and when I recently inquired
you said
"he [Reiss] moved to Canada and
was there working for a living
without any further intentions or purposes
[like his purpose
to try and destroy Scientology again]".
And even though we audited Richard Reiss very much,
we did not give him a session to actually
remove him.
And because Richard Reiss
played up recently very much,
I can imagine that you didn't remove him at all.
I do not remember precisely
what we did with Ray Mithoff on that.
I have to look in the session records for that.
But I haven't noticed him anymore.
Miscavige I haven't noticed at all
since 30 December 1994,
and various people have confirmed his removal.
Marc Yager I haven't noticed anymore
and various people have confirmed his removal.
One time you had a psychotic break
and tried to intimidate me
by saying that none of them had been removed
which was accompanied by a very
evil output of you of revenge on me,
and so I think we can discard that
as irrelevant data.
So, you say or want me to believe
that you can't remove Suppressive Persons
from Munich Org now,
but I remember we did quite a lot of work
towards removing Babsi Weber or Karin Schiele,
or both, last summer.
So are you capable of saying anything about this?
[LRH:] "I didn't like to further work on them
to remove them.
"I think now:
the effort and time spent on them to remove them
could be better used to open three new Missions."
[Koos to LRH:] I rather like to know what is the case
with Richard Reiss and Ray Mithoff.
Did you also open three new Missions
instead of removing them?
[LRH:] "I have not removed them."
[Koos to LRH:] And what was your MOTIVE FOR PRETENDING
to have removed them?
[LRH:] "I did not want to look
at their cases [their collection of non-survival decisions]
anymore,
or at their evil intentions.
"And I thought it was also alright what they were doing,
not [what they were doing] to Koos,
but for Scientology."
[Koos to LRH:] What was your MOTIVE FOR PRETENDING to me?
Because you just could have told me that.
Instead you pretended to me
that they were removed.
[LRH:] "I could NOT 'just have told you that'.
"YOU WOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED IT,
AND WOULD HAVE HANDLED ME,
MADE ME LOOK AT MY EVIL INTENTIONS
UNTIL I WOULD HAVE WANTED TO REMOVE THEM."
[Koos to LRH:] How right you are!
Any sane thinking being
would consider you a megalo-maniac idiot
and a compulsive liar.
Is it for this
that I have helped you to regain your eyesight
in 1944 or '45 (whenever it was),
(see RI-398i 'Oak Knoll, April 1945, LRH and Koos'
of 5 Dec 1995)
so that you now
refuse to apply to yourself the Scientology Tech
that you have developed, or
so that you now refuse to have it applied
by another to you?
[LRH:] "No [that is not what you (Koos) helped me for],
it is suppressive [what I am doing]."
[Koos to LRH:] What OT-Level [spiritual level of awareness]
are you?
[LRH:] "Irrelevant!"
[Koos to LRH:] OK! What OT-Level are you?
I consider it relevant.
[LRH:] "I did all the OT-Levels which I developed
and there are 23. So I am OT 23."
[Koos to LRH:] Good, now you defined 'OT' as
"being knowing and willing cause
over all areas or Dynamics of life".
So, who is more 'OT', you or I [Koos]?
[LRH:] "If I say I [me, LRH]
- which I could say in many respects -
it would not take into consideration
the present condition of what I have put into the world."
[Koos to LRH:] I do not understand what you
think you have put into the world.
[LRH:] "[I have put in the world,]
that what YOU are working for day and night
to have PROPERLY used: Dianetics and Scientology.
[LRH:] "Any comment on this, Koos?"
[Koos to LRH:] I wanted to know whether you are
still pretending that everything is fine
what you have put into the world.
[LRH:] "Thank you!
"My answer was implying
that I do NOT think that everything is fine,
viewing the present condition.
No, I don't think everything is fine."
[Koos to LRH:] What was your motive for removing Miscavige?
[LRH:] "To get 'ARC' [Affinity, Reality, Communication, making
together Understanding] back into Scientology."
[Koos to LRH:] Good! What was your motive for
getting 'ARC' back into Scientology?
[LRH:] "I thought this would handle the
rote [routine, robotic], unthinking execution of Policy,
handlings
without 'ARC' evaluation
[without understanding the people and situation
to which it is applied].
"I thought this would handle
the perversion of Ethics and Justice.
"Then, I still thought
that there is nothing wrong with my Policy,
that only the application of it is wrong,
for example:
if we had a CARING, ETHICAL International Justice Chief,
then there is nothing against having such a post,
if he would refuse to issue such an 'SP-declare'
as on Koos
- which is 'entheta' [here meaning: enturbulated
or confused thought]
and the issue of such a declare [written defamation on Koos]
should have been refused."
[Koos to LRH:] Wait a minute!
You WANTED and DID stop Guillaume Lesevre's [ED INT]
intention to CANCEL Koos's 'SP-declare'.
[LRH:] "I did."
[Koos to LRH:] And you were hiding the fact
from me [Koos], and
from Jutta, and
from Guillaume.
But you could and should have awarded me
what you call a Kha-Khan status
[an LRH idea of awarding someone
to be forgiven ten times the death penalty.
It of course strongly depends
on who then issues death penalties.
It is a strange concept, but romantic,
rather far removed from the
- for LRH actually extremely confused -
subject of Ethics, Justice, and Self-determinism,
as we will see in the upcoming RI-Bulletins.

and you should have paid me
for all the auditing we gave you
since June 1994 [and
for the auditing we gave
Miscavige,
Guillaume,
Yager, etc.].
This would have been well within your own Policy.
So what do you have to say to this?
[LRH:] "I should have done this, but
'I was afraid about what else
Koos would continue to change in Scientology'."
[Koos to LRH:] Well, I think we are nearer to the truth
if we say that
YOU DID NOT WANT IT KNOWN
THAT MISCAVIGE WAS A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON
[There is still a portrait of Miscavige hanging
in the staircase of Munich Org!!]
and that
you by consequence were somebody
who put a Suppressive Person IN CHARGE
OF THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY
while you were telling everybody
[before your suicide in 1986]
that everything was in good hands.
And I think we are nearer to the truth
by saying that
YOU DID NOT WANT TO HAVE ALL THE ATROCITIES
COME TO LIGHT THAT YOU AND MISCAVIGE HAD
COMMITTED AGAINST SCIENTOLOGISTS.

I think we are much closer there
to stating the truth.
[LRH:] "Yes, that is true."
[Koos to LRH:] Good!
So we must assume
that at that moment,
when you decided to have the cancellation
of the 'SP-declare' on Koos prevented, and
when you knowingly
were hiding from everybody
your intention and the execution thereof,
you AGAIN became a full-blown Suppressive Person,
the earlier time being
when you put Miscavige on post [in 1982
as actual Head of the Church of Scientology].
Jutta and I had worked for three quarters of a year
day and night [in 1994]
to make you stop being a suppressive.
[The cost to me personally
of removing Miscavige
has been about one million US dollars,
and I have not seen a cent yet paid to me
by the Church of Scientology
for salvaging them from this
fascistic brute called David Miscavige.]
And then, IN JANUARY 1995, YOU [LRH] AGAIN DECIDED
TO BE A FULL-BLOWN ANTI-SOCIAL PERSON.
You see, NOBODY WHO HAS ANY SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS
WOULD EVEN THINK OF DOING, WHAT YOU [LRH]
DID TO KOOS IN JANUARY 1995
[to stop Guillaume, Executive Director Int,
from rehabilitating Koos,
which Guillaume, having some decency,
wanted to do after Miscavige was removed by Koos.]
It would be - for a social person -
completely unthinkable what you did to Koos.
A social person could not possibly imagine
committing such an act of
complete and cold-blooded evil as you did,
while on top of that
PRETENDING it to be 'for the survival of Mankind'.
A social person could not do such a thing
- but an anti-social person could.
Do you have any disagreements with that?
[LRH:] "No."
[Koos to LRH:] So there we have a time
when you became a full-blown suppressive.
So we want to have the exact moment
when you decided
to stop the cancellation
of the 'SP-declare' on Koos, and
where you decided to hide
from Guillaume and
from Jutta and
from Koos
this decision and your execution of it.
[LRH:] "January 1995, mid January 1995, LFBD's
on 14 January 1995. LFBD's
"This was the day after Guillaume Lesevre [Exec Dir International]
decided to show greatness and cancel the 'SP-declare'.

Koos would NOT stop executing his role as 'Ron's Inspector'.

that Koos - free from 'SP-declare' and rehabilitated -
would also play his role
anywhere in Scientology organizations,
also with body [not only by perception independent from a body]
going there and inspecting,
and
I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE FURTHER OVERTS [crimes] OF MINE UNCOVERED.

Highly specialized LRH OT HCO Sec Check Auditing
at 1,400 US $ per hour, makes 4,970 US $ total cost.
[The abbreviations LFBD(Long Fall Blow Down) and
F/N(Floating Needle) describe reactions on the E-meter,
indicating mental charge (LFBD), and release of charge
completed (F/N). "ind" = indicated to the person.]
CONCLUSION
This is a REAL reason
why many people inside the Church of Scientology
are declared "suppressive" [receive an 'SP-declare'] and
are fully and completely ex-communicated.
A main reason for this is - and this is important -
that someone within the Church of Scientology
is FORBIDDEN TO LOOK AT THE CRIMES
which L. Ron Hubbard committed this life-time,
(as well as
- which is of particular importance to Scientologists -
one is forbidden or strongly discouraged
to look at crimes L. Ron Hubbard committed against him
earlier than this life-time).
(And as L. Ron Hubbard has been VERY far from being an angel
in many of his earlier life-times,
such a demand on Scientologists inside the Church
is DEVASTATING for them.)
Funnily enough, Bill Robertson's and David Mayo's "Free Zone",
which applies Scientology Technology
outside the Church of Scientology,
ALSO enforce on themselves
to NOT look at the crimes of L. Ron Hubbard.
THE INTENTION OF L. RON HUBBARD TO HAVE OTHERS NOT LOOK AT
OR NOT BELIEVE THE CRIMES HE COMMITTED
IS IMMENSE AND OVERWHELMING.
Furthermore, L. Ron Hubbard is willing to
cave in and destroy anybody who DOES or MIGHT look at his crimes,
as the session-data above proves again.
(I am stronger than LRH, and have always been,
no matter how many OT-Levels he has done,
and so he can't actually destroy me,
although he has tried at times,
but he can restimulate others into attacking me,
which he has done abundantly and is still doing.)
Now here is a VERY IMPORTANT datum:
Anybody in the Church of Scientology who
does look at or is about to become aware of
the crimes of L. Ron Hubbard,
EITHER
caves himself in and collapses,
as Michael Jackson did on the 6th of December 1995,
(see RI-413Ri 'Michael Jackson at FLAG' of 18 Dec 1995,
in which I describe
how we revived the famous musician,
resulting in his
breaking with Scientology as it is now, and
divorcing his Scientology wife)
OR,
- if he continues to look, and insists on the
correctness of his observations about the crimes of LRH -
then he is falsely labelled a "Suppressive Person"
and ex-communicated from all active members
of the Church of Scientology,
with a defamatory written 'Expulsion Order'.
The Church of Scientology
is therefore an extremely aberrative institution,
not only for its active members
when they reach the state of awareness
in which they are able to become aware
of both the present and the past crimes of L. Ron Hubbard
against humanity or against Scientologists,
but,
it is ALSO caving L. Ron Hubbard HIMSELF in,
because anybody who demands
that his own crimes stay undisclosed, caves himself in.
(Even a catholic priest can tell you that.)
It is this what indeed happened,
and which made L. Ron Hubbard into a criminal,
which I have been working very hard, without any reward,
to handle.
What to do about it?
I happen to know
how to handle such a very brilliant and admired criminal
as L. Ron Hubbard became since 1966 and particularly since 1982.
I can rehabilitate him
with the Technology he himself developed,
and I have proceeded and will proceed to do so,
as I see no other way than that,
to return Scientology to sanity.
(For Scientologists:
LRH started and continued,
unwillingly and unknowing to himself,
to dramatize to a certain extent
the "winning" valence of the 'OT III'-incident
and got, up to the present date, very aberrated
on the subject of exerting his self-determinism,
as any close friend or close associate of him can confirm.)
We have had some wins in this.
However, I am, as you know, not paid by this criminal,
and not by the Church of Scientology
who actually SHOULD pay for it.
But that is part of the situation.
So I ask your financial support
for my efforts to rehabilitate him.
And I thank those who did and do support my efforts.
This piece of paper or computer screens which you are reading now,
has, including the visit to Munich,
taken about twenty hours of hard work, to get to you.
