"AFTER Koos(Joan of Arc) accomplished it
  [that he, Koos, then a she, Joan of Arc,
   restored the government of France, around 1430],
 it was alright with me,
 that Koos
   (I stay with 'Koos' [rather than 'Koos/Joan'],
    to avoid constantly saying he/she, etc.
    [he is now called Koos and has now a male body /
     he was then called Joan of Arc(Jeanne d'Arc)
      and had then a female body].)
 [that Koos],
 the being Koos, [who in 1430 was Joan of Arc, in France],
 changed the conditions for the better.


"But I did not want to be responsible myself
  for bettering the conditions FURTHER,
 and
  I blocked [any intentions
   to further better the conditions
    in France at that time].

"I would have blocked it [Koos(Joan)'s intentions]
 ALSO before Koos(Joan of Arc) helped [to free France],
 but there Koos(Joan)'s intentions
  were just stronger than mine and
  overruled everybody - to our benefit."


[Koos to LRH:] What did you try to withhold from Koos
                at the time of Joan of Arc?

[LRH:] "I was sitting there [before Koos(Joan) came to crown me]
 and waited that something happened.

"And when it happened - when Koos(Joan) MADE it happen -
  I used it,
  [it made] me a pleasant 'EFFECT-point',
  I validated [appreciated] it also,
 but further [than that],
  I did NOT use Koos(Joan),
   with me as 'CAUSE-point',
    which would have been,
     'me intentionally using the
      intentions and abilities and dedication of Koos[Joan]
       to FURTHER handle conditions in France'.

"I was the ungrateful king [not being thankful to Koos(Joan)]
  - the king whom Koos came to help and
    the king whom Koos [could and] would have helped further
     if I [the King, Charles VII of France,
           whom Koos - in his past lifetime as Joan of Arc -
            put back on the throne of France in Reims in 1429]
      had supported him [Koos(Joan)] and USED him [Koos(Joan)].


"INSTEAD
  I BECAME THE CAUSE OF THE DOWNFALL OF KOOS(JOAN OF ARC),
  BECAUSE I DENIED HIM THE LOYAL ASSISTANCE
   WHICH I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM
    IN VALIDATION OF
     KOOS(JOAN)'S HELP RENDERED AND
     KOOS'S INTENTIONS TO KEEP ON HELPING,
      AFTER MY CORONATION AS CHARLES VII OF FRANCE, AND
      AFTER WINNING OCCUPIED TERRITORY BACK.

"I should have given Koos(Jeanne d'Arc) (or [in English] Joan of Arc)
 unlimited money and men and powers
 - and I would have had quite a 'calm' life,
   as I was not so keen
    on making daily decisions
     towards a complete change
      of the conditions of the French population,
    that is,
     towards ending the domination of the English
      over parts of French territory, and
     towards removing their rule completely from France.  LF


"I 'forgot' about Koos(Joan).
 I betrayed Koos,
 that is,
 I pretended to be a friend but wasn't."  LF


"Koos was a friend to ME.
 But I was NOT a friend to KOOS."

[LRH:] "I could have freed Koos(Joan) [from imprisonment and
  from being burnt at the stake] if I had wanted.

"I could have threatened with attacks
  if Koos would not be released.
 I could have done all kinds of things.

"But I didn't.

"I COULD NOT 'mock up' [envisage]
  the liberation of the whole of France,
 and therefore also Koos SHOULD NOT."
