This is Part IV of the transcript of the whole session
of about eleven hours,
a session which ended very spectacularly.
An ending
which resolves
an enormous amount
of confusion
about the person L. Ron Hubbard,
resolving a major mystery
about what went extremely extremely wrong,
since LRH started to further research
after he achieved the State of Clear
in August 1965.
The statements of L. Ron Hubbard below are his own.
In later RI-Bulletins
I will get him to correct or improve upon
several of these statements,
but the main revelation
remains extremely valid.

[Auditor to LRH:] I repeat the command:
Tell me the place of that overt [crime] and
when it was! LFBD
[LRH:] "1985." LFBD
[Koos to Auditor:] LRH has a script running, and the script is:
"What have I told Koos?"
"What do I want to tell Koos?" and
"What does Koos not know?".
This is in order to determine
what he can safely withhold, and,
how he nevertheless
can make a good impression as a
'PC' [person receiving spiritual counseling]
giving up withholds and
giving up overts [confessing crimes].
With somebody else he has another script.
With each person he has a different script.
He keeps these scripts
carefully walled off from each other.
What he confesses to one,
is still a withhold from the other.
So it is almost impossible
to get his [LRH's] integrity back in.
(This as a note to the auditor, and for myself.)
[Auditor to LRH:] I repeat the question:
Tell me the place of that overt and
when it was! LFBD
[LRH:] "One time was 1985
in the place where you lived, and
in Zurich [Switzerland].
"Other places and times:
roughly 1983, Saint Hill,
and
a time LFBD
when Jutta was auditing Koos,
might have been 1984,
I diminished both your confront,
it was a 'PTS Rundown',
[with the] item 'Mo Budlong/Hitler'.
"Koos confronted Hitler well,
I wanted, too, that Koos confronted Hitler, LFBD
but I objected, in my no-confront,
to the combination: LFBD
'Mo Budlong/known from before as Hitler'. LFBD
"For one reason only:
that I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE HAD A HITLER IN SCIENTOLOGY.
"That is, I refused to be responsible for that." LFBD
[Auditor to LRH:] Name other Suppressive Persons
at the top of the Guardian Office.
[LRH:] "Geoff Sherwell, F
Blake Nikotin, sF
Marina Boulding, F
Rory Boulding." LFBD LFBD
[Koos to LRH:] Finish your script, [of]
what would be acceptable withholds to
get off and to
make known to Koos, and
get into your OWN valence
instead of pretending to be a 'PC'.
You are first looking
for what would be very extremely safe withholds
to get off, and
then you are telling those, and
that is completely 'out of valence' [not being yourself].
[Auditor:] Name other Suppressive Persons
of the Guardian Office. LFBD
[LRH:] "I rather answer the question
about what is very wrong,
I don't have an answer to it,
but I want to evaluate the state of affairs.
"What is very wrong,
what is extremely wrong, is
that I HAVE TURNED INTO A SUPPRESSIVE PERSON.
"When I went Clear,
I wanted to get on, get on with the 'OT'-steps.
"I did NOT care about the physical universe.
I did NOT care for my own achievements therein. LF
"I did NOT use each ability gained
on [an] 'OT'-step
to HANDLE my surroundings with. LFBD
"I did NOT set myself the task
to handle - as I went along -
more of the Dynamics [life's activities],
NOT what I wrote to do:
- get MORE in control
of your First Dynamic [survival as self]
- get MORE in control
of your Second Dynamic [survival as family]
(you know,
put more Second Dynamic there,
more ARC [Affinity, Reality, Communication,
making together Understanding],
get more 'upstat' [better living conditions],
more activity together with your
Second Dynamic [family] members, and
get other Second Dynamics [families] saner around you,
etc. etc.)
- get MORE in control
of your Third Dynamic [survival as a group],
working intensely
with others of the Third Dynamic on it, etc. etc.
- get MORE in control
of the Fourth Dynamic [survival as Mankind]. LFBD
"And so along all Dynamics:
more actual active work in it, and
achievements branching out
into helping other Third Dynamics [groups],
enlarging the Third Dynamic,
making it more popular,
more effective, etc.,
more accepted.
"Activity on the Dynamics, LFBD
MORE putting something created by me
into the Dynamics, LFBD
as I would go ALONG WITH the OT-Levels,
take more and more responsibility for life.
"What was very wrong was
that I did NOT DO exactly what I described.
"I took LESS responsibility for the Third Dynamic.
I controlled LESS on the Third Dynamic.
"Early 1966
I gave control to a newly formed organization,
the Guardian Office,
and
I put Suppressive Persons in it
to do the controlling FOR me!
"Against the end of 1966
I lessened my control in the Churches of Scientology. LFBD
"I was thus no longer an executive, F
but I took the title "Founder" LF
instead,
and this was like an
epitaph [inscription in memory of a dead person]
on my tombstone.
"Instead of being an executive LF
I became an 'Operating Thetan',
without very much operating LFBD
because operating would really have been
- as I described -
to put more and more
into Dynamics One to Eight [all areas of life], and
take MORE responsibility and MORE control.
"I got busy to
work out the OT-Levels and audit myself,
work out more OT-Levels, and audit myself more,
I worked out new processes,
I audited myself on more OT-Levels.
"I did NOT use my OT-abilities
to control Organizations BETTER and MORE.
"I had worked out how organizations
could run "by themselves", WITHOUT me.
"I did NOT control MORE
counter-postulates and
counter-intentions to the Third Dynamic [the group]
- I had the Guardian Office for it -
and
to control counter-intentions to survival
on the Fourth Dynamic
I also had in a sense
the Guardian Office for it, and later
the IAS [International Association of Scientologists].
"After the Guardian Office,
I had the Religious Technology Center,
to act in the physical universe and
control certain aspects of organization.
"Also there I employed Suppressive Persons.
And when Suppressive Persons are at work,
control becomes bad control,
becomes suppressive control and
no longer good control
with the aim to create survival.
"I did more research into the realms of 'OT'.
I audited myself more,
I gained more abilities,
BUT I DID NOT EXERCISE THEM.
"I was no longer an executive on the Third Dynamic.
"This would have been considered a 'by-pass'.
[Being and remaining in control,
would have been considered
'by-passing' those who were at the top.]
"I notice that's a justification
for not having exercised my OT-abilities."
[Auditor:] Who would have considered it a 'by-pass'?
[LRH:] "Suppressives Persons like Miscavige, sF
Ray Mithoff. F
"I did more research for the OT-Levels,
I audited myself more,
and
when I had no more material to audit myself on, LFBD
I concluded: It's done!
"I must, I want to
go somewhere else to find new material.
"Like a rabbit
that has eaten all the carrots of one field and
rushes over to the next field.
"So I 'rabbit-ted'.
"And I must say
there is nothing wrong with the OT-Levels. LFBD
"WHAT IS VERY WRONG IS
WHEN THE ABILITIES
DO NOT GET APPLIED TO LIFE.
"I gave Scientologists
some similar enforced aberration
(to not apply what one can do).
"Ethics of group members [staff] or [Scientology] public,
is 'taken care of' by the Ethics and Justice system.
"An ordinary Scientology staffmember 'OT'
doesn't take responsibility anymore
for counter-intentions in his environment, or
for wrong-doings within his group:
He LEAVES that to
the 'OSA' [Office of Special Affairs] or
'IAS' [International Association of Scientologists] or
'Ethics Officers' or
'Justice Chiefs'. LFBD
"He, as 'OT',
concentrates on the product of his post in his Org.
He does this from 8 or 9 (AM) to 11 (PM) in the night.
"He is OT VIII, let's say,
but
he puts
very little into the First Dynamic [survival as self],
very little into the Second Dynamic [survival as family].
"On the Third Dynamic [group]
he is doing the same job - only more aware now -
that he did about 10 years ago as a newcomer, or
he might take more responsibility
creating a new Org, a bigger Org.
"But he does minimal
on the Fourth Dynamic [Mankind]
or Fifth Dynamic [survival for animals and plants]
or Sixth Dynamic [Physical Universe].
"And he might CLAIM - as he is OT VIII, and on staff -
to do very much
on the Seventh Dynamic [survival as spirit], and
on the Eight Dynamic [survival as infinity and
the creator of life]. LFBD
"An 'OT' on his post
is not asked to use his OT-abilities
in order to take responsibility
for another staff or public,
when these are on 'ethics-lines', for example.
[on 'ethics-lines' =
are being punished and
kicked off their job or
kicked off their studies]
"This is MY Policy.
Policy which I made.
"Policy which started out
from the necessity to
stamp orgs or missions out of the ground
with new people and
give them easy to understand and to follow instructions,
even with little knowledge about Scientology.
"This
'Don't use your OT-abilities, use the command-lines'
must mutilate OT's!
"And, on top of that,
being prohibited from handling FOR someone,
for someone who is
illegally declared [Suppressive, for example],
makes an 'OT' into a
'jack-in-the-box' [a children's toy]
who is allowed to come out
ONLY at special occasions.
"Further,
my tendency,
no,
my whole intention has been,
initially,
to collect
all Scientologists IN organizations,
although that is NOT in alignment
with my goal
to create a sane civilization,
where Scientologists
would really best operate
at their full potential as 'OT'
in very MANY areas of life. LFBD

[Koos:] It does!!

This may seem easy,
but it is very hard work to confront
LRH's evil, and
his continuous compulsion to
lie or tell half-truths, and
his trying to get away with it.]

Highly specialized LRH OT HCO Sec Check Auditing
at 1,400 US $ per hour, makes 15,213 US $ total cost.
[The abbreviations LF(Long Fall) LFBD(Long Fall Blow Down)
and F/N(Floating Needle) describe reactions on the E-meter,
indicating mental charge (LF, LFBD), and release of charge
completed (F/N).
"LFBD-F/N" = truth found out. "ind" = indicated to the person.]
