Suppressive Persons, heavy psychotics,
 heavy criminals, implanters, etc.
  HAVE NO OWN VIEWPOINT.

So you can't run out their ARCX's [upsets]
 how these seem to be from THEIR viewpoint.

They don't HAVE an own viewpoint,
 they have only borrowed viewpoints.


So
 what you have to do,
 is,
  to take the viewpoint of LIFE, and
   assess their ARCX's with LIFE.



They might have the agreement, the reality,
 that it is OK to murder and lie.

And that reality might be broken at times,
 and so cause them to be "upset" that
  someone does not like to be murdered and lied to.

That is NOT their UPSET, however.


What it IS,
 IS AN INCREASE IN THEIR ARC [Understanding] FOR LIFE,
  WHEN SOMEONE PROTESTS THEIR EVIL.

THAT is not an ARCX! (But it sure looks like one.)


An actual ARCX occurs WHEN
 SOMEONE ELSE IS
  NOT - I repeat - NOT
   PROTESTING THEIR EVIL ACTION.

THAT is their ARCX, their upset.


You ARCX or upset a criminal or psychotic,
 when you do NOT protest his evil act.


I am sure some of you do not know that,
 and have run false ARCX's, false upsets.



And people who do not know that,
 CAN'T run out the ACTUAL ARCX's of Suppressive Persons,
  and so people
   remain overwhelmed by the Suppressive
   - despite the Technology of running out ARCX's.

Not to mention
 the fact that
  the Suppressive Person
   is VALIDATED
   FOR BEING INSANE
    by having false "ARCX's" run and
    falsely assessed on him.


You better get this straight!
