A definition of 'Institutional-type Case' is:

   "Someone who CAN NOT communicate to others
    about a Suppressive Person.'



He tries to communicate
  about all kinds of other things,
 but
  NOT about the Suppressive Person
   who made him into an Institutional-type Case.


When he DOES talk about the Suppressive Person,
  he is not actually talking ABOUT him,
 but
  he is talking TO the Suppressive Person.


It is very easy to observe this:
  he is talking "to you",
  but
   he uses all kinds of emotions and illogics
    as if he tries to get something across
    to the Suppressive Person.

And he may claim that YOU are not listening to him,
 while in actual fact
  he is not talking to YOU at all!


So he never really
 talks ABOUT the Suppressive Person TO others, and
 there is no relief forthcoming
  when he SEEMS to talk to you or to others
   about the Suppressive Person.



And that is what he failed to do in the first place, and
 what made him into an Institutional-type Case:

    He did not inform others, he did not talk to others,
     about the fact
      that he WAS dealing with a Suppressive Person.
