Communication techniques have changed,
and will continue to change.
The mission of the Ambassador for Mankind is
to establish truth and understanding
for all of Mankind.
To accomplish my mission,
I am also using the medium of telepathy
- which most of you are unfamiliar with.
Even though you yourself - almost all of you, that is -
are using bits of telepathy,
short instances of telepathy
(which you might call bursts of telepathy)
in your life.
Some of you
continuously use telepathy
in order to understand others better.
As you know,
people SAY or WRITE certain words
and
they mean quite a lot more.
Or they mean something else than they say or write.
Or they might mean very much the opposite
of what they want you to believe
by their words and behavior towards you.
THOSE OF YOU
WHO USE TELEPATHY IN THEIR DAILY LIFE
HAVE A TREMENDOUS ADVANTAGE OVER OTHERS.
Funnily enough,
telepathy is not taught in schools
as a subject to know about,
nor to exercise, to train and improve.
A football-player who uses telepathy
- and all successful football-players do -
is of course at great advantage
over a player who can't or doesn't want to
use telepathy
to find out
what his team-mates are going to do, or
what the opposing team is thinking of going to do.
All managers who run large companies,
use telepathy extensively,
in order to find out
what the intentions of their juniors are.
When they don't use telepathy,
they will lose their position very very quickly.
You can explain the concept of telepathy
to the manager of a big firm,
and he'll probably say:
"Oh, is that what I am doing!
And you call that telepathy? Well, that's fine.
I thought telepathy was some weird disease
you get from looking too much television.
"So it is actually very simple:
telepathy is more or less
perceiving what someone else's intentions are, and
getting a good idea of what he thinks about something.
"It is not improbably to me
that one could practice and train and increase that ability
so that one becomes more and more accurate
and more able to even detect misleading or false intentions."
Some people,
in order to keep an advantage over you,
are ridiculing and invalidating
this ability of yours.
Others,
who do not want to have their intentions and thoughts found out,
are ridiculing and invalidating
your ability to use telepathy,
and also the subject in general.
Others,
who have already given in to the ridicule and invalidation, and
who have stopped using their ability,
are heavily "defending" the fact,
that they let themselves be stopped in the use of telepathy
that they let themselves be ridiculed, invalidated and so stopped,
and
they pass this ridicule and invalidation on to you and others
with great force and great persistence.

You may have been subjected to such ridicule
and you certainly will be subjected to such ridicule.)

at FLAG [highest Scientology Delivery Organization,

several years ago,

that he caved you in, and
I do know he intended to cave you in, and
I do know that he hates Artists, and
I do know a lot more about him
which you apparently do not want to know.

Who said, that Richard Reiss caved me in?
"I get sometimes critics on my [communication-]lines
who attribute
what they do not like in my performance,
to Scientology.
'He is so weird "because he is a Scientologist".'

[Koos:] We are not at all in this field.
We are not at all interested in this kind of stuff.
We are talking here, now, about
people, BEINGS, immortal beings.
The report came from a FLAG [Clearwater, Florida] staffmember
who by chance saw you
coming out of a [confessional] session
with Richard Reiss being the Auditor
[the person hearing the confession], apparently.
So, what have you withheld about Richard Reiss?
[Travolta:]
"I can't recall the Incident [time]
of being caved in by Richard Reiss.
"I have gotten many sessions, and
not all went smooth, and
the session ended with Bad Indicators, and
needed Repair.
So what!
That's part of Auditing."
[Koos:] Was there such a session with Richard Reiss? LFBD
[Travolta:]
"I recall an Interview with him.
He was not Auditing me."
[Koos:] Did that go bad?
[Travolta:]
"It didn't really go bad.
You know, sometimes I get an idea,
this or that I want to handle,
and then something else needs handling before that.
"And I am impatient,
but have to agree
that the Case Supervisor [see below] knows best [for me],
and it takes longer than I expected,
but it always ended with a Win
[an improvement or awareness gained (more below)]."

Person giving instructions regarding
and supervising the Auditing of a person.
Nowadays that is done
- in the "official" Church of Scientology -
by cheating a Scientologist
into buying and paying in advance
for very extensive
unnecessary Services.
And, WITHOUT taking (and paying in advance)
these unnecessary and unwanted,
but extensive and expensive Services,
he is denied (by the Monopoly of Scientology)
to get the Services he ACTUALLY WANTS to have.
By the time he does get the Service
he actually wanted (the Service he knew would help him),
he is financially and morally and ethically
so far pushed down
(by having had to accept and pay and suffer through
unwanted and unnecessary Services),
that the benefits
he WOULD have had from what he ORIGINALLY wanted,
are now indeed minimal.
He has understood - or he pretends to not see -
that real improvement of his being and his abilities
is actually not wanted at all, and
is frowned upon inside the group!
But he had agreed earlier
that the group is 'the best there is',
and so
he does not dare to state
that his hopes
have been, in actual fact,
very thoroughly betrayed.
Also, he does not know
WHO betrayed his hope, and
WHO betrayed all the promises that were made to him.

['Win':
In the "official" Church of Scientology,
one HAS to show a 'Win',
no matter how badly one has been
caved in and messed up
by its staff, or
by demands of L. Ron Hubbard himself
to at all cost prevent certain things
from becoming known or
from being looked at.
If one does not show a 'Win', a gain,
one runs the risk of being
"officially" declared an anti-social person,
- which is the L. Ron Hubbard
equivalent of a death-sentence,
in which one is
further caved in and
further destroyed
by the staff of the "official" Church of Scientology,
this time also on a social level, and
with the use of
criminal lawyers and
covert intelligence tricks.
Therefore
it is basic survival
to 'Show a Win',
no matter how much they
wasted your money and your time, and
destroyed your hopes and your personal integrity, and
your social abilities and your sense of decency.

that people become more able and more aware.

that people can use Scientology Technology
in order to become more able.

that some people use
their abilities and awareness, and
their knowledge gained through Scientology,
of spiritual things,
that they use their ability and awareness
TO MAKE OTHERS LESS aware and LESS able.
In other words,
they become stronger spiritually, and
they use their spiritual strength in order
to deliberately Restimulate people LF

against their better knowledge, and
against their own basic goals, and
against their basic sense
of what is valuable to them]
and
to hide the fact successfully
that they use their 'OT'-abilities [intentional
and knowing use of spiritual abilities]
in order to Restimulate [lessen the awareness of] people.
Do you follow this?

[Koos:] We call this 'Black [meaning "Black Magic"] Scientology'.
The purpose [of using 'Black Scientology'] is
to PREVENT others from detecting those 'Black Scientologists'
for what they are: Suppressive Persons.
The purpose is
to dominate others into NOT finding out [things or truth],

that there ARE such people [using 'Black Scientology']

who knows that Scientology can be used
to INCREASE awareness and ability, and
who knows that anybody can use his awareness and ability
in order to PREVENT OTHERS FROM BEING AWARE AND ABLE.

but still I haven't called this 'Black Scientology'.
Tell me, who is 'we'?"
[Koos:] Well, you have heard L. Ron Hubbard use the term
'Black Dianetics' ['Black' meaning "Black Magic", evil, destructive],

[Koos:] What else do you want to know about 'Who is "we"'?
[Travolta:] "Who coined the word ['Black Scientology']?"
[Koos:] I don't know.
I needed that word. Maybe I coined it.
But it is not different from the word 'Black Dianetics'.
I needed a word to describe
activities I detected by people
who had done OT-Levels [steps done
to increase spiritual awareness and spiritual ability]
above the OT-Level called OT VIII,
who have been very active
in ruining people and
in ruining the ["official"] Church of Scientology

you wondered why I was not being supported
by the Church of Scientology.

back to sanity with the use of Scientology Technology, and
I restored his ability to be a successful painter,
which he wanted to be in this lifetime.

THE EXISTING SUPPRESSION
INSIDE THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY.
This is how I discovered 'Black Scientology',
which is:
OT's [INSIDE the "official" Church of Scientology]
using their abilities and awareness
to smash, Restimulate, cave in, and
try to murder people
who almost or fully found out about THEIR intentions
to dominate the Church of Scientology and
to destroy Mankind [by dominating it
with tremendous lies and
with enforcement and denial
of spiritual improvement-techniques
through the establishment of an 'unbreakable' Monopoly.]

by creating (as a spirit and actually flowing out as a spirit)
energy-particles similar to the energy
which was present
at the time that he wants you to stay stuck in.
This is the REVERSE use of Auditing.
It is done secretly, unknown to the victim.
That is why I call it 'Black Scientology'.
The persons most actively engaged
in using 'Black Scientology' on people
have been, and are, L. Ron Hubbard and Richard Reiss.
The defense is to use an E-meter.
It directly reads on energy hitting you and your body.
By looking at WHO is sending this energy,
you get a confirmation of a sudden
drop in electrical resistance of your body,
which the E-meter - of course - measures.

When you find out WHO does it, his power diminishes.]

This is the Valence [identity] that you are using
when you are with ["official"] Scientologists

they are "Sent to Ethics" [see below], and
MUST sign a declaration
that they WON'T do so again
before they are allowed any Service
in an Org or Mission or Advanced Org[anization] or at FLAG?
[Definition of 'Sent to Ethics':
It is an unconfrontable piece of insanity
enforced by L. Ron Hubbard on
all "official" Monopolies of Scientology.
It is too insane to be confronted.
So, of course, it becomes MY job to look at it
and find out what it actually is,
as anything that no one else confronts,
is being dumped onto my plate.
And then, to top it all,
after I confront and describe it, you say:
"Of course that's what it is,
that is the most obvious thing there is!
Koos described it correctly!"
Here we go, defining 'Being Sent to Ethics':
A person PAYS, always, IN ADVANCE
very specific, large, amounts of money
for specific Services from the Monopoly.
He can not get this money back,
unless he is willing to be officially expelled
from the group of people he considers valuable, and
from his friends, and
unless he is willing to be harassed by them
and denied any communication or recourse or being heard, and
unless he is willing to be labeled by them
as "someone who wants to destroy Mankind".
These actual conditions,
under which he CAN theoretically
get some of his money back from the Monopoly,
are carefully withheld from him
when he purchases the Service(s).
Many many millions of Dollars
have been paid into the Monopoly of Scientology
by originally trusting people,
who have been intimidated
into NOT getting their money back,
(even though they received no Services,
or received destructive Services).
These are very obvious crimes,
of fraud and extortion, by the Monopoly,
on the very very many people
who expected and paid in advance
for Services as advertised and as promised.
But the Monopoly says, per its Policy,
that this (COMMITTING THESE CRIMES ON THEIR CUSTOMERS)
IS FOR THE SURVIVAL OF THE MONOPOLY,
AND THEREFORE "FOR THE SURVIVAL OF MANKIND."
You see where we are heading:
When the customer gets the slightest wind or suspicion
of any of these intentions and these practices,
HIS ALREADY FULLY PAID FOR SERVICE - which he desired to have -
is IMMEDIATELY INTERRUPTED, BY THE STAFF OF THE MONOPOLY,
and
he is 'Sent to Ethics'.
Now, you have to know THIS:
ALL ACTIONS (or lack thereof) committed
by the staff of the Monopoly of Scientology
towards their customers
(including the more severe measures
of harassment and intimidation
and outright libel and fraud and extortion
and covert intelligence actions)
but also a simple denial of already paid Services,
or simply replacing the delivery of
wanted Services
with the "delivery" of
unwanted Services,
ARE ENTIRELY JUSTIFIED AND EXPLAINED
BY OFFICIAL WRITTEN POLICY OF THE MONOPOLY.
Anybody who doubts the validity and survival value
of these justifications for and explanations of these crimes,
or
anybody who gets wind of the evil intentions
of some of the staff or
of L. Ron Hubbard
in officially sanctioning, yes, even demanding
these crimes to be committed
on the "stupid customers", the "raw meat"
- as they are called in
official L. Ron Hubbard Policy for the Monopoly -
any such ethical, aware and responsible customer
is 'Sent to Ethics'.
'ETHICS' IS
NOT THE SUBJECT OF ETHICS,
BUT
IT IS A PERSON,
IT IS A STAFFMEMBER,
THE STAFFMEMBER IS CALLED
'ETHICS OFFICER'.
('Officer'
is the title for low order administration positions
in an Organization of the Monopoly.
Each job is very explicitly described
as to responsibilities and purpose,
but that is mainly to give the staffmember
a great sense of self-importance.
He has actually to do nothing more
than COMPLY WITH the ORDERS
of his seniors, and
of anybody who comes
from a senior Organization, or
from one of the countless other
senior "management" bodies of the Monopoly.
The penalty [for not complying] is always
invalidation, or demotion,
or dismissal with a bill
for all the Training
[just Training on how to do his job
and on how the Monopoly works!]
or for Auditing [to do his job better] he received.
You must know that staff, except the salesmen or saleswomen,
are not paid more than pocket money,
but they are officially 'paid' with Services, "in natura",
with the worst quality Services
from Trainees who need guinea pigs to practice on.
So if a staffmember is dismissed,
he is suddenly faced with a bill
of several hundred thousand dollars
(for the "Services" he received
while he was a staffmember),
which he can never pay.
And he is not allowed to have any Services from the Monopoly
until he has paid that full amount 'back'.
His years and years of 12 hours minimum work per day,
six or seven days a week,
are valued at exactly zero dollars.
All this is carefully withheld from anybody
enthusiastic and responsible enough
to want to help his fellow men, and
who is tricked into
'joining staff' or 'joining the "Sea Org".')
So, the 'Ethics' Officer knows to comply with ANY orders,
regardless of what the purpose
of his post [per his post-training]
actually is supposed to be.
Because he does not want to face
being fired and having no money,
not even to buy a ticket home,
and facing a bill of a few hundred thousand dollars.
All this is very very carefully HIDDEN
from the unlucky customer who is 'Sent to Ethics',
who is sent to this 'Ethics Officer'.
The reason and explanation
for the fact that the (fully paid in advance)
Service of the customer is stopped, and
the 'reason' for stopping him abruptly,
is that
'The Customer Would Not Make Any Gains
From The Service He Is Receiving,
As Long As He Doubts Its Validity, Or
As Long as He Doubts The Intentions Of
Any Staffmember Or Senior Staffmember Or
Senior Management Body Or
Policy of L. Ron Hubbard.'
The function of the 'Ethics Officer' is,
to get the customer to see and confirm in writing
that 'All is well'
with and within the Monopoly and with its staff.
Now the customer gets wise:
"If I voice any doubts
about the Monopoly or about its staff or
about its Policy or about its Service,
then the Service I wanted and have fully paid for in advance,
(which - if delivered correctly and
in a sane environment - would help me)
does NOT get delivered to me",
OR
"If I demand the money back in time to still GET it back,
I will be excluded for all time to come
from the Service that I wanted,
because 'Only the Monopoly delivers it', and
part or all of the money, if I ask it back,
I have to use anyway
to pay my lawyers against them, and
to handle their defamation of me and
the loss of income caused
by all that fighting back at them."
So he rather shuts up
- which, indeed, results in
greatly lessened spiritual gains, and in
severe loss of personal and group integrity -
and he rather goes on hoping till all the money
he paid in advance to the Monopoly
has been turned into 'Delivered Services'.
Then, money gone, hopes gone, income lost, promises not fulfilled,
usually with large unpaid debts,
he is told that
'HE WAS MORE ABERRATED THAN EXPECTED'
- MORE PAYMENT FOR MORE SERVICES,
PREFERABLY AT A HIGHER ORGANIZATION OF THE MONOPOLY,
WOULD HANDLE IT,
'BECAUSE THERE THEY ARE MORE HIGHLY TRAINED'.
He is NOT told
that, the higher the delivery Organization of the Monopoly is,
the more criminal they are as well!
No matter how highly they are trained,
these staffmembers and their group
are ALSO much more criminal
- much longer and much more strongly criminal.
What else to expect in a Monopoly!
ANY MONOPOLY, BY NATURE, IS CRIMINAL,
and more criminal, the higher up you get.
"Official" Scientologists are told
to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars
into the 'International Association of Scientologists' (the IAS)
to 'Protect and Promote the Free Use of Scientology'.
In actual fact, ALL that money goes
to defending and enforcing the MONOPOLY of Scientology
- which is not the same as the USE of Scientology Technology,
and which certainly is NOT its FREE USE!
They don't even notice, or they certainly don't dare to voice,
that the Monopoly they support and are a member of,
denies THEMSELVES the Free Use of Scientology Technology!
(How stupid can you get.)
The Monopoly pours out a TREMENDOUS, supposedly overwhelming,
AMOUNT OF PR (Public Relations,
seemingly true statements about the Monopoly)
to prevent their OWN people from seeing this.
Not the Technology of the Spirit
of 'knowing how to know', called Scientology,
is the fraud.
There must be SOMETHING very valuable and true
to get people in, and to build the fraud on.

The PRACTICE of SCIENTOLOGY IN ITS MONOPOLY,
THAT IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD ON EARTH TODAY.
The person who set it up,
who constructed and
cemented the FRAUD,
is L. Ron Hubbard himself,
and no one else.
In August 1965, L. Ron Hubbard decided
that he was 'Clear' and
that he was the most perfect being in the whole Universe,
a decision which is,
as anyone of some decency and intelligence can figure out,
buying a one-way ticket to an insane asylum.
Around 1982, L. Ron Hubbard decided further
that he had created
the most perfect and enduring group and organization
in the whole of the Universe,
a decision of an insane maniac and tyrant,
which earns him the role
of chief defendant to appear before a Nuremberg Trial.
He himself
picked his collaborators, and
protected them all the time, and
he himself
fired all the responsible decent people
under an appalling amount of force of defamation,
fake court-cases or legal threats,
and covert intelligence actions instigated by himself.

why you were 'Sent to Ethics'
or what Scientologists mean - whether they know it or not -
when they say (or hide from you)

that you are 'not part of the group anymore'.

In order to become part of the group again,
you have to obtain,
by some act of self-abasement camouflaged as help,
the agreement of the person
who told you that you are not anymore part of the group,
that he is willing to admit you again.
On top of that
you have to get the signatures
of over half of the group,
while giving them proof of your self-abasement,
to get back in and have Services
WHICH YOU HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.]
