The basic particles
 which one, anyone - also you -
  creates
   in order to be alive and perceive,
 are, in Scientology,
  very correctly called 'Anchorpoints'.


I have defined these ANCHORPOINTS
 in several RI-Bulletins
  in a way that is very easy to understand.
    Here three definitions are quoted
      (from different RI-Bulletins):


     "Points held in space
        by which someone determines his position,
      points which one needs
        in order to perceive or determine
         change or motion."

     "Points one holds still,
        in order to perceive,
         and
        in order to control one's own life with."

     "Points which one considers to be standing absolutely still,
        and by which one creates space."



Anchorpoints are explained in Scientology
 by L. Ron Hubbard around 1952,
  in his famous and excellent
     Philadelphia Doctorate Course Lectures.



It is vital vital vital
 that you understand the subject of Anchorpoints,
   as it is basic
     to ALL
       phenomena,
       processes,
       functions, and
       manifestations of life, and
     to all games.



From shortly studying Alan Walter's materials on "Fury",
  and from reading some of his recent comments
   to the Newsgroup alt.clearing.technology,
  and from having had a look at his web-page and glossary,
 I strongly suspect
  that the great Alan Walter and some of his lesser companions
    have excluded this vital datum
     from all his theories and his descriptions of phenomena.

Which by that omission, of course,
 introduces a tremendous amount of unnecessary data and concepts,
   in order to compensate for and circumvent the use of a word for
    the most basic particle and phenomenon of life,
      which is very very correctly called, by L. Ron Hubbard,
       an ANCHORPOINT.

This is so vital, and so basic,
 that some people
  might be inclined
   to reject all the work of Alan Walter,
     because he intentionally seems to omit or circumvent
      one of the most basic data of life.

      of 14 Oct 1996)

I understand
 that Alan Walter
  very carefully avoids to mention
   his Scientology background, in all possible ways,
     which is in itself a great and grave denial of truth.

He obviously refuses to acknowledge
  what he has been given by L. Ron Hubbard, and
  what L. Ron Hubbard has given others.

Yet,
 he has recently confronted
  the 'case' (the insanity) of L. Ron Hubbard
   quite brilliantly,
 as described in Alan Walter's essay of 1 March 1996
  called "The Vital Missing Technology Of The Furies"
    (subject-title "The Furies - 1"
     on alt.clearing.technology of 13 Oct 1996).

In this respect,
  of not acknowledging
   the source of his contributions,
 and
  in his irresponsibility
   for the Hubbard Church of Scientology gone evil,
 he still shows
  some of the evil of L. Ron Hubbard,
   as also recently
    per RI-ACT-156 'The pretended 'Clear' "gods"' of 13 Oct 96.

I must therefore assume
 that Alan Walter
   is not going to acknowledge
    the help I myself have given him in the last two years
      to enable him to confront
       the true 'case' of L. Ron Hubbard
        per Alan's "'thetan'-fury"-observations.

This is no reason for me
  to not acknowledge Alan Walter's work and contribution.

I am not a power-hungry individual
  who must grab the work of others
  and must get people to contribute to me
    instead of to the rightful creator
      of some work or piece of philosophy or art.





Back to the subject of Anchorpoints:

I might go so far as to state
 that somebody
  who can not handle the subject of Anchorpoints,
    can not bring about lasting spiritual freedom.

I don't mind whether someone calls
  these Anchorpoints, just
   points, or
   spots, or
   decisions about boundaries, or
   decisions that certain spots don't move,
     or whether calls them,
     - if he wants to be somewhat complicated and confusing -
   psychic space points.

They are all one and the same thing,
 regardless of the name somebody likes to give them.
   All they are, is just Anchorpoints.


They are POINTS, which have a tiny bit of mass.
  (A physicist would probably call them
    the smallest possible particles,
     - if he understood physics, that is.
    Fundamental Physics is a study of the spirit, you see.)

When moving, these can be called ENERGY-particles.

When a large amount of them
 are drawn together,
 are pulled together,
 or imploded together, they form a MASS.



In auditing,
  you address Anchorpoints.

  You address the
    loss of Anchorpoints, and
  you address the
    confusion about Anchorpoints, and
  you address the
    false ownership of Anchorpoints, and you address the
    correct ownership of Anchorpoints, and
  you address the
    willingness to create Anchorpoints, and you address the
    willingness to let go of fixed Anchorpoints, and
  you address the
    compulsion to assume the Anchorpoints of others, and you address the
    compulsion to force one's Anchorpoints on others, and
  you find and address
    hidden Anchorpoints.


And that, in a nutshell, is Auditing.




These Bulletins referenced below
 very exactly describe an incident
  in which
    somebody created and lashed out
     enormous amounts of Anchorpoints
      - he "exploded" as you might call it -
     to such an extent
      that billions of people
       in response
          created their Anchorpoints around themselves
           in the form of a protective shell.

They pulled their Anchorpoints tightly in around themselves.

This is simply the action
  of not creating
   one's area of perception and communication
    further than the tip of one's nose.
