In order to control an attack,
 you will have to understand the attacker.



This means
 you have to be bigger than the attacker.

In other words,
 you create your Anchorpoints, your Space
   around the attacker,
   bigger than the attacker.

In this way, you can look at the attacker.

(For a definition of 'Anchorpoints' see
   RI-710i 'A Protective Shell - Anchorpoints used wrongly' of 16 Oct 96)


Looking at him is necessary
 in order to understand him,
  and
 you need an understanding of him
  in order to control the attack.


The result of you
 having created your Anchorpoints, your Space
  around the attacker
   is
    that you can then look at him, and
    that you can then understand him.


THAT IS WHAT IS MEANT WITH
 "LOVE THY [YOUR] ENEMY".

I hope that some of you
 now finally will understand this!



Then you could for instance find out
  why he is attacking you.

And then you might find out
  that in truth he is attacking quite somebody else,
 but
  that he is too big a coward to investigate
    against which attacker
     in truth he is defending himself.


If you don't create your Anchorpoints around the attacker,
 if you don't have him in your Space,
   you will not be able to find out why he is attacking you.

If you don't actually find out the actual truth,
  by having the attack in your Space, and
  by looking at the attacker,
 then
   "all attacks on you are bad and evil", and
   "all attacks on you are against your survival".

Someone just has to sneeze in your direction,
 and you are sure this is a sign
   that your survival is being seriously threatened.





There is, for instance, the current state
  of L. Ron Hubbard's Church of Scientology.

Otto Roos
  (see RI-707i 'Lesevre-Interview: on LRH and his Sea Org' 13 Oct 96)
 was kicked out by L. Ron Hubbard,
  because
   Otto Roos was "attacking" L. Ron Hubbard (in 1974).
   Otto Roos was "undermining L. Ron Hubbard's good name and authority", and
   Otto Roos was "restimulating L. Ron Hubbard".


All the "control"
 that L. Ron Hubbard could think of, was,
  to kick Otto Roos out,
  to kick Otto Roos out of L. Ron Hubbard's own Space,
  to kick Otto Roos out of the Space of the family members of L. Ron Hubbard,
  to kick Otto Roos out of the Space of all the teammates of L. Ron Hubbard,
 and
  to try and kick Otto Roos out of the Space of Mankind
    by telling Mankind
     that "Otto Roos is an Enemy of Mankind".


If L. Ron Hubbard HAD kept Otto Roos in his Space,
 he would have seen
  that Otto Roos was working very hard
   to increase
    the true well-being, and
    the true authority of L. Ron Hubbard,
   by preparing and acting
    to get the non-survival intentions of L. Ron Hubbard
      handled through Auditing.

But
 the Policy and practice
  of L. Ron Hubbard's Church of Scientology
   is
    to "control" everything and everybody
     that "attacks" Hubbard's Church of Scientology.


Anybody who "attacks"
  the crimes,
  the Suppressive Acts,
  the murders, and
  thefts, and
  fraud, and
  extortion, and
  anti-constitutional acts
    committed daily by the Hubbard Church of Scientology,
 [someone who "attacks" such crimes]
  is
   not understood by its leadership
    as helping the Hubbard Church of Scientology to become ethical,
  but is
   "controlled"
     by kicking him out of the Space of all Scientologists,
      and
     by trying
      to kick him out of the Space of Mankind and trying
      to "ruin him utterly" (to quote L. Ron Hubbard exactly),
      to "squash him like a cockroach" (to quote L. Ron Hubbard further).


This is why the Hubbard Church of Scientology
 is a Mafia-type Organization.

In order to control an attack on you
 towards the direction of survival,
   you have to UNDERSTAND the attack and the attacker.



Do you get that now?

If your husband or your wife attacks you,
 you have to UNDERSTAND the attack
   in order to control the attack towards survival for both of you.


And if you don't WANT survival for the other,
 but ONLY want that people stop attacking you,
  then you are a rather suppressive person,
   and
  then this bulletin is not directed towards you,
   but
    towards people around you
      who want to understand
        WHY you are hitting back at them
         without you wanting to understand what they want from you.





In order to understand the attacker,
  you have to have him in your Space.

That means,
  you have to be willing
   to keep your Space around him
 or, if you have withdrawn,
   to again create your Space, your Anchorpoints around him.


You DON'T follow the advice of Socrates, and
 you don't follow the likely advice of Gautama Buddha,
  which is
    to withdraw from the Space of the attack,
     while being very right and convinced
      that you have only good intentions, and
      that the attacker has only bad intentions.


This rightness is also not even true.

The Suppressive Person
  does not have only bad intentions,
 but
  his bad intentions are much stronger
   than his good intentions.

When you are stronger than his bad intentions, and
 when you don't run away,
   then the evil that he causes to others
    will be stopped by you,
     and
   you give him a chance again
    to become aware of his good intentions.


Do you see now what I mean with
  keeping your Space bigger than the attacker?

(In the case of the Incident mentioned in
   RI-710i 'A Protective Shell - Anchorpoints used wrongly',
  keeping your Space bigger
   than the being known as David Miscavige.)





Now, if you don't keep the attacker in your Space,
   you will not find out why he is attacking,
 and, what's much worse,
   you will not find out WHO caused him to attack you.


This results in you attacking the wrong target.
 (see RI-688i 'Handling parents - a psychotic mother' of 7 Sept 1996)


That is also intended by the attacker.

So, you not only attack the wrong target,
 but
  you ALSO follow the intention of the actual attacker.

And you want to tell me
 that THAT is defending yourself against the attacker?!





In order to control an attack,
 you have to keep the attack and the attacker in your Space.

You have to create or keep your Anchorpoints
 around the attacker.


You must not confuse yourself with your body, of course.
 A body can not occupy or be bigger than
  an attack or an attacker.
 Also, it is not wise to have your body
  there where the attacker sends his bullets or his assassins.




What is the consequence
 of creating your Anchorpoints around the attacker?

The consequence of that
 is
  that you feel and experience
   the mental force of the attack on you.

This is UNPLEASANT.

So, what a coward does,
 is,
  he withdraws his Anchorpoints from around the attack, and
  he kicks the attacker out of his Space,
   which results in
    him not having to experience the attack.

The attack is still there
  on him,
  on his life,
  on his activity,
  on his possessions,
  on his body,
  on his family-members, and
  on his friends,
 but
  he withdrew his Space to such a small size
   that he does not experience the attacks.

 (Some people go so far
   as to be the size of an electron
    in order to not feel the force of electronic forces.)

Either,
 you face and understand and control
  the attack and the attacker.

  (Which still might result in you losing,
     like you could lose a football-game,
    but
     you know WHO attacked you, and
     you know or find out HOW you were attacked.)

Or,
 you keep the attack out of your Space,
  and
 live on very happily,
   in a more and more reduced Space,
    till you decide to hit back, like a blind horse,
     at anything and at anybody who "disturbs your Space".


This is the state
 most "official" Scientologists are in nowadays:
   they either
     have disconnected
      from every area and person that they feel bad about,
    or
     they attack and steal from
      every area or person that they feel bad about.

WHAT YOU DO
 is:

  You create your Space, your Anchorpoints
    bigger than the attack and
    bigger than the attacker,
  so
   that you can actually look at the attack, and at the attacker.


And then
 you can go and understand the attack and attacker.


And then you find out
 that this attacker
  went into a Fury and a rage against his group, and that this attacker
  proceeded to destroy the living area of his group
   when
    his group had kicked him out,
     because the being L. Ron Hubbard
      falsely accused him
       of doing things to the group and
       of having bad intentions towards the group
      which were
       NOT his bad intentions,
       NOT his bad actions,
     but
      which were in ACTUAL fact
       the bad intentions and bad actions
        of L. Ron Hubbard himself towards the group,
     which the being L. Ron Hubbard
      in this way covered up for a long time
       by
        falsely accusing others, and by so
        getting those others removed from the group.


And that's how he MADE someone into an attacker of the group.
  As you see, he repeats his past.

(This is a true story
  which I'll report to you more about in future RI-Bulletins).





As you know,
 L. Ron Hubbard has repeated this story again
  today on Earth.

He is most desperately (to put it very mildly and very politely)
 trying
  to keep you from having him in your Space,
    as that would enable you
     to see and understand his present intentions and actions.


He says:

  "Don't look at me!

  "Look only at what I wrote down (that is, not at everything, but
     only at that which I officially allow you to read, of course,
      as being my Good Works).

  "Don't query [ask] me about my work either!

  "If you have doubts about any parts of my writings,
     then ONLY find the fault with yourself,
       that is,
         it is YOUR lack of intelligence
        or
         it is YOUR insufficient command of language."

If you want to understand L. Ron Hubbard,
 according to his own instructions that is,
   then you can look up Mis-Understood words
    till you are blue in the face and other body parts.

If you want to ACTUALLY understand L. Ron Hubbard,
 or any other hidden attacker, then
   you keep the attack in your Space,
    and
   you investigate and look and understand
    more and more and more,
      as I did, with the help of the tool of Auditing.


And in the course of that investigation
 I found about twenty or so hidden attackers,
  who were all very very heavily attacking me,
    all of which I have reported to you about
     extensively in the RI-Bulletins,
 till
  I found that
   THE ATTACKER BEHIND ALL HIDDEN ATTACKS ON ME
     WAS
      L. RON HUBBARD.


He attacks and tries to destroy anybody
 whom he considers to be more decent and more able than himself.
  (see RI-488i 'Very able people at serious risk in Scientology' 23 Feb 96)


L. Ron Hubbard, who ran away from Mankind in January 1986,
 in the hope and conviction
  that he had committed the perfect crime:

    David Miscavige would make absolutely sure,
      together with Ray Mithoff and a few others,
     that nobody, for the next billion years,
       would find out about, or dare to mention,
        the evil acts and evil intentions of L. Ron Hubbard.


I don't think that anybody
 has ever tried to commit a more devastating suicide
  than L. Ron Hubbard.

Devastating to himself that is,
 because
   nobody would come along for the next billion years, and
    alleviate Mister L. Ron Hubbard from his sins,
  if everything had gone according to his plan,
   which it did not,
    as you see in RI-0i 'Current Ethics' of 30 June 1994.





This brings us to the other side of the coin
  of the practice of withdrawing your Space
   from an attack and attacker.


One side is,
 you withdrawing your Space
  from the area of the attack and
  from the area of the attacker,
    in order to not have to experience
     the unpleasant force and the tremendous confusion
      thrown at you by the attacker.

The other side is,
 that the attacker
  WANTS you to withdraw from his Space and
  WANTS you to keep him out of your Space,
    so that he can continue to attack
      - unhindered, and
    so that he can continue to attack
      - from a hidden Space, and
    so that he can continue to attack
      - without being understood.

These three factors of course make his attack invincible!



So you see the rather sad fact
 that
  in most ways of "handling attacks on you"
    you are only following the intentions of the attacker!
     And you are probably doing this un-knowingly and un-intentionally.


Only,
 after reading this Bulletin,
  you are not anymore doing this un-knowingly, OK?
