DEFINITION
Definitions of OT (Operating Thetan, pronounced "O.T.", never "ot"):
1. A "Thetan" is
you, the spiritual being that is you.
So an Operating Thetan is someone
who operates, works, acts and lives
as himself, as a spiritual being.
2. The degree to which (how much) someone operates as himself
with his native abilities as a spiritual being.
"He is OT" is a phrase meaning:
He uses his spiritual abilities
much more than one expects of people.
3. The degree to which (how much) someone uses
specific spiritual abilities.
In particular the ability
to know truth and
to know things
or easily get to understand things and people
by putting one's attention on it or on them,
rather than 'having to be told by others
what is happening somewhere or with someone'.
4. The degree to which (how much) someone
does actually take responsibility
for helping people (including himself)
to realize their goals in life.

5. Someone who can repeatedly and predictably
use special spiritual abilities which are uncommon.
A typical example of this is Uri Geller
(see his Internet web-page).
Typical examples of this are also people
who can heal the sick body of another
by feeling and changing the life processes
inside that living organism.
6. Also, someone who pretends any special spiritual abilities
and has done (often very expensive and time consuming) courses
with certificates claiming that he is an Operating Thetan.
This is not very different from a psychiatrist
who has done expensive and time consuming curriculums
with certificates claiming that he can heal the spirit (psych-iatrist)
or a psychologist
who has certificates claiming that he
has studied and knows about the spirit (psych-ologist).
7. Also, false "spiritual" healers and false clairvoyants, etc.
who pretend - for various insane reasons -
to have unusual spiritual abilities.
Their usual motive is
to get attention, and
to divert from and invalidate people
who really do have special spiritual abilities.
8. Part of understanding the definition of Operating Thetan
is the knowledge that there are people
(who, as anyone, are themselves spiritual beings)
who are fixated on denying and disproving
the existence of any and all spiritual abilities.
Such people are real killers,
and they can be put on the same level as murderers,
as regards the destruction they intend to inflict
on others and on life generally.

THE SECRET
Now follows the secret of the "OT-Levels",
the Advanced Courses of the Church of Scientology.
(The being L. Ron Hubbard got extremely upset about
my recent actions that express my active concern for Mankind
described in
RI-803i 'Yeltsin-Interview on NATO and Russia' of 20 Mar 1997 and
RI-804i 'Clinton-Interview on NATO and Russia' of 20 Mar 1997.)
Telepathic Confessional on the being L. Ron Hubbard (= 'LRH'),
on 21 March 1997, 16:36 GMT,
ordered by Ambassador for Mankind.
[Auditor:] Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT?
[LRH:]
"It would violate the condition [stipulation, rule] which I made
that someone can only be an OT
after a series of prerequisites [things to do done before]
which I established to be prerequisites
[for being able to operate as OT]." LFBDBD LFBDBD
[Jutta:] It would violate your condition [rules]!
But what about Koos? How would it violate Koos? LFBD LFBD
[LRH:]
"Koos can't be called an OT
unless he has done the OT-Levels (Advanced Courses)
in a Church of Scientology. LFBD LFBD
"I don't want to have any OT around whom I have not made! LFBDBD
"Any OT
who has not gone through a Scientology organization and
who has not been through all the steps, one after the other, LFBDBD
any OT
who has no OT-certificate from a Scientology Organization, LFBD
is not accepted into the community of OT's. F's
"These are my conditions.
And these are the conditions that are enforced
[by the "Church" of Scientology International] world-wide. LFBD
"I found the steps to higher abilities, and
I want to know where my OT's stand and
I want to have control over my OT's." LFBD's LFBD
[Jutta:] I'll remind you of the fact
that it was you who hindered Koos
from doing a step-by-step approach to OT,
apart from it being very suppressive
how you talk about "YOUR OT's".
[Auditor:] Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT? LFBD
[LRH:]
"I wanted it [done] as I just described it.
"The beings on Earth have most varying abilities
and
when they don't do all the steps
that help them to develop higher abilities,
they will miss out on so much that lies along the way." LFBD
[Auditor:] You are avoiding answering my question.
I repeat:
Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT? LF LFBD
[LRH:]
"I do not want it that Koos operates as an OT. LFBD
"I do not want
that he tries to get in communication with other OT's
who made it to OT in an Advanced Organization [of Scientology];
I do not want him to give them ideas on what to do,
OTHER THAN WHAT THEY ARE TOLD TO DO
BY CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY MANAGEMENT overall planning."
[Koos:] People who cannot - and do not WANT to - see
your [evil] intentions,
ARE not OT.
People who cannot and do not WANT to see
the [evil] intentions of RTC [Religious Technology Center],
ARE not OT.
People who want to keep Scientology in the hands of
Suppressive Persons, like Richard Reiss and the staff of RTC,
ARE not OT.
People who let themselves be prohibited
from using Scientology-discoveries and Auditing in life,
ARE not OT.
[Note by Koos:
The "Church" of Scientology prohibits its members
to use what they learned.
They are not allowed to help people other than members.
They are not allowed even to help members,
unless sanctioned by local and regional
and international management of the "Church".
This leads to extremely cruel situations,
and complete loss of integrity of all members.]
People who force others not to use
Scientology-discoveries in life
ARE not OT,
and
they are very stupid as well,
when they agree ONLY to be given Auditing
in an Organization [in the "Church" of Scientology]
dominated by Suppressive Persons, and
when they agree and enforce on members
that Auditing is ONLY given by invitation
from this suppressive management,
even though they must pay for a service
a hundred times or thousand times more than
if they would get it outside of the Church of Scientology.
Those people are not OT,
and
they can never be OT -
no matter how much you are spending
on propaganda to the contrary.
Those OT's of yours are
either
full-blown Suppressive Persons,
satans (devils), black Scientologists, like yourself,
or they are
slaves, with certificates saying that they are OT.
So the only thing I see is that
you are defending the fact
that you have turned into
a black Scientologist - and a very evil one at that -
who is pretending to be OT.
And the only thing that you yourself,
as yourself, as a being, can still do, is
to cave people in,
to restimulate them
[by reverse use of the discoveries of Scientology].
You don't even Audit,
which for a person without a body [for a spirit]
is the easiest thing to do in the world.
I think we have now properly defined
what you mean when you are talking about
"your OT's", about
"OT's that are made in your suppressive organization". LFBD
But, as you are very well aware,
my question refers to real OT's LFBD
like people who have the abilities
and responsibility level of Koos. LFBD
So, I repeat the question:
Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT? LFBD
[LRH:]
"I do not WANT to validate him for that.
"He would find out that I have no intention
to care for the governing [to help the governments] on this planet."
[Note by Koos:
He doesn't mind that all goes to pieces,
as that (all going to pieces)
proves that "people need Scientology", and
as that (all going to pieces)
makes people more aware of
"things being very wrong and in need of change
- which the Church of Scientology then offers remedies for".
At the Gulf war, in 1991,
the management of the Church of Scientology
did not care one bit about handling Saddam Hussein of Iraq,
but they found it a welcome opportunity
and ordered all Scientologists
to send promotional material to the soldiers at the war-front.
The propaganda of L. Ron Hubbard about it is
that governments did not want to accept his help.
The truth is
that he wants to DOMINATE governments,
destroy them, and not at all help them.]
[Koos:] Well,
Koos found that out already,
[that you don't want to help any governments], and
the German government also found that out already,
[especially the Bavarian and the Hamburg governments], and
the Greek government also found that out already and
the Spanish Government also found that out already and
the French Government also found that out already and
the Canadian Government also has found that out already.
And I hope that the American government will find it out -
before your whole game of domination
escalates into a Third World War -
which then certainly justifies
your digging bunkers in mountains
to preserve the great writings of L. Ron Hubbard
who caused this Third World War and this destruction;
destruction not only of the Governments
but of all the technology and all the creations
that caring people have fought for
and have brought about through the ages.
I AM the Ambassador for Mankind,
and
you are, as you well know, [now] an enemy to Mankind.
You have already fully destroyed yourself
[with your suicide in 1986], and
you want to take as many people with you as possible, and
you use your inventions in order to achieve that insane goal.
[Auditor:] Why are you trying to inhibit the truth

"He will find out
that I personally do not believe
in the workability of operating as a single OT
when it comes to the handling of
the Third Dynamic [groups]
or even the Fourth Dynamic [Mankind]. LF

How beautifully he covers up the truth
that will come out at the end of the session.]
"I rather trust in appearing in impressive numbers,
with lots of people." LFBD
[Koos:] You mean to admit
that you have failed in your goal
of making actual OT's and
that YOU ARE AFRAID OF ACTUAL OT's
like Koos and other people,
like artists and managers on this planet.
And your failure is covered up
by an enormous amount of propaganda
in Scientology Magazines.
Is that correct?
[LRH:]
"No, no, no, that is not so! LFBD LFBD LFBD LFBD
"You are invalidating the State of OT of thousands.
Many of those ARE busy serving humanity, as Auditors." F
[Koos:] OK, [I understand why you are saying that].
In order to cover up
your failed goal of making actual OT's
despite enormous propaganda to the contrary,
you have kicked out all actual OT's
[out of the "Church" of Scientology].
And RTC [Religious Technology Center, the GESTAPO of Scientology,
"owning" the Trademarks and Copyrights]
is forbidding all ACTUAL OT's
to have any Scientology Services
(which of course would make them more OT,
IF it was delivered
outside of a suppressive Church of Scientology
that tries to make OT's into slaves).

And you are on a mission
to try to invalidate and confuse ACTUAL OT's,
who of course cannot [anymore] be found
within the Church of Scientology
[as they all have been kicked out by you].
Is that correct?
[LRH:]
"No, no, no, the only real OT's
are to be found in the Church of Scientology! LFBD LFBD
"And I am proud of them!" LFBD
[Auditor:] Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT?
[LRH:]
"Because Koos blames me
that I wouldn't operate as an OT, and
because Koos has not created such an organization as I did, and
because I know that we can only be successful, in the long run,
working together as a group."
[Koos:] Well, we know all this propaganda already. LF
The truth is that YOU CAN'T MAKE OT's
even though you said you could, and would, and can. F's
And I don't mind that,
that you can't do something
which you set out to do,
but then
to cover it up by huge propaganda to the effect
that you can and that you do [create OT's],
is of course not acceptable.
If you had listened to Koos
you might have succeeded in your goal,
but
your goal became
"to be recognized" as the only one
who could [create OT's],
instead of
continuing to pursue that goal of trying to make OT's -
which you still did in 1952,
according to your Philadelphia Doctorate Course Lectures
in which you put that there as a goal.
Instead, you led people astray with thin air -
which is supposed to look good and be of high quality
because you put very high prices on it
[and because you made it extremely confidential].
And most of that money you use
to try and keep it confidential,
and you call it a religion
in order to keep it from being examined.

You still remember
why the monastery fell? The day the monastery fell?
[From the Philadelphia Doctorate Course Lectures
by L. Ron Hubbard,
quoted from the Lecture of 9 December 1952, titled
'What's Wrong with This Universe:
A Working Package for the Auditor'
"Lord Dunsany tells one of the most wonderful stories about a
monastery which was scheduled to fall one day.
And this monastery was up on a high hill, and there was a
rumor and a legend [that had] come forward for many centuries
that on a certain day the monastery would fall.
And the day came, and one of the peasants in the valley walked
up to the monastery and walked in the front gate.
He was quite astonished to find no guards on duty, because the
guards were back in a corner of a courtyard weeping because
that day the monastery was scheduled to fall.
And so he walked on through to an inner chamber and he was not
stopped, because all of the guards there were weeping because
the monastery was scheduled to fall that day.
And he walked on into an inner sanctum and an inner sanctum
sanctorum sanctorum plus, and finally came down unguarded
corridors to the largest central room of this entire place
where the mystery of all mysteries of all mysteries was kept.
And here behind - at the far side of the room, obviously the
mystery was behind these huge black curtains, and he walked
over and he looked at the curtains and he thought, "Well, it's
a very adventurous thing to do," but the monastery was
scheduled to fall that day, so he adventured to do it.
And he reached up and he pulled the curtains down and there
was NOTHING there."]
[LRH:]
"For curiosity,
what would you have told me regarding how to make real OT's?"
[Koos:] Not for curiosity [I would not tell you "just for curiosity"],
but it's a good goal
and it's not good to betray that goal
with the trick of [claiming] confidentiality and religion.
It's very simple to make OT's and it can be done.
You have correctly defined an OT as
knowing and willing cause. F
The antagonist [forceful opponent] to that [state of OT] is
a Suppressive Person,

and so, "of course",
you fill up Church Management with Suppressive Persons,
in order to make yourself right
that you FAILED in the goal of making OT's.
And you enforce all the time
that it [actually] can't be done,
BY PRETENDING TO DO IT
- accompanied by huge propaganda.
And when that secret is exposed,
the Church of Scientology falls - like the monastery.
And you are so much of an OT
that you can't even prevent me from exposing that secret,
[the secret that the "Advanced Courses" of Scientology
are NOT making OT's at all]
which is defended
by a hundred lawyers, and
by a hundred and ten percent
of the net income of the Church of Scientology.
David Mayo
[a former friend of L. Ron Hubbard,
kicked out by him and
recently silenced by the "Church" of Scientology
with a substantial offer of money]
could not and did not want to make OT's -
with his NOTs (Advanced Courses Levels OT VI and OT VII)
he only had the purpose of "making people 'feel good'."
As you know, THAT ["feeling good"] does not define OT.
"NOTs" (Advanced Courses Levels OT VI and OT VII)
is an endless program
of becoming less 'effect' [instead of becoming more alive].
And at some time or another [hopefully],
somebody on OT VII decides he has had enough of it
and stops dramatizing 'being effect'.
But he, [with OT VII, "NOTs"], is not OT.
And then on (Advanced Courses Level) OT VIII
they get to stabilize a bit more
their Anchorpoints [points which one considers to be immobile]
- [but only] a bit more
in places where they are allowed to be, that is -
and
they get a certificate of "being OT".
And at (Advanced Courses Level) OT IX, X, XI and XII, etc.,
they learn
how to harass people and dominate people a little bit better
and
how to be happy about
withdrawing into their own universe and about
feeling very right about it.
That is ALSO not OT
- per your correct definition of
'knowing and willing cause [and effect, I, Koos, must add]
in all Dynamics [in all activities of life]'.
You see, these guys are not even allowed
to heal their grandmother or
to remove Saddam Hussein
[the violently suppressive head of the country of Iraq,
who caused
the Gulf War and
the destruction of
most of "his" country's population and
the nature of "his country", for instance
the paradise between the rivers Tigris and Euphrat,
in order to drive the population away there, and
who is desperately trying to have and use
an Atom-bomb].
And they are so right about it
[about not helping people or countries in need of help]
- that they don't even want to help anymore [unless ordered to],
[but they are ordered NOT to, constantly,
by all "Church" management (Note by Koos)].
[Note by Koos:
That (helping people or countries in need of help)
is what many originally took up studying Scientology for!
The Church of Scientology
is strictly forbidding them
to follow their basic and natural impulses of decency,
forbidding them to do it, with heavy penalties
for "degrading the subject of Scientology" by using it!]
They PRETEND to be OT:
"I am OT,
because I have a certificate of the Church of Scientology, and
all members are 'propagandated' into believing it to be true."
[Note by Koos:
"Propagandated" is a word, made up by me, to mean:
Hit by propaganda subtly and effectively,
so that the people subjected to it
never notice the real purpose, but execute it vehemently -
as the Nazi Josef Goebbels defined the subject.

So, how DO you make somebody [into a real] OT?
I have given you [L. Ron Hubbard] enough data now
that you could actually answer that question.
It's NOT done by [you]
committing so many Overts [crimes, anti-survival acts]
on Scientologists and on Mankind, and not by [you]
having so many Missed Withholds
[other people 'nearly hitting' the truth of the matter] LFBD
that you can see no way out
other than to go away [by suicide, in January 1986].
It's NOT done by [you]
- when you are called back
[by Ambassador for Mankind in June 1994] - LFBD
choosing the side of the antagonists of the ACTUAL OT's LFBD
and not by you
spending the rest of your existence
trying to invalidate ACTUAL OT's
in order to "prove" that your pretense is not pretense
- your pretense of making actual OT's, that is.
So, from this data,
how WOULD you make actual OT's?
I'll give you a hint:
It's NOT done by trying to kick out and defame ACTUAL OT's.
[LRH:]
"I know how to do it [make OT's], and I do it.
You talk about it, but you don't make OT's.
You didn't answer my question: How would YOU go about it?"
[Koos:] So you are keeping to your pretense
that you KNOW how to make OT's.
That's the first barrier to learning.
So your question wasn't in order to learn anything.
So, what was then the purpose of your question?
[LRH:]
"It was to hear from you
that you would make
the OT-material (Advanced Courses of L. Ron Hubbard)
available for everyone, and
it was to tell you
that I would not consent to it."
[Koos:] So you keep showing up in the 'clothes of the Emperor'
[as in the fairy-tale 'The Emperor's New Clothes',
where the Emperor didn't want to admit
that he couldn't see the so-called very delicate clothes that
only very sensitive and intelligent people could appreciate,
"clothes" which in fact were fictive, non-existent clothes,
made up of thin air (Note by Freya)],
and you demand
that nobody looks at them [examines them]
unless they sign a written agreement
[with high financial penalties, a 'bond']
of non-disclosure and
of finding these clothes great.
At this point it is useful to mention
how much
some people at AOSHUK
[Advanced Organization UK (East Grinstead)]
(some staff that is), and
some people at AOSHEU
[Advanced Organization Europe (Copenhagen)]
(some staff that is) and
some staff at Munich Org, and
some staff at FLAG
[highest service organization, in Clearwater, Florida, USA],
hated me for being OT, being actual OT,
while they
(I have reported extensively about them by name
[in the RI-Bulletins, for instance])
spent years and years of doing the OT-Levels
(the Advanced Courses of Scientology, of L. Ron Hubbard),
but never became OT.
[Note by Koos:
This even applies to people
who have done the Scientology Advanced Courses,
the OT-Levels of L. Ron Hubbard,
in the FreeZone, outside the "Church".
They spent years and years on doing these Levels,
but they didn't become OT, and
some feel hate or contempt
for people who are actual OT's
but who did not do these "secret" OT-Level Advanced Courses.
That is because
they have bought into the propaganda and pretense
so heavily put out by L. Ron Hubbard; and
seeing an actual OT
makes them feel stupid and somewhat aware
of having been betrayed; and
they feel angry,
but they refuse to admit
that it was the great L. Ron Hubbard who betrayed them,
and so
they irrationally direct their anger at actual OT's,
(not the ones with the certificates, but the actual ones),
who, just by the fact of being actual OT's
spark off their anger.
David Miscavige, who in 1982 was
invested by L. Ron Hubbard - as his successor -
with the power of the Church of Scientology,
did the OT-Levels up to OT XII,
but he never became an actual OT,
and
he was very angry with L. Ron Hubbard
never having been able to make him sane -
also he had swallowed all the propaganda.

TREMENDOUS hate came from these people [in the "Church"]
when they saw that I was [and am] OT.
Some of them,
like Caspar de Rijk and Rosalie de Lacy and Richard Reiss,
are in charge [at AOSHEU, at AOSHUK, at FLAG]
of making pretended OT's.
They tried every dirty trick
(which I also have reported on extensively
[in the RI-Bulletins, for instance])
to try to get rid of me.
You fall into the same category -
which we also have reported upon extensively [in the RI-Bulletins]
after we found that out about you, in January 1996.

All your actions are explained
by a single-minded intention of yours
to try to prevent this biggest-pretense-of-all of yours
from being disclosed.
And when I CAN tell you how to make actual OT's,
you are not interested, and you again pretend.
[Auditor:] Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT?
[Koos:] You see, all sane persons
would be extremely happy to have an actual OT around
and
would validate and support him in any way they could. F
Especially if their claim, that they want people to be OT,
was true. F
But not so with L. Ron Hubbard. F LFBD
So you are really like somebody
who runs an institution to get people off of drugs
but
who wants to keep people on drugs
in order to keep them applying for (and paying for)
the services of this institution. LFBD
This is as much as Richard Reiss and Ray Mithoff
have confessed as being their goal. LFBD LFBD LFBD

Richard Reiss says he has done the OT-Levels (Advanced Courses)
up to OT X,
Ray Mithoff says he has done the OT-Levels
up to OT XII and above -
and that's what YOU call making OT's!
[Auditor:] I repeat the question:
Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos can operate as an OT?
(Now, after twelve minutes have gone by,
and Auditor having repeated the question three times:)

"Because I want
that there is only ONE group of OT's,
and
these will be OT's made by the Church of Scientology,
and all OT's have to go through that."
[Koos:] These are not OT's,
but these are members
caught in the pretense that you are defending.
And these are members
who are too stupid to be aware of any evil intentions,
and [these are members]
[who are] not only unable, but also unwilling
to do anything about that.
Their only objective is "to feel good".
They are slaves with an OT-certificate.
So, you did not answer the question,
[because the question is about real OT's]:

Why are you trying to inhibit the truth
that Koos CAN operate as an OT?

"Because Koos is destroying my beautiful mock-up [created image]

- The Sea Org
[= Unconditional executors of L. Ron Hubbard's wills and whims;
gravely exploited, "propagandated" to death
by Goebbels-style propaganda
that 'they are the only ones who are saving the world]',
- the Church of Scientology,
- RTC
[= The GESTAPO of the "Church" of Scientology],
- other Scientology Organizations
responsibly working in the society,

- a postulated future,
- something that I want for Humanity,
- something that I have worked at all my life

when Koos acted as an OT
to care for Russia, Europe and America LFBD
yesterday and got acclaimed for that? LFBD
