"I hindered Pa from communicating to Koos."
[Auditor:] When?

"Today, a short while ago."
[Auditor:] How?

"Pa was starting to read Koos' big letter again,
with the intention to send Koos a note about it.
"I showed myself indignant about it,
but silently, not openly.
"I went out of the room after a while
and Pa got distracted and put the letter away."
[Auditor:] How was it a crime?

"It was a fine letter, but it made me upset. LF

that I did not know anything about Koos.
"I couldn't imagine
that he would be interested in Christianity.
"And there he wrote something rational about it.

his happiness of having met other family members
[on 4 June 1997, in Holland, near the town of Utrecht],
and I had thought
he wants to have nothing to do with them really.
"I think I refuse to see
that I was wrong about Koos in many respects.

"Pa wanted to tell Koos
that he was also glad having met Koos

his liking of Koos over a long time.
