One of the most basic data there is,
is the concept of
having Affinity for what IS THERE,
having Reality about what IS THERE,
being in Communication with what IS THERE,
Understanding what IS THERE.
The biggest mistake or false concept
that people are promoting about it,
is
that you can leave out, in the sentence above,
the "what IS THERE".
People of very bad intention
promote even
that you MUST leave out
the "what IS THERE"-parts of the sentence.
Very intelligently (very cleverly) using
the right arguments on the wrong place
(as always, because that seems to be
their most effective trick against people),
those of bad intention promote
that anyone has
his own thoughts and
his own observations and
his own feelings
independent from what IS THERE.
Well, that is of course true to some extent,
for someone who CAN think independently,
but it is used by those of bad intention
to exactly oppose the concept of Affinity, Reality and Communication,
that is,
to exactly oppose the restoration of life-force.
You are interested in a reconstruction of how an accident happened,
and they say,
"Sorry, can't be done!
Each witness speaks a different language."
They do NOT WANT the accident to be looked at,
and they certainly do not want it
to be reconstructed so that the one who caused it
will make up for the damage done by the accident.
So they omit the "IS THERE",
and they just ask the witness:
"What would you LIKE that would have happened?
What would have been PLEASANT to observe for you,
at the time of the accident?
What would YOU have done at the place and time?"
And then they say
that they have "raised" or even "restored" in the witness
the Affinity, the Reality and the Communication,
the Understanding for the accident.
And the witnesses like to go with
this "being made to feel good about the trauma of the accident"
because they find it very unpleasant
to look at
the pain and
the body parts flying around and
the passengers who screamed to be helped
and could not be approached
because of the blazing fire caused by the accident.
But that's not how you restore
the broken Affinity,
the broken Reality, and
the broken Communication
of the witnesses
with the accident and
with the people who died in the accident.
IF YOU WOULD RESTORE
THE AFFINITY, REALITY, COMMUNICATING AND UNDERSTANDING
ABOUT THE ACCIDENT
- by remedying the breaks in these aspects of life-force
(Affinity, Reality, Communication, Understanding) -
FOR EACH WITNESS,
THEY WOULD COME PRETTY MUCH TO THE SAME CONCLUSION
AND HAVE ACCOUNTS OF THE ACCIDENT
THAT WOULD NOT CONTRADICT,
BUT WOULD RATHER COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER.
And so it is for any incident in life.

You restore the life-force of the witnesses by
restoring their breaks
in their Affinity for what IS THERE,
restoring their breaks
in Reality about what IS THERE,
restoring their breaks
in Communication with what IS THERE, and
restoring their breaks
in Understanding of what IS THERE.
THAT IS HOW YOU RESTORE SANITY.
I am very "sorry" for those who don't like that,
but there is no way around looking at what IS THERE,
not with drugs,
not with fantasies or deliberate lies,
nor with anything else
that gives a seeming or temporary result in relief of upsets.
There is no way around it because
there IS no substitute
for Understanding what IS THERE and no substitute
for Understanding who IS THERE,
for Understanding who is DOING WHAT.
The 'Way of Unawareness'
sometimes seems to be an apparent, superficial and temporary solution
to insanity or to a severe upset.
But such "solutions" are boomerangs
that will recoil on the user and on his associates.
There is no substitute
for Understanding WHO and WHAT IS THERE:
This Understanding is restored
by locating
the breaks in Affinity for what and who IS THERE.
(The breaks are a stopping to mentally occupy
the space of what is there.)
This Understanding is restored
by locating
the breaks in Reality about what and who IS THERE.
(The breaks are made up of starting to say
"It's not there", "he is not there".)
This Understanding is restored
by locating
the breaks in Communication with, or perception of
what and who IS THERE.
(Breaks of stopping to look at who and what is there.)
This Understanding is restored
by locating
the breaks in Understanding of what and who IS THERE.
(Breaking Affinity, Reality and Communication
all at the same moment, is a break in Understanding.)
What and who IS THERE?
THE PRESENT IS THERE.
PEOPLE ARE THERE.
The present and the future ARE THERE
as a result of decisions and actions of people in the past.
So THE PAST IS THERE.
THE FUTURE IS THERE as the things that will happen,
whether you like those things or not.
And THE FUTURE IS THERE
WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE THERE
in the condition that they will then be in.
These things, and these people, ARE THERE.
No matter whether anybody thinks or tells you
they are there or not there, these ARE THERE.
You restore breaks in Affinity for these,
you restore breaks in Reality about these, and
you restore breaks in Communication with these and
you restore breaks in Understanding of these,
and by that
YOU RESTORE SANITY AND YOU INCREASE SANITY.
There is no way around doing that.
No matter what '-ism' or '-ology'
you have been given,
or have assumed,
or were brought up with,
as "the solution".
There is no way around understanding what and who IS THERE.
