RI-926i 'I do not respect the right of others to be insane'

from Ambassador for Mankind

Message # RI-926i for Internet

This is a basic philosophy of mine:

"I do not respect the right of others
              to be or remain insane."

The only reason why I do not respect it,
 is that
I have come to the conclusion
    - after twenty years of very intensely
       dealing with the subject -
    that

        a. Nobody likes to be insane.

After he has been made sane or temporarily sane,
he states that he very strongly dislikes
to have been in such a state or
to return to a state of insanity.

        b. Nobody likes others to be insane.

The same observation as under (a.) applies:
Someone who has been made sane,
or has temporarily been made sane
on the subject of driving others insane,
very strongly dislikes others to be insane.

        c. The condition of insanity
            is always a gradual one,
             never black/white or yes/no
               and
            someone who is very insane
can still, at the same time,
              be constructive or sane
in some areas or some activities.

           [Definition of 'insane':
              Destructive of own and others'
                life-force, awareness and integrity, and
              destructive of own and others'
                attempts to achieve survival.]

        d. Granting (seeing, observing) the condition of insanity
            and
           NOT AGREEING WITH IT,
             IS THE MAJOR REMEDY
               AGAINST INSANITY
                 IN THE SOCIETY,
                 IN A GROUP AND
                 IN A FAMILY, and
is more effective often than therapy -
but therapy for the already able is very helpful for them
to face and be able to disagree with insanity
in the society, in groups, and in a family.

(In reverse, the opposite of this point also applies,
              - as we have seen again and again,
                 in Communist-Russia (1917),
                 in Nazi-Germany (1933),
                 in Pol-Pot-Cambodia [Kampuchea] (1975),
                 in African States (recently),
                 etc., etc. -
that WHEN INSANITY IS NOT DISAGREED WITH,
WAR AND DISASTER AND MASS-MURDER RESULT.)

        e. Granting the EXISTENCE of the condition of insanity in another,
            is entirely different
from granting the RIGHT to someone to be insane.

One has to grant (precisely see) the existence of the condition,
before one can successfully disagree with it.

An insane person ALWAYS begs - in one way or another -
for the right to be insane.

A heavy drug-addict or actual heavy alcoholic
is an insane person, as well,
             and
his right to be insane must also not be respected,
            for the reasons stated above
(and in any sane groups this right is also not respected:
He is thrown out of a family,
or out of a public place,
because he ruins the lives of his associates
or disrupts public order and enjoyment).
