An insane person
destroys (meaning, hinders
the SURVIVAL intentions of) other beings.
A sane person
supports people actively in surviving better -
not only materially surviving better,
but also spiritually surviving better,
surviving with more awareness and
surviving with less domination.
Supporting people to survive better
can very well be done
by allowing and helping people to freely understand others.
Mainly helping them to understand OTHERS, that is,
because then
understanding of self
follows almost automatically,
while on the other hand,
a lasting and true understanding of self
is entirely impossible
without an understanding of others.
THIS TELLS YOU
THAT ALL PHILOSOPHIES AND RELIGIONS AND THERAPIES
THAT ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS UNDERSTANDING SELF ONLY,
DO NOT PRODUCE ANY LASTING BENEFIT
AND OFTEN MAKE A PERSON OR GROUP TURN TO EVIL.
What is understanding another or others?
It is
understanding
what they are doing,
why they are doing certain things, and
how to assist them in their own survival goals and activities.
There is nothing special or "un-understandable" about it,
but it does require understanding.

A very, very sane person
helps KOOS' survival.
The very, very insane
try to destroy the survival of Koos.
These things give you a very simple method
of determining at first glance
how sane or how insane a person is.
Many beings
with some potential of helping Mankind
despite their overall intention
to destroy others and to destroy themselves as well,
do change
to temporarily sane and then
from temporarily sane back to evil.
Often they fall back down to very evil,
because they have "proven they can be good,
and now they have the 'right'
to be as evil, as insane as they please".
And nobody wants to see it
because people just had seen and agreed
that such a person was good.
THE EXAMPLE BENJAMIN FRANKLIN
Benjamin Franklin is an example of a being
who became temporarily sane and
who, in his lifetimes after that,
was, for instance as Vincent van Gogh, ravingly insane.
THE EXAMPLE L. RON HUBBARD
Another example of a being
who, even within one lifetime,
went
from temporarily very sane
to (in 1965) increasingly and then most viciously and unimaginably
evil and insane,
was
the great and extremely vain friend of "The Beast" Aleister Crowley
L. Ron Hubbard,
who thought of himself that he had achieved godhood in 1965.
But L. Ron Hubbard's friends are more and more realizing
that he became a satan
after he had achieved his goal, in 1965,
of
for himself achieving a state,
a very temporary state, which lasted maybe an hour
- I don't know the exact duration at the moment,
I have to look it up
in the Auditing sessions I gave L. Ron Hubbard -
an hour in which he felt
that nobody could give him orders,
neither normal orders,
nor spiritual commands
(which one feels one somehow has to obey or react to).

But that was the goal that L. Ron Hubbard
had set himself to achieve, and
he did achieve it in 1965, and
now he thought he was perfect, a god,
and
after that
he rapidly changed into being a satan,
having lost all self-restraint on his own dormant insanity,
- destroying and smashing people who did observe
that he was behaving quite the contrary of god-like,
- building an organization in 1966
(the "Guardian Office",
now called "Office of Special Affairs",
and later the "Religious Technology Center" [RTC]
and "International Justice Chief",
all headed by anti-social, fascistic beings)
solely devoted
to destroying people and
to preventing them from looking at L. Ron Hubbard,
- seeking, in 1975,
the most evil being he could find
as his "friend" and later successor
(David Miscavige, who left on 30 December 1994,
now replaced by a 'look-alike' at public events), and
- destroying, since 1965, all his actual friends and family.

The Public Relations machine that he set up,
keeps the attention of people fixed
on how he was BEFORE 1965, and
the lawyers and intelligence bureaux
(his "Offices of Special Affairs" [OSA]) that he instigated,
pay many millions of dollars each year in bribes and fees and
employ thousands of people
to suppress the evidence and witnesses
of what L. Ron Hubbard did after 1965
during the rapid progression
of his destructive and evil intentions.
DECISIONS TO DESTROY SELF
In other words,
his - as well as Benjamin Franklin's in 1788 -
temporary state of sanity
ended
by his OWN decision,
without any reason or logic or cause,
other than that he himself decided it.
Very significantly, his decision was
that he did not want to take responsibility for others now anymore,
because he had "achieved his personal goal" and "done his job".
But his problem now was
that, during the fifteen years preceding,
he had been telling people
that, because of his discoveries in Dianetics and early Scientology,
he would take responsibility
for everybody and
for all of Mankind
in all eternity.
He had promised it very loudly and continuously
in writing, in books, and in lectures, at least since 1950.
He "solved" that problem,
by creating
- the Scientology Organizations,
- the organizational policies for it,
- the "Ethics" system for it,
- the 'Sea Org'-fellowship
(the 'free-bed-and-boarding-and-clothing'-society
of betrayed and dominated slaves of L. Ron Hubbard
called the 'Sea Org')
- and he created a host of offices
whose staff is mainly occupied with
writing stacks of reports about each other, and with
denying friendship to each other and
denying other forms of decency to each other,
while obediently cheering and praising several times a day
the great leader in the sky (L. Ron Hubbard).
Nobody needs nor wants
such an organization - which calls itself "Church" of Scientology now -
and certainly NOBODY needs its "Ethics".

There is some similarity - in 'being good now' -
to an entirely different being,
the being who was Benjamin Franklin.
In 1788, and shortly before his death in 1790,
Benjamin Franklin decided
that he 'had done his job', and
that he 'is now a "private gentleman"
who will not anymore care for others'.
He had proven that he could be a good guy,
and now he found that he could be as insane and evil as he pleased,
which he then did in subsequent lifetimes.
That was the "reward" he gave HIMSELF,
for having done a good job:
To be afterwards
as insane and as irresponsible and as evil
as he felt like being or as was opportune
in order to not have to face suppression,
to not have to face insanity,
to face neither his own dormant (latent) insane impulses,
nor to face the insanity of others.
I happen to know these things,
because I have Audited(*)
the being L. Ron Hubbard
several thousands of hours
(as you know from the RI-Bulletins),
and I have Audited
the being who was Benjamin Franklin
for many more thousands of hours.

this being has now a female body
and is since twenty years my wife.)

asking questions appropriate to locating
someone's decisions
not to be aware or to be almost aware
of conditions or of events of life.

Sanity is tested easily with:
'How much does someone with understanding
aid the survival of others?'
Insanity is easily tested with:
'How much does someone without understanding
destroy the survival actions of others?'
And a very insane person
tries to destroy Koos' very survival actions,
while a very, very sane person
helps Koos with his present and future
very, very survival actions.
