 That is a very primitive thing - in all aspects -
  from the early days of transistors
   and days of no LED's [Light Emitting Diodes].)


Nowadays,
 you would make a constant-current source
  of about 30 microAmpere,
 and have several differentials (a capacitor making each differential)
  to show both the tiny AND bigger changes
   in the resistance (of the human body), and
 you would use LED's (instantly reacting), or rows of LED's,
  to show the changes.

And also a row of LED's
 to show the current amount of resistance
   (from 1 KiloOhm to about 1 MegaOhm -
     more or less exponentially or logarithmically upwards).


You would use Operational Amplifiers,
 regular, cheap ones (in a chip with each four OpAmps),
   one to create the constant-current source
    to the E-meter cans with, and
   the rest
    to amplify the signal
    and load the capacitors of the differential circuits,
    and probably as well to drive the LED's.

You probably use
 four or more differentials
   (each having one LED (cheap version)
    or a band or row of LED's lighting up, for instance,
     - as you know from commercial sound-amplifiers to show the volume),
  one showing the very tiny reactions,
  one the slightly bigger changes,
   etc.




In fact,
 you could take a plastic tube,
  with two metal sheets
    (these should preferably be gold-covered,
      to prevent corrosion from sweat)
   glued around it on the outside,
 and have the circuit and rechargeable batteries
  inside the plastic tube,
 and the LED's are showing through
  at those places (at the top and bottom of the tube)
   where they are not covered by the hand and fingers.

The whole thing could even be water-tight
 and rather indestructible.



THIS WOULD BE THE POPULAR E-METER OF THE FUTURE,
 available for probably 50 US$.



This is of course a one-hand E-meter,
 and that's all you need.

The sensitivity of the circuitry
 far surpasses any regular E-meter on the market
  - and, because it is so sensitive,
     you do not need a two-hand E-meter at all.

This E-meter also far surpasses regular ones
 because - for actual use in looking at things hidden -
  one needs an E-meter that is showing
    very, very tiny changes
     which suddenly develop to
      any, possibly huge, change of resistance.


A regular E-meter
  - if set at the proper, very high sensitivity
     to hunt for hidden intentions
      and the mental energies that go with it -
 immediately would go off the dial,
  not showing anymore what happens
   after the sudden change has 'left' the dial. 

And - in order to keep all on the dial -
 a regular, present E-meter
  is set by the user at far, far too low sensitivity
   to find what you are looking for.
      Things that are vital to look at
       so do remain hidden and
        are falsely reported as 'not there'.



But this new design of a PROPER E-meter
 keeps showing what happens
  over the whole range of sudden change
    - this is vital when you are really looking at something,
       at the evil intentions and hidden black magic spiritual actions
        of the most treacherous being L. Ron Hubbard, for instance.
