USP-034 'Others must admire his "goodness"'

Understanding Suppression Series # 34

(See Footnote for understanding)

One of many definitions of 'Suppressive Person':

Someone who forcefully - with mental force or by enforcing his
authority - demands of others that they admire him for "being so
ethical".

This is another way of trying to force others not to form their own
opinion and viewpoint about him.

The Suppressive Person prescribes - often in great detail - how you
should think about him. He has extensive Public Relations activities
about his person, and no one else is allowed to be represented as
equally ethical or as more ethical than he is, in his field of
activity.

He will try to form a cult, a sect, a religion or military group,
like a "Sturm Abteilung", a "Schutz Staffel" or a "Sea Org" around
him in order to let the members enforce on each other what they
should think about him, by punishing or smashing those who don't
unreservedly admire his "goodness".

He will try to form an extensive Internal Security and External
Intelligence in order to eradicate undesirable information about
himself and to incapacitate, nullify and discredit witnesses of his
not being "good".

He will try to establish himself or his products as a monopoly - in
order to dictate highest prices and lowest quality and in order to
control people by being able to completely deny to them what they
want to have, or need, but can't get anywhere else.

That is when a Suppressive Person is operating on a bigger scale.

But on a small scale - an office employee who is a Suppressive
Person, or a family member who is a Suppressive Person - such a
person will try to work along those lines as well, small scale
intrigues and control over others - which I will not describe here.

Footnote:

You can't have or maintain good without understanding evil.

NONE of the present sciences, therapies and religions, and
none of the "-isms" or "-ologies" of today understand evil
or suppression.

Yet they have abundant - and sometimes very expensive -
recipes for "being good forever". Even when they claim to
understand evil, they want to be unaware of and hide their
own evil and so they become evil themselves, and they meet
evil with evil in order "to defend themselves or their group".

It is not possible to handle properly someone who is evil or
something that is evil WITHOUT understanding WHAT PRECISELY
you are handling.

YOU CAN'T HANDLE AN EVIL BEING, FOR INSTANCE, UNLESS YOU
UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE HANDLING A BEING, AND THAT YOU ARE
HELPING HIM - A BEING - TO CONTROL HIS EVIL.

The Understanding Suppression Series will help you - maybe
for the first time - to understand evil well enough in order
to maintain good. I have taken care to write as easy to
understand as possible. The Series starts out very simple,
and currently consists of about 150 separate observations.

Keeping this knowledge to yourself will not maintain good
- because others, lacking understanding of evil, will
unintentionally assist evil - but you sharing this knowledge
with others WILL make you win over evil, and WILL safeguard
good.
